THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
DRIVING 12/18 BELTLINE EAST BOUND. BETWEEN SOUTH TOWN EXIT AND MONONA DRIVE EXIT. DEBIS IN ROAD HIT BY TRUCK LIC#DG93483 THAT CAME UP AND HIT THE RIGHT FRONT END PASSANGER SIDE OF VECHILE. CRACKED HEADLINE AND FRONT BUMPER DENTED AS WELL AS PAINT ALL SCRATCHED! CALLED NON EMERGENCY POILE AND THEY TOLD ME TO FILL OUT THIS FORM TO REPORT.
