THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR WINDSHIELD TRIM MOLDING SEPARATED PRIOR TO THE REAR WINDSHIELD FRACTURING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000.
ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHILE DRIVING THIS VEHICLE IN THE RAIN, I HAVE NEARLY WRECKED OR CAUSED AN ACCIDENT TO OTHERS DUE TO POOR VISIBILITY OF THE WIPERS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.
