THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY A DEALER WHO INFORMED HIM THAT IT WAS DUE TO OUTSIDE INFLUENCES. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 22,000.
