Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)While driving the dashboard screen goes blank including the radio. If using adaptive cruise control it also shuts off. After five or six minutes the cadillac symbol will appear on the radio screen and the dashboard screen will begin to sign back on. You must reset the cruise control. Everything on the dash is black including the speedometer and gages. This has occurred numerous times and the dealer informed me that there is no recall and no solution to the problem. My son has a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe with the same problem. The first time it happened was on an isolated road at 10:30 PM. I pulled over, not understanding what was occurring. I consider this dangerous not know what’s going on how long if will last

The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, who then diagnosed a failure with the instrument panel. The contact was informed that the instrument panel needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V459000 (Electrical System); the VIN was included, but the remedy was ineffective. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 1,200.

The vehicle was taken to another local dealer where a system update was performed at Cadillac of Naperville (1507 W Ogden Ave, Naperville, IL 60540). The contact stated that the parts to complete the recall associated with the vehicle were not available. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
Rear camera stopped working. Normally when car was put in Reverse the rearview camera would show you what is behing your car. This camera stopped working in this car. When in reverse a red triangke pops uo indicating some type of malfunction and a red circle with a camera inside with a line going across indicatimg there in no camera. It was working the day before fine and it just stopped working the next day. There is no physical damage to camera or car in general.
