Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)I was in a left hand turn lane. When I started to make the turn my vehicle lurched and stopped. I tried several times to go and this behavior repeated. Onstar called me (or I called them). They called 911 for me and a fire truck was dispatched to help me. I was in the intersection and afraid to try anything else until the fire truck arrived to control the traffic so I could be moved from the intersection. When they arrived I was able to put the vehicle in drive and drive it out of the intersection and then home. When I got home, I had Onstar run a diagnostic and there was an error code for the high voltage battery. I had previously reported to my dealer that I was getting alerts to service the high voltage battery (on the myCadillac app). They were unable to find a problem. No crash happened this time, but if it occurred when I was in front of oncoming traffic then a crash may have occurred.
