THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 77,527. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET COBALT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO DECELERATE AND A LOUD SQUEAKY NOISE EMITTED OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHENEVER COMING TO A STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE FRONT BRAKE PADS WERE REPLACED. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE CERAMIC BRAKES PERFORMED AS DESIGNED. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWO WEEKS AFTER THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE MOST RECENT DEFECT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000.

THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY WAS CRACKED, AND THE WIRES WERE BURNED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE FUEL PUMP HAD FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 12V459000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,000.

IN ADDITION, AN ABNORMAL CLUNKING AND RATTLING NOISE WAS HEARD FROM UNDER THE HOOD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE A DIAGNOSTIC WAS PERFORMED. THE FAILURE WAS LOCATED AT THE STEERING COLUMN AND STEERING SHAFT. THE STEERING COLUMN AND STEERING SHAFT WERE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 105,696.
THE OUTLET PORT ON THE FUEL PUMP CRACKED AND STARTING LEAKING GAS. THERE IS A RECALL FOR THIS EXACT PROBLEM FOR MY CAR BUT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE MY STATE OF ILLINIOS JUST THE WARMER STATES. BUT WE HAD AN EXTREMELY HOT SUMMER THIS YEAR. CALLED GM AND THEY STATED MY VIN WAS NOT UNDER THE RECALL. DEER HIT CAR WAS VERY DARK 7 AM WITNESS CALLED 911 JACKSON TWP POLICE CAME CAR HAD TO BE TOWED FRONT END OF CAR ALL SMASHED AIR BAG DID NOT GO OFF I WAS HYSTERICAL GOD SENT ME AN ANGEL THAT MORNING WITNESS STAYED WITH ME UNTIL POLICE CAME POLICE CALLED FOR TOW TRUCK & MADE REPORT TOTAL COST OF REPAIRS OVER $6,000 THOUGHT CAR WOULD BE TOTALED I HAVE COPY OF ALL REPAIRS DONE. *TR
SHORTLY AFTER BUYING THIS CAR, THE PARKING BRAKE STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. THE REAR CALIPERS HAVE LOCKED UP AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING WHEN THE HANDLE IS PULLED UP. THIS IS A TERRIBLE DESIGN WHICH CAUSES, AT BEST AN INCONVENIENT, AND AT WORST, POSSIBLY DANGEROUS SITUATION AS, FOR A CAR EQUIPPED WITH A MANUAL TRANSMISSION, THERE IS NO PARK TO PUT THE CAR IN SO I HAVE TO BLOCK THE WHEELS WHEN PARKING UNTIL I CAN GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED. THE GM DEALER SAID THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM BUT THERE IS NO PERMANENT FIX. HOW CAN SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE THIS PROBLEM BUT NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT? THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 10V073000 (STEERING:ELECTRIC POWER ASSIST SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE MALFUNCTION RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000.
WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD THE DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER ON THE DASHBOARD DISPLAYED "POWER STEERING." AT THAT TIME THE POWER STEERING FAILED AND IT BECAME EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CONTROL AND STEER THE VEHICLE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND THEN RESTARTED THE PROBLEM DISAPPEARED. THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RETURNING MORE FREQUENTLY AND AT ALL TYPES OF SPEEDS. *TR

THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 71,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE TECHNICIAN ADVISED THAT THE TAIL LAMP ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ALSO, THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT SEVERAL DAYS LATER, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND ADVISED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY RECALLS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 25,000.

THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE DRIVING NORMALLY AFTER TURNING THE IGNITION OFF AND THEN RESTARTING. IN ADDITION, THE GEAR LEVER DID NOT SHIFT FROM DRIVE INTO NEUTRAL UNLESS THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS ENGAGED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED TWO TIMES. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE MALFUNCTION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.
I WAS TRYING TO TURN MY CAR ON AND I KEPT HEARING A CLICKING NOISE. THE CAR WOULD NOT START NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRIED TO RESTART IT. I WAITED ANOTHER FIVE MINUTES IT STARTED AND AS I WENT TO PUT THE CAR IN REVERSE IT SHUT OFF AGAIN. I PUT THE GEAR BACK INTO PARKING AND THEN TRIED TO RESTART THE CAR, EVERYTIME IT TURNED ON IT WOULD SHUT OFF AS I PUT THE GEAR INTO REVERSE. SO AS I TURNED THE CAR ON AGAIN I WENT FORWARDS TO TURN OUTWARD FROM THE PARKING STALL AROUND THE CEMENT BLOCK BUT THEN THE CAR SHUT OFF AGAIN AND I HIT THE CEMENT BLOCK WHICH LEFT A DENT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY CAR. WHEN DRIVING TO WORK IT SHUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD ON MY WAY TO WORK. I PUSHED THE GAS PEDAL AND NOTHING HAPPENED AND THEN IT JUST SHUT OFF. I TOOK THE CAR IN TO GET SERVICED BY THE DEALERSHIP, I PAID FOR A VEHICLE INSPECTION. THE NEXT DAY I WENT TO SCHOOL AND MY CAR WOULD NOT START I WAS STUCK IN A PARKING STALL AGAIN. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID TO BRING THE CAR IN, I TOLD THEM IT WAS NOT RUNNING AND IT NEEDED TO BE TOWED BY THEM BECAUSE I HAD JUST TAKEN IT IN. THEY TOWED IT AND KEPT THE CAR. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED AND THEY HAD NOT GOTTEN TO IT. THEN THE THIRD DAY I CALLED AND THEY STILL DID NOT GET TO MY CAR. FINALLY ON THE FOURTH DAY I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I HAD A RENTAL AND WAS PAYING OUT OF POCKET. THEY THEN TOLD ME IT HAD TO DO WITH THE CLUTCH AND THAT I HAD TO REPLACE IT. SO I DID, I HAVE THE RECEIPTS. A FEW DAYS LATER, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I TRIED REPLACING THE BATTERY. IT HAPPENED AGAIN, I WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID IT WAS FAULTY WIRING ALL ALONG AND THAT THE WIRES LEADING TO THE POWER OF THE CAR WERE LOOSE AND RUBBING AGAINST THE IGNITION CAUSING THE CAR TO TURN OFF AND THEY SAID THEY FIXED IT. MONTHS LATER THE CAR SHUT OFF AGAIN. I SPENT A LOT AND HAVE ALL RECEIPTS AND EXACT DATES, I HAVE SINCE STOPPED DRIVING CAR. *TR
WE WENT TO EAT, CAME OUT TO GO HOME STARTED CAR AND LOST COMPLETE STEERING, COULD NOT GET IT TO STEER CORRECTLY. HAD TO DRIVE AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE TO GET HOME. *TR
THE REAR BRAKE CALIPER SEIZED AND CAUSED ME TO LOSE ALL REAR BRAKES. THE REAR BRAKE PADS WILL WEAR DOWN TO BARE METAL ON THE INSIDE SO NO WEAR BAR NOTIFIES THE DRIVER YOU HAVE AN ISSUE TILL YOU NO LONGER HAVE REAR BRAKES. THIS COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT! *TR
I NOTICED THE PAST WEEK MY PASSENGER AIR BAG LIGHT WAS ON AND NO ONE WAS SITTING THERE AND THEN THIS MORNING 10/02/12 I TURN MY CAR ON AND IT SAYS SERVICE AIRBAG DID SOME RESEARCH AND ITS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD FOR MY PASSENGER CAUSE IT DOES NOT WORK AND NO PROTECTION I ALSO NOTICE THAT THE 2006 COBALTS AND 2007 COBALTS HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM I PERSONALLY HAVE A FRIEND THAT HAS A 2006 COBALT LS THAT HAS THIS PROBLEM MINE IS A 09 COBALT LT IV ALREADY HAD TO PAY 500 TO FIX MY FUEL PUMP MODULE WHICH THEY JUST PUT A RECALL ON IT THIS PAST MONTH AND I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK SO BEFORE I GO OUT AND SPEND 300 TO FIX MY AIR BAG I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IF I CAN GET IT FIXED FOR FREE THANK YOU *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED WHEN HE NOTICED A POOL OF GASOLINE ON THE GROUND. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING, GASOLINE WAS LEAKING ON TOP OF THE FUEL TANK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A MECHANIC WHO INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND INFORMED HIM THAT THE FUEL PUMP MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE VEHICLE AND THAT THEY COULD FILE A COMPLAINT FOR THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. I STARTED MY VEHICLE UP AND PARKED IT IN THE GARAGE. WHEN I WENT TO REMOVE MY KEY FROM THE IGNITION, THE KEY WOULDN'T TURN AND I COULDN'T GET MY KEY OUT. IN ORDER TO TURN THE CAR OFF, I HAD TO REMOVE THE FUSE AND UNHOOK THE BATTERY. I'M TAKING THE CAR TO SCHMIDT CHEVROLET IN CENTRALIA, IL FIRST THING TOMORROW, BUT THERE IS NO ACTIVE RECALL ON MY VEHICLE AT THIS TIME. I SEE THAT HIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR MULTIPLE COBALT OWNERS AND EVEN THE MECHANICS THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF TOLD ME THAT THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE. I BELIEVE THAT MY VEHICLE SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THIS RECALL AND THAT ANY MONEY SPENT SHOULD BE REFUNDED TO ME BY CHEVROLET FOR A POORLY DESIGNED IGNITION. *TR
VEHICLE'S AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCKS BEGAN TO ENGAGE AND DISENGAGE ON THEIR OWN, POSSIBLY LOCKING THE STEERING COLUMN AS VEHICLE ENTERED INTO A CURVE. CAUSED DRIVER TO LOOSE CONTROL GO INTO DITCH, BOUNCE OUT OF DITCH AND LOG ROLL THE VEHICLE. AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. DOOR LOCKS WERE STILL GOING UP AND DOWN SEVERAL HOURS LATER AT THE VEHICLE IMPOUND YARD AND WAS OBSERVED BY THE POLICE OFFICER AND NOTED IN HIS REPORT. ADDITIONAL. THIS PROBLEM IS MUCH BIGGER THAN BELIEVED! I HAVE A 2011 HHR AND HAVE HAD THE IGNITION SWITCH TURN OFF WHEN I HAVE DROPPED THE ADJUSTABLE STEERING COLUMN TO THE DOWN POSITION WHILE MOVING. I DRIVE A 2009 CHEVY COBALT SS, MANUAL TRANSMISSION WHEN I PARKED AT A FRIENDS APARTMENT COMPLEX I APPLIED MY E-BRAKE ON A SLIGHT HILL AND THE BRAKE DID NOT HOLD AT ALL. I HAD TO RE PARK MY VEHICLE ON A COMPLETELY FLAT SURFACE AND THEN PLACE IT IN FIRST GEAR. A FEW DAYS LATER I DECIDED TO TEST SOMETHING. SO I PARKED MY CAR ON A FLAT SURFACE AND ENGAGED THE E-BRAKE. THE LEVER WAS ABLE TO BE PULLED ALL THE WAY UP WITH VERY LITTLE RESISTANCE. I THEN GOT OUT OF MY VEHICLE AND WAS ABLE TO PUSH MY VEHICLE FORWARD WITH LITTLE RESISTANCE. I THEN TOOK MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY FIXED IT UNDER WARRANTY. I THEN BEGAN TO APPLY THE E-BRAKE AND PUT MY CAR IN FIRST GEAR EVERY TIME I PARK. THEN A FEW MONTHS AGO, ABOUT ON 01/05/2014 I EXPERIENCED THE SIMILAR ISSUE. I NOTICED THAT I WAS ABLE TO PULL MY E-BRAKE LEVER ALL THE WAS UP WITH LITTLE RESISTANCE. I THEN PARKED MY CAR WITH IT IN NEUTRAL AND THE E-BRAKE ENGAGED AND WAS ABLE TO PUSH THE CAR FORWARD WITH VERY LITTLE EFFORT. THE DEALERSHIP STATED THAT THE PART IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT FIX IT FOR FREE. WHILE LOOKING ONLINE I NOTICED THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE. I FOUND THAT THE BRAKE CABLE GET STRETCHED OUT VERY EASILY AND THAT ONE OF THE TWO BRAKE CABLES IS OFTEN MORE STRETCHED THAN THE OTHER. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A MECHANIC WHO INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND ADVISED THAT THE FUEL PUMP MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE FAILURE AND OFFERED NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 70,000.

I HAD TO CALL AAA TO HAVE THEM COME TO REMOVE THE BATTERY CABLE, (I HAD TO GO ONLINE TO FIND OUT WHERE THE BATTERY WAS LOCATED) (BECAUSE EVEN MY AAA DID NOT KNOW WHERE IT WAS. WE THEN HAD AAA TOW THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP IN LAUREL, MD AND THEY SAID THAT THE IGNITION HAD FALLEN APART. THEY PUT ANOTHER IGNITION IN, HOWEVER, I WONDER IF IT IS OUT OF THE SAME BATCH THAT IS CAUSING PROBLEMS NOW. THEY ALSO DID SOMETHING TO THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING AT THE SAME TIME. *JS
CAR IS PULLING TO THE LEFT AND HAD CAR ALIGNMENT DONE AND NEW TIRES PUT ON. STILL PULLING TO THE LEFT AND HEAR RATTLING NOISE IN THE STEERING COLUMN WHEN TURNING TO THE LEFT AND WHEN SPEED AT 50 MPH. IT ALSO RATTLES WHEN I SLOW DOWN TO STOP. THIS IS NOT SAFE FOR ME OR MY FAMILY. THIS SHOULD BE RECALLED IMMEDIATELY. TOOK CAR TO MECHANIC DIAGNOSIS IS THE STEERING COLUMN. PRODUCTION ERROR. NOTICED A FUEL SMELL IN THE CAR FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS. DISCONNECTED THE FUEL TANK AND NOTICED FUEL LEAKING FROM THE FUEL PUMP. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION IT WAS THE PLASTIC SENDING LINE ON TOP OF THE FUEL PUMP THAT HAD DEVELOPED A CRACK, RESULTING IN FUEL LEAK. REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP, NOW NO FUEL LEAK OR FUEL SMELLS. *TR

THEN CHECKED REAR BRAKES AND FOUND REAR PASSENGER SIDE INNER BRAKE PAD (NOT THE OUTER PAD) COMPLETELY WORN OUT....ALL OTHER PADS ON CAR HAVE ATLEAST 70% PAD LEFT. I WAS STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT WITH MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE WAITING FOR THE LIGHT TO CHANGE TO GREEN. THE PASSENGER AIRBAG CURTAINS BOTH DEPLOYED AND BLEW OUT THE HEADLINER OF THE VEHICLE. IT WAS ABOUT 80 DEGREES AND DRY. I WENT TO THE DEALER WHO SAID THE INCIDENT WAS AN INSURANCE CLAIM. MY INSURANCE COMPANY DENIED THE CLAIM SAYING THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT. A GM INVESTIGATOR READ THE DATA BOX AND THE CDR FILE INFORMATION SHOWS THERE WAS NO EVENT RECORDED TO RECOVER. SOMETHING WAS PREVENTING THE DATA BOX FROM BEING READ AT THE COMPUTER PORT UNDER THE DASH, THEY HAD TO REMOVE THE DATA BOX AND PLUG THEIR COMPUTER DIRECTLY INTO IT. INITIALLY GM CLAIMED I PUT THE VEHICLE IN A ROLLOVER SITUATION. NOW THAT HAS BEEN PROVEN WRONG, THEY ARE SAYING SOMETHING LIKE MOISTURE MADE THE AIRBAG DEPLOY. MY VEHICLE IS UNUSABLE AND SITTING BECAUSE OF GM'S FAILURE TO STEP UP AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY CASE. *TR

MY SON WAS DRIVING TO WORK, HE WAS HEADING DOWN A LONG WINDING ROAD WHEN HE APPLIED THE BRAKES, AND DISCOVERED THAT THE BRAKES HAD SUDDENLY FAILED. THE BRAKE PEDAL WOULD NOT GO TO THE FLOOR; IT WAS STUCK AND UNABLE TO MOVE. HE DESCRIBED THAT THE CAR SEEMED TO STALL AND CONTINUE TO DRIFT DOWN THE HILL WITH NO ABILITY TO STOP, GRADUALLY PICKING UP SPEED. HE GOT IN THE CURB LANE AND CONTINUED STEERING THE VEHICLE WHILE SEARCHING FOR THE SAFEST PLACE TO CRASH, AS THIS WAS HIS ONLY OPTION BECAUSE HE WAS UNABLE TO SLOW TO A STOP. IN THE MIDDLE OF MORNING RUSH HOUR, HE WAS ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY CROSS OPPOSING LANES OF TRAFFIC AND CRASH HEAD-ON INTO A HILLSIDE IN A PARKING LOT AT ABOUT 45 MPH. THE UNDERSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS SMASHED IN, DAMAGING THE FRAME BEYOND REPAIR. THE AIRBAG DEPLOYED, WHICH RESULTED IN BRUISING OF THE CHEST. HE DID NOT LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS, AND DID NOT ACQUIRE ANY CUTS OR SCRATCHES. HE DID REQUIRE TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE, AND WAS STRAPPED TO A BACKBOARD AND PUT IN A NECKBRACE. AT THE HOSPITAL, HE WAS GIVEN A CHEST X-RAY AND AN EXAMINATION, WHICH DETERMINED THAT NOTHING WAS BROKEN OR FRACTURED. HE DID SUFFER MICRO TEARS IN THE MUSCLES OF HIS BACK DUE TO THE IMPACT OF THE CRASH, AND A BRUISED CHEST AS A RESULT OF THE SEATBELT AND AIRBAG. NEEDLESS TO SAY, HE MISSED WORK THAT DAY AND THE NEXT THREE WEEKS OF WORK WHILE RECOVERING. THE CAR WAS TOTALED. *TR

AFTER DRIVING THE CAR AND PUTTING THE PARKING THE CAR IN ITS SPOT, THE CAR WAS UNABLE TO BE TURN OFF THE CAR. THE TECHNICIAN (JAMES) SAID HE WOULD CONTACT GM REPRESENTATIVE, MIKE (1-866-790-5700), OPENED A CASE NUMBER #711054174869 AND TURN THE CASE OVER TO JAMEELAH (EXT:41241) ON 04/02/2012. SHE WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL AND WOULD NOT GET BACK WITH ME AND I HAD TO KEEP CALLING HER SINCE SHE DID NOT CALL ME. THE DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL THEY HEARD FROM GM, SO WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT. I FINALLY CONTACTED HER SUPERVISOR, HEATHER (X21146), ON 04/16/2012 BECAUSE I WAS NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM JAMEELAH. JAMEELAH WOULD SAYS WILL LOOK INTO IT AND GET BACK WITH ME. WHEN I TALKED TO HEATHER, HEATHER SAID THERE IS A RECALL ON 2009 COBALT WITH THIS PROBLEM BUT MY VIN IS NOT PART OF THIS RECALL AND THERE WAS NOTHING GM COULD DO FOR US. I DID NOT LIKE THIS ANSWER SO I FOUND YOUR SITE AND I TALKED TO ONE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVE AND SHE TOLD ME TO FILL OUT THIS COMPLAINT. THERE IS A RECALL ON THE 2009 COBALT FOR THIS PROBLEM.
