THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
