THE CONTACT WAS MADE AWARE OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V2000000 (VISIBILITY). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN VERIFIED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
