Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)I am not sure I picked the correct ADAS, however, on 3/4/23 we purchased this auto from Beck Nissian in Palatka Florida. When we purchased this auto it was a used car that had not been owned for very long. We were never told that there were factory recalls that were necessary so that all of the options this auto would work correctly. On July 14 I was in a very busy parking lot and back into a truck damaging my auto. I understand backing up is my responsibility but this auto needed a recall for the back up alert to be put on this auto. I believe if this auto had the options it was suppose to have I could of avoided this accident. This accident cost me a 600 deductible plus extra rental as I needed a larger vehicle because my husband is in a wheelchair. I truly feel that either the dealer or manufacturer should help with these expenses. I have contacted both to no avail. Your help would be appreciated.
