Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)WHEN PRESSING THE ACCELERATOR AFTER BEING STOPPED AT A LIGHT, THE VEHICLE JERKS AND VIBRATES A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE ACCELERATING. IT FEELS AS IF THE GEAR IS NOT SHIFTING PROPERLY. IT HAPPENS OFTEN AND THRUSTS US FORWARD QUITE A FEW TIMES. *TR
I HAVE A 2007 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO THAT I BOUGHT NEW AND THE CRUISE CONTROL WILL TAKE OVER AT ANY TIME OR SPEED. IT MAY GO 2 WEEKS AND NOT DO IT, BUT MOST OF THE TIME IT WILL DO IT 2 OR 3 TIMES A WEEK. WHEN IT DOES IT MAY DO IT 1 TO 4 TIMES. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO MY DEALER 4 OR 5 TIMES BUT THE JUST SAY THEY CAN'T GET IT TO DO IT . I CALLED CHEVROLET AND THEY SAY THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING TELL IT DOES IT WHEN THEY ARE DRIVING IT. IS THEIR ANY ONE I CAN GO TO GET IT FIXED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS KILLED? I PUT THE LAST TIME IT DID IT IN THE BOX BELOW BUT IT DOES IT AT DIFFERENT TIME. *TR
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
