I had a problem with my vehicle having a horrible vibration at certain speeds and my Cadillac giving my so many problems too. I’ve had my vehicle at the gm dealer so many times to try and fix these issues. I’ve had multiple things fixed on my Cadillac to stop this vibration but nothing has worked! They can’t get the vibration fixed and causes my car to need balanced a lot! Fr what I read Cadillac is aware of this issue but has chosen not to take responsibility for it. They call it the Chevy shake or death wobble. They’ve put two different motors in the gm vehicles and they are junk. Plus my car hesitates when you put it drive and the check engine light comes every once in awhile. It’s terrible to drive this at certain speeds with the vibration. I also had other issues with my vehicle including the Cadillac cue and my back door handle breaking off. The recently replaced my Cadillac cue with the same one but all the Cadillac cues are junk. They freeze all the time and can’t use it. I have all my my paper work from the dealerships it’s been at and everything they have replaced. I don’t understand why Cadillac isn’t taking responsibility for these issues. It’s been so frustrating not being able to drive my car when it sits at the dealership for weeks at a time. Yes, I’ve had two open claims in this case and have two lawyers involved. I would prefer to fax all my paperwork since I have so much to upload.
WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY (WITHIN A FEW MONTHS OF OUR INITIAL PURCHASE) WE CONTACTED THE ESCALADE DEALERSHIP IN DUBLIN, CA INFORMING THEM THAT OUR ESCALADE WOULD STALL UPON ACCELERATION GOING FORWARD OR REVERSE CAUSING IT TO JOLT (KICKBACK) ONCE IT ACCELERATED. THE DEALERSHIP INSPECTED IT AND SAID NO PROBLEM WAS FOUND. WE BROUGHT IT BACK MULTIPLE TIMES TO HEAR NO PROBLEM FOUND. THROUGH THE LIFE OF THIS VEHICLE IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN BUT NOW MORE VIGOROUSLY.
WHILE IN MOTION - THE CADILLAC ESCALADE'S AIRBAGS ALL SUDDENLY DEPLOYED. THERE WAS NO COLLISION OR IMPACT THAT PRECEDED THE INCIDENT. THE POLICE OFFICER ON SCENE WAS ALSO QUITE SURPRISED. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE SUFFERED BRUISES, AND A MILD CONCUSSION. THE OTHER OCCUPANTS WERE SAFE. HOWEVER, THE DEPLOYMENT OF THESE AIRBAGS WITH NO COLLISION OR REASON REPRESENTS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD.
THE BLACK SHINY PLASTIC PIECES BEHIND THE REAR DOORS HAVE COME LOOSE ON BOTH SIDES. THE METAL CLIPS HAVE COME LOOSE FROM THE PLASTIC. THIS MAKES THE PLASTIC PIECES FLAP IN THE WIND. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING AT 25000 MILES. I HAVE NOW GLUED THE PIECES BACK TOGETHER BUT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS ON AN $80,000 TRUCK. ALSO, THE PLASTIC UNDER THE WINDSHIELD HAS WAVES IN THE PLASTIC AND DOES NOT SIT FLAT AGAINST THE WINDOW. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING ON A 4 YEAR OLD TRUCK THAT IS GARAGE KEPT. *TR
WHEN FIRST STARTING IN THE MORNING, MY ESCALADE ESV MAKES HORRIBLE CLUNKING SOUNDS FROM THE TRANSMISSION. WHEN I PUT IT INTO GEAR, IT JUMPS FORWARD. WHILE DRIVING, THE TRUCK IS VERY JUMPY AND SHIFTS HARD. I DON'T DRIVE THE TRUCK HARD AS ITS MEANT FOR CRUISING AND NOT RACING. THE TRUCK HAS 31000 MILES ON IT CURRENTLY. I SEE THERE ARE OTHER COMPLAINTS WITH THE SAME ISSUE. GM NEEDS TO FIX THIS! *TR
THE ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL RADAR SENSOR WAS FOUND CRACK AFTER BEING TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR ERROR CODE. ( THEIR WAS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE FRONT BUMPER OR THE BOTTOM OF THE BUMPER OF THE VEHICLE. GM FAILED TO REPLACE THE PART UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE THEY SAY THERE IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE PART NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I BELIEVE THE PART SHOULD BE IN LOCATION WHERE ROAD DEBRIS CAN HIT THE PART. SERVICE ADVISOR HAS SAID THIS IS KNOWN ISSUE WITH THIS CADILLAC MODEL.
AROUND 20,000 MILES WE STARTED DOCUMENTING ISSUES WITH THE DRIVE TRAIN BY TAKING IT INTO THE DEALERSHIP BUT WE HAD HAD THESE ISSUES PRIOR TO THE 20,000 MILE MARK. WHEN YOU WOULD BE TRAVELING AROUND 20 MPH AND TRAFFIC WOULD SLOW DOWN NEARLY COMING TO A STOP AND THEN SPEEDS WOULD PICK UP BACK AND YOU BEGAN TO ACCELERATE IT WOULD SHIFT WITH HARD THUD INTO GEAR. ALSO WHEN PLACING THE CAR IN REVERSE FROM PARK OR FROM REVERSE INTO DRIVE IT WOULD LUNGE FORWARD. WHEN AT A COMPLETE STOP AND SLOWLY REMOVING YOUR FOOT FROM THE BRAKE IT WOULD LUNGE FORWARD AS WELL. WE HAVE TAKEN IT INTO THE DEALERSHIP FOR THESE ISSUES A MINIMUM OF SIX TIMES WITH THE FOLLOWING OUTCOMES: 1) CANNOT DUPLICATE ISSUE 2) THEN DUPLICATED IT WAS A SOFTWARE ISSUE AND THEY UPDATED THE SOFTWARE 3) THIS IS JUST HOW THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS - THIS IS NORMAL. THE SAME ISSUES ARE STILL OCCURRING AND MORE CONSISTENTLY WITH NO RESOLUTION FROM TWO DIFFERENT CADILLAC SERVICE DEPARTMENTS. THEN TWO WEEKS AGO THE MAIN SCREEN FOR AUDIO/THERMOSTAT/ NAVIGATION WENT COMPLETELY BLACK WHILE THE CAR WAS ON. COULD NOT CONTROL ANY OF THE AUDIO, THERMOSTAT, NAVIGATION - TRIED PRESSING THE HOME BUTTON, CONTROLS ON THE STEERING WHEEL. I TOOK A VIDEO OF THIS FOR PROOF IT HAPPENED BECAUSE I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO TELL ME THEY COULDN'T DUPLICATE THIS. IN ADDITION, THE BLUETOOTH WOULD DISCONNECT MY PHONE INTERMITTENTLY THEN RECONNECT A FEW MINUTES LATER ALL ON ITS OWN. THE THERMOSTAT DISPLAY WILL SAY ITS 76 DEGREES BUT WILL BLOW COLD AIR ON MY MORNING 20 MINUTE DRIVE TO WORK. THIS IS OUR SECOND CADILLAC ESCALADE ESV. OUR FIRST 2004 IS STILL ON THE ROAD WITH MY DAUGHTER NOW DRIVING IT, I WISH I WOULD HAVE KEPT IT INSTEAD OF BUYING THIS ONE AS WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH IT. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE PURCHASED 5 GM VEHICLES SINCE 1995 AND ARE SO DISAPPOINTED THAT OUR MOST EXPENSIVE PURCHASE TO DATE IS RIDDLED WITH ISSUES
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 42 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED ANOTHER VEHICLE TRAVELING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION AND HEADING TOWARDS HIM. THE CONTACT SWERVED TO THE LEFT TO AVOID THE VEHICLE. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT DROVE OFF THE ROAD AND STRUCK A LARGE ROCK IN A NEARBY LAWN. THE FRONT END OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS SEVERELY DAMAGED. PARTS OF THE VEHICLE'S FRONT END WAS NO LONGER ATTACHED TO THE VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE BRAKES FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED INJURIES TO THE BACK AND ARM, BUT MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NOT RECEIVED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V645000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC); HOWEVER, THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DATE FOR THE REPAIR WAS AFTER THE CRASH. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000.
VEHICLE HAS BEEN TO THE DEALER 5 TIMES FOR TRANSMISSION AND TORQUE CONVERTER ISSUES RELATED TO HARSH SHIFTING, STUTTERING, SLAMMING INTO GEAR AND OTHERWISE TERRIBLE SHIFTING. THE FLUID HAS BEEN FLUSHED 4 TIMES AND NOTHING HAS SOLVED THE PROBLEMS AND THEY CLAIM THERE IS NOTHING WRONG AND CHARGED ME A DIAGNOSTIC FEE THE LAST TIME TO PERFORM NO ACTUAL WORK.
MY VEHICLE HAD ABOUT 46600 MILES. TODAY WHILE ON A VERY BUSY INTERSTATE, THE CAR STARTED SHAKING REALLY BAD. IT FELT LIKE I WAS GOING OVER BUMPS. THIS IS A VEHICLE I BARELY DRIVE AS I HAVE ANOTHER VEHICLE FOR MY PRIMARY USE. I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE BRAND NEW WITH 10 MILES IN MARCH OF 2016. THERE'S NO EXCUSE WHY THIS CAR SHOULD HAVE ISSUES WITH THE TRANSMISSION OR ANY OTHER ISSUES. I PLAN ON TAKING THE VEHICLE TO CAPITAL CADILLAC FIRST THING ON WEDNESDAY. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL BE COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY. I ALMOST PULLED OVER DUE TO THE SHAKING. IT WAS A VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE WITH MY KIDS RIDING WITH ME.
06/14/2019 I WAS DRIVING MY CADILLAC TO ESCALATE ESV TRAVELING FROM BALTIMORE TO WASHINGTON DC 95 SOUTH BAND. 12:04 PM MY VEHICLE FLIP OVER. I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE. AFTER THE ACCIDENT, I INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. I FOUND THAT LEFT THE REAR WHEEL OF THE CAR; COME OUT OF THE VEHICLE. WHEEL LOCKS AND AXLE BAR OF THE TIRE CUT OFF AND BROKEN. THIS CAUSED FLIPPING OF THE VEHICLE.
THE 8 SPEED TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN JERKY AT SLOW SPEEDS FROM ALMOST DAY ONE. BUT AFTER 30,000 MILES IT HAS BECOME WORSE. AT TIME AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE AND PLACING INTO GEAR IT WILL SUDDENLY AND VIOLENTLY LUNG FORWARD OR REVERSE, WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A SLOW SPEED IT WILL STALL ABRUPTLY, TWICE CAUSING AN ENGINE CODE. TWO DEALERS HAVE TRIED TO FIX IT, BUT HAVEN' BEEN ABLE TO. THIS SEEMS TO BE A MUCH BIGGER PROBLEM RELATED TO THE 8 SPEED TRANSMISSION IN GENERAL.

TOOK CAR IN FEB 2019 TO REPAIR TORQUE CONVERTER. WAS REPLACED AND NOW IS BACK TO SHAKING AT RANDOM TIMES. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL AS CADILLAC HAS NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH POWERTRAIN ON ESCALADES FROM 2015-17.
VACUUM PUMP DETERIORATION OR FAILURE CAUSED REDUCED STOPPING OF VEHICLE. BACKED UP VEHICLE IN DRIVEWAY AND COULD NOT STOP UNTIL I PUMPED BRAKE PETAL SEVERAL TIMES. AND FINALLY STOPPED. PLACED VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL AND SET HAND BRAKE. I CHECKED ACCELERATOR AND STOP PETALS FOR OBSTRUCTION AND FOUND NONE. PLACED VEHICLE IN DRIVE AND SLOWLY MOVED FORWARD. APPLIED BRAKES ABOUT TEN FOOT FROM WALL AND VEHICLE STRUCT BRICK WALL BETWEEN GARAGES. COULD NOT STOP VEHICLE WITH THE BRAKE APPLIED. DAMAGE TO GARAGE $14,940 AND VEHICLE $4,984.
It has a pulsing action and massive vibration when under normal acceleration. It makes it so you have to give it more throttle or stop completely. It's a known transmission problem that GM knows about but will do nothing to fix. They even have a TSB out about it. It makes the vehicle very unsafe and hard to drive.
CAR HAS WHAT IS CALLED THE "CHEVY SHAKE" WHICH EFFECTS ALMOST ALL MODELS FROM 2015-2017. CAR SHAKES VIOLENTLY AT TIMES. PAID FOR REPAIRS. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL AS IT IS WITH OTHER ESCALADE MODELS AND GM MODELS OF THE SAME CHASSIS..CAR HAS EXTREME RUMBLE AT TIMES AND IS DIFFICULT TO STEER. WHILE IN MOTION AT SPEEDS OF 45-70 THIS HAPPENS.
FROM OWNER: CAR BEGINS TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY AT RANDOM TIMES WHILE GOING 50-70 MPH. HAVE TO PULL OVER TO GET TO STOP. NO OVERHEATING TO ENGINE OR ISSUES WHEN CAR IS RESTARTED. FAULTY TORQUE CONVERTOR. HAVE AT CADILLAC DEALER NOW. SAYING IT IS NOT COVERED BY THE RECALL FOR THE TORQUE CONVERTOR ON OTHER 2015-17 ESCALADES. THIS SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER RECALL AS GM HAS MADE SO MANY FAULTY TORQUE CONVERTORS IN THOUSANDS OF ESCALADES.
THIS VEHICLE IS ABOUT TO SHAKE ME OUT OF IT. THE SUN ROOF EVEN SHAKES AT ALL SPEEDS AND AT ALL TIME. A $50.000.00 PIECE OF JUNK. I'M EMBARRASSED TO LET SOMEONE RIDE WITH ME. IT'S UNSAFE!!!
FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEAT HEADREST BUILT IN WITH NON ADJUSTABLE SHAPE. DRIVER'S HEAD TOUCHES TO HEADREST WHILE SITTING ON DRIVE POSITION WHICH CREATES VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BODY POSTURE SHORTLY AFTER NECK PAIN STARTS. HOWEVER, REAR PASSENGER SEATS HAS NORMAL HEADREST BUILT IN WITH NO SEATING PROBLEM. THIS IS VERY DISTURBING ISSUE
SHUDDER / VIBRATION BETWEEN 45 - 65 MPH. CAUSE WAS TORQUE CONVERTER. 85 - 90% OF VIBRATION WAS MITIGATED. CONTINUE TO HAVE STEADY VIBRATIONS 65 -70MPH AND ABOVE. DEALER ALSO INSTALLED NEW TIRES / WHEELS AND I HAVE HAD A ROAD FORCE BALANCE.

THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED THREE TIMES, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,462.
THE TRANSMISSION HAS MULTIPLE MALFUNCTIONS. DELAYED SHIFTS, HARD SHIFTS BOTH WHEN SHIFTING UP OR DOWN, VERY LARGE CLUNK OR HARD SHIFT WHEN GOING FROM 2ND TO FIRST. VERY UNPLEASANT TRANSMISSION AND MULTIPLE WAYS. DEALER KEEPS TELLING ME THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS ADAPTIVE TO THE DRIVER AND IT NEEDS TO LEARN HABITS. I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE FOR OVER A YEAR. SOUNDS LIKE A COP OUT TO ME. NOT VERY HAPPY WITH GM!

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ED MORSE CADILLAC TAMPA (101 E FLETCHER AVE, TAMPA, FL 33612, (813) 556-7287) FOUR TIMES WHILE UNDER THE WARRANTY. THE DEALER REPLACED THE SENSOR UNDER THE BRAKE PEDAL TWICE. DURING THE THIRD VISIT, THE DEALER REPLACED THE WIRES AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE MANUFACTURER; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE STILL PERSISTED. DURING THE FOURTH VISIT, THE DEALER KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR 28 DAYS, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
PURCHASED 2016 CADILLAC ESCALADE ESV FOR MY WIFE ON OUR 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY. CAR WAS EVERYTHING WE DREAMED OF UNTIL AROUND 15K MILES. BETWEEN 40-50MPH STARTED NOTICING A CONSTANT SHUTTER. THE ENTIRE VEHICLE WOULD DRIVE LIKE WE WERE DRIVING OVER THE WARNING BUMPS ON SIDE OF ROAD. IN THE SAME TIME FRAME WE STARTED NOTICING THE VEHICLE WOULD SHIFT HARD FROM PARK TO REVERSE AT VARIOUS TIMES. CONTACTED DEALER AND SCHEDULED A APPOINTMENT. AFTER HAVING VEHICLE FOR A COUPLE DAYS I WAS CALLED TO PICK UP. ONCE THERE I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO ISSUE OR THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE. I INSISTED THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND WENT FROM SERVICE TO SALES PERSON WHO HAS SOLD ME MY LAST 4 VEHICLES. HE TALKED WITH TRANSMISSION SPECIALIST AND SAID HE KNEW WHAT TO DO. SO THEY FLUSHED THE TRANSMISSION FLUID. I WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE THAT IS A 40K MILE REQUIREMENT, NOT 15K MILE. I WAS INFORMED THAT FROM TIME TO TIME THE FLUID FROM FACTORY IS INCORRECT. SO I ACCEPTED. 2ND TIME SAME SHUTTER AND FLUID FLUSHED AGAIN 3RD TIME SAME SHUTTER, SHIFTS HARD, JERKING, VIBRATION WHEN IDLE, FUEL MILAGE DECREASE AND POWER LOSS AND HESITATION WHEN TRYING GO. CHANGED TORQUE CONVERTER AND FLUSHED FLUID AGAIN. REPROGRAMMED TRANSMISSION. 4TH TIME SAME SHUTTER AND VIBRATION. CHANGED FLUID, REPLACED MOTOR MOUNTS. NOTHING TO THE HESITATION OR HARD SHIFTING. FINAL TIME HAVE BEEN TOLD NOTHING CAN DUPICATE. WE ARE STILL HAVING SHUTTER AND THE WORST OF ALL IS THE HESTIATION. CAR IS CURRENTLY PARKED AND WILL REMAIN PARKED. IT IS A SAFETY CONCERN AND WE WILL NOT PUT INNOCENT LIVES AT STAKE FOR A CAR NOT OPERATING AS DESIGNED. I SEEKED ASSISTANCE FROM DEALER AND GM SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. CURRENTLY HAD TO SEEK A LAWYER TO ASSIST.
FRONT RIGHT AND LEFT UPPER CONTROL ARMS ARE BAD AND EATING MY TIRES FROM INSIDE. I WENT TO GET MY ALIGNMENT DONE BUT MY MECHANIC TOLD ME THE FRONT RIGHT AND LEFT UPPER CONTROL ARMS ARE BAD AND HE CAN NOT DO THE ALIGNMENT AND THEN I WENT TO THE CADILLAC DEALERSHIP BUT THEY SAID EVERYTHING IS GOOD BECAUSE ON THAT TIME I ALREADY HAD 49,540 MILES ON THE VEHICLE AND THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE 50000 MILES SO THEY CAN TELL ME YOU ARE OUT OF WARRANTY AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT.
TRANSMISSION STARTED SLIPPING AT 50K MILES. SINCE I AM IN THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE INDUSTRY, I KNOW MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE TRANSMISSION ISSUES ON ESCALADES.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY. THE SHAKING BECAME MORE VIOLENT WHILE APPROACHING 70 MPH. THE CONTACT HAD TO PULL OVER ONTO THE SHOULDER TO REDUCE THE SHAKING. AFTER WAITING A WHILE, THE CONTACT PROCEEDED TO DRIVE, BUT THE SHAKING CONTINUED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ALEXANDER CADILLAC (1501 VENTURA BLVD #101, OXNARD, CA 93036, (805) 202-4495) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT NO FAILURE CODE WAS FOUND. THE MECHANIC DEEMED THE VEHICLE SAFE TO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 68,550.

I own a 2016 Cadillac Escalade that has been experiencing issues with the DVD player unit, as described in Bulletin No.: PIT5370C, dated December 2015. The specific problem is that a DVD has been stuck in the unit and will not eject. Additionally, the DVD button does not light up or respond to any touch. This malfunction aligns perfectly with the condition outlined in the bulletin, where the Instrument Panel Multifunction Switch (Eject Button) has been found to be hypersensitive, causing these disc handling problems. The safety of my passengers and myself has been compromised due to this issue. For instance, the inability to use the DVD player has caused significant distraction while trying to manage the media system during travel. This has been particularly concerning on longer trips where the media system is intended to provide entertainment to backseat passengers, reducing driver distraction. The unexpected ejection of discs has also posed a potential hazard within the vehicle. The problem has been confirmed by an independent service center, where the technicians verified that the disc player is malfunctioning due to the hypersensitive multifunction switch as detailed in the bulletin. However, despite this confirmation, my vehicle's VIN has been erroneously excluded from the recall, leaving the DVD unit inoperable. Prior to the complete failure of the DVD player, there were no specific warning lamps or messages indicating the impending issue. The symptoms started appearing gradually and have now rendered the DVD player completely unusable. Given that the described issue and its symptoms match the conditions outlined in Bulletin No.: PIT5370C, I request that my vehicle be included in the recall for covered repair to replace the faulty Instrument Panel Multifunction Switch (Eject Button) and restore the functionality of the media disc player.

I PURCHASED A NEW VEHICLE A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO, PICKED IT UP AT 4PM, ON MY DRIVE HOME I NOTICED A VIBRATION WHEN DRIVING AT SPEEDS FROM 35 MILES PER HOUR PLUS. THE VIBRATION INCREASES WITH SPEED. I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE DEALER THE NEXT MORNING ON SATURDAY AT 8AM. I WAS ASKED TO DROP IT OFF DURING THE WEEK, WHICH I DID. THEY REPLACED 4 TIRES. THIS DID NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. I BROUGHT IT BACK AGAIN A FEW WEEKS LATER, TWO TIRES WERE REPLACED A SECOND TIME. I STILL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I BROUGHT IT BACK AGAIN, THE 3RD TIME THEY REPLACED ON TIRE. IT DID NOT CORRECT THE VIBRATION. I NOW HAVE MY VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE AGAIN, THEY REPLACED THE DRIVE SHAFT. I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER INFORMING ME THE DRIVE SHAFT REPLACEMENT DID NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM.

THERE IS ALSO A STEADY "BUFFETING" NOISE COMING FROM THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE AT SPEEDS BETWEEN 55 MPH AND 70MPH. VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT TO INDEPENDENT TIRE SHOP (BY ME) TO HAVE WHEELS AND TIRES ROAD FORCE BALANCED. REPORT WAS PROVIDED, ALL IN SPEC AND VIBRATION IS STILL PRESENT. CURRENTLY, THERE IS A "OPEN TICKET" ON THE VEHICLE AT THE CADILLAC DEALERSHIP AWAITING A "GM ENGINEER" TO VERIFY THE VIBRATION. ABOUT 5 CALLS AND THREE WEEK LATER THEY RECEIVED A NEW SPECIAL TORQUE CONVERTER AND AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED THE VIBRATION WAS STILL THERE. YOU CAN FEEL THE VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL, THROTTLE, CENTER CONSOLE, FLOOR, AND THE SEAT. THE SERVICE MANAGER HAS BEEN VERY POLITE AND HAS GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP. A GM FIELD SERVICE REP HAS LOOKED AT THE CAR AND SAID IT IS WITHIN GM SPEC,S. I AM READING ALL OVER THE INTERNET OF THE SAME PROBLEM AND GM HAS REPLACED DRIVELINES, WHEELS, TIRES, TORQUE CONVERTERS, SHOCKS, REAR AXLES, ENGINE MOUNTS, ETC. AND STILL HAVE A VIBRATION PROBLEM. THEY HAVE EVEN BOUGHT SOME OF THE 2015 AND 2016 BACK. THIS IS HAPPENING ON ALL GM FULL SIZE SUV'S. CHEVROLET, GMC, AND CADILLAC.
