I HAVE CONTACTED AUDI, AND THEY TOLD ME IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME TO EVEN LOOK AT IT. I HAVE READ THAT THE NHTSA MAY BE ABLE TO HELP ME HAVE IT FIXED WITHOUT CHARGE. IS THIS SOMETHING THAT IS POSSIBLE?
I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A NEW AUDI SUV OR OTHER LUXURY BRAND AUTO THIS YEAR OR 2017 WITH COMPLETE DISCLOSURE FROM THE AUTOMAKER THAT THE SAID AUTO DOES NOT HAVE A TAKATA AIRBAG INSTALLED. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHOM I MAY CONTACT.
