SEVERE VIBRATION OF TRUCK AFFECTING DRIVEABILITY AT SPEEDS OF 40-45 AND 62-72MPH. AT HIGHWAY SPEDS THE STEERING WHEEL VIBRATES AND AT TIMES WILL BE FORCED OUT DRIVER'S HAND IF DRIVER DOES NOT HAVE A STRONG GRIP ON THE WHEEL. VEHICLE IS A SAFETY HAZARD DUE TO VIBRATION AND SUDDEN STEERING WHEEL PULL AND MAY CAUSE A CRASH.
WHILE SLOWING FOR A STOP SIGN, CONSUMER HEARD A GRINDING NOISE COMING FROM THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE, DEALER FOUND THE REAR, RIGHT SIDE INNER BRAKE SHOE WAS MISSING, BACKING PLATE HAD SKORED THE ROTOR, OUTER BRAKE PAD AND LEFT REAR BRAKE PAD HAD 3/8" OF PAD LEFT, DEALER REPLACED REAR PADS AND BOTH ROTORS, FREE OF CHARGE. *SLC
PINION SHAFT BROKE AND LOCKED DIFFERENTIAL WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE DOWN THE ROAD. I HAVE READ OF OTHER INSTANCES WITH THIS SAME VEHICLE, YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL. I THINK THIS IS SOEMTHING THAT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED ON OTHER VEHICLES.
NO DEPLOYMENT OF AIR BAG DURING ACCIDENT, CONSUMER SUSTAINED TRAUMA TO THE CHEST.(ATTORNEY FOR CLIENT) YH
INTERMITTENTLY VEHICLE WILL STALL OUT AND DIE WITHOUT WARNING, RESULTING IN LOSS OF POWER. DEALER HAS REPAIRED VEHICLE SEVEN TIMES. HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM REOCCURRED. *AK *ML
WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD ENGINE DIES OUT. THIS HAPPENS WHEN TAKING FOOT OFF THE GAS PEDAL. MESSAGE CONTROL PANEL READS A BIG RED BATTERY, AND THE POWER SURGES. CONTACTED DEALER AND MANUFACTURER, THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. *AK *ML
SUNVISOR ON DRIVER'S SIDE WAS UNABLE TO PROTECT FROM THE SUN RAYS PASSENGERS 5'6" OR SHORTER. DEALER/MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED AT THIS TIME. *AK
HEADING SOUTH ON HIGHWAY US 1, TRAVELING 55MPH WITH CRUISE CONTROL ON, ANOTHER VEHICLE COMING NORTH TURNED IN FRONT, AND CONSUMER HIT VEHICLE ON THE SIDE. UPON IMPACT, DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY. CONTACTED DEALER, AND HE WAS NOT ABLE TO HELP. *AK
THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION INTERMITTENTLY FAILS TO ENGAGE ON LAUNCH. THERE IS A DELAY OF 1 TO 2 SECONDS BEFORE THE TRANSMISSION ENGAGES AND THE VEHICLE MOVES. THE FAILED CONDITION APPEARS AS IF THE VEHICLE IS IN NUETRAL AND THEN SLAMS INTO GEAR. THE FAILED CONDITION MAY BE THAT THE VEHICLE IS ACTUALLY TRYING TO LAUNCH IN 3RD AND THEN DOWN SHIFTS AFTER A DELAY. THIS IS A POTENTIALY DANGEROUS CONDITION THAT COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT WHILE CROSSING TRAFFIC OR ENTERING TRAFFIC. I HAVE FOUND VIA THE INTERNET THAT MANY OWNERS OF THIS VEHICLE ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM WITH BOTH 1999 AND 2000 MODELS. THIS PROBLEM IS VERY INTERMITTENT AND CAN NOT BE REPRODUCED WITH REGULARITY. BECAUSE THE PROBLEM CAN NOT BE REPRODUCED I HAVE NOT TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME AT THIS POINT. THE DEALER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPRODUCE THE FAILURE. I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE PROBLEM 3 TIMES IN 3 MONTHS AND 3000 MILES. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR VEHICLE OWNERS TO GET GM TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS SO INTERMITTENT. GM HAS TO BE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN ON THE INTERNET. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I CAN HELP IN ANY WAY WITH YOUR INVESTIGATION. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP.
DRIVER'S SIDE POWER SEAT WILL NOT TILT FOWARD WHICH WILL NOT ALLOW REAR PASSENGER TO GET OUT IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. *AK *ML
ANCHOR BOLT HOLDING FRONT STRAP , NOTICED WAS MISSING WHEN HAVING TIRES ROTATED, STRAP WAS HANGING DOWN APROX. 2-3 IN. AWAY FROM OUT SIDE CORNER OF TANK. TOOK TO DEALER AND HAD BOLT REPLACED.
THE TRUCK STARTED A VIBRATING/SHAKING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS AT ABOUT 1000 MILES. I HAVE BEEN PUT OFF AND OUTRIGHT LIED TO ABOUT THE PROBLEM. AT TIMES IT IS SO SEVERE THAT IT WILL CAUSE THE CD PLAYER TO SKIP. THREE DIFFERENT DEALERS ACKOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM IS COMMON TO THESE TRUCKS. CHEVROLET CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TRIED TO BLAME THE DEALERS FOR INACTION, BUT I HAVE A LOCAL DEALER THAT HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED BY CHEVY TO TRY DIFFERENT SHOCKS, SPRINGS ETC. TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ON OTHER TRUCKS, AND HAS HAD SOME SUCCESS. I ONLY WANT THEM TO TRY TO DO SOMETHING SINCE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE UP TILL NOW. THE VIBRATION CAN BE DANGEROUS SINCE IT SOMETIMES STARTS WITHOUT WARNING. MY WIFE WILL NOT DRIVE THE TRUCK AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS.*AK
FROM ZERO TO TWENTY IT HAS A LAUNCH SHUTTER ON THE LONG BED EXTENDED CABS. VEHICLE VIBRATED VIOLENTLY UNTIL PASSING 20MPH. CONTACTED DEALER, AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, AND HAD TO DEAL WITH IT. ALSO, CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER.*AK
BRAKE SLACK ADJUSTER WAS DESIGNED TO WORK WRONG WAY, INSTEAD OF TIGHTENING, IS LOOSENS BRAKE LINE. TTOK VEHICLE TO DEALER WHO COULD NOT REMEDY PROBLEM. *AK
THE GOVERNMENT HAS CAR MAKERS TRYING TO GAIN MORE FUEL ECONOMY BY HAVING THEM MAKE THEIR VEHICLES SMALLER AND LIGHTER, BUT THAT IS FOR CARS ALMOST ONLY. SO NOW THAT TRUCK REMAIN STANDARD AS BEFORE THEIR HEAD LIGHTS ON DIM ARE HIGHER THEN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR IN THE CARS THEREFORE CAUSING BLINDNESS TO THE CAR DRIVER. THE GOV. SHOULD SET A MAX. HEIGHT FOR HEADLIGHTS TO BE OFF THE ROAD WHEN THE VEHICLE IS SITTING ON A LEVEL SURFACE. AND THEN THE LAW ALLOWS SOME OF THESE TRUCK OWNERS TO JACK THEIR UNIT UP EVEN HIGHER THAN STANDARD TO WHERE THE HEADLIGHTS OR EVEN ABOVE THE ROOF OF THE CARS AND IT VERY DANGEROUS AT NIGHT WHEN YOU MEET ONE COMING OR ONE PULLS UP BEHIND YOU. OF COURSE I KNOW THERE WILL BE NOTHING DONE ON SOMETIME LIKE THIS UNTIL 100 PEOPLE HAVE WRECKS AND OR KILLED OR THEY RUN OVER SOMEONE FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE THEM IN THE BLINDING LIGHTS OF A STANDARD HIGH RISE TRUCK. STEERING PROBLEM. POWER STEERING GOES OUT WHEN SLOW DOWN. CHEVROLET IS VERY AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND THERE IS CURRENTLY A RECALL ON THE LATER MODEL VEHICLES. THE 2000 WE HAVE IS VERY DANGEROUS AND WE HAVE REPORTED IT NUMEROUSE TIMES AND WONDER HOW MANY TRAGIC ACCIDENTS HAVE TO HAPPEN BEFORE IT IS CORRECTED?
THE ABS MALFUNCTIONED RESULTING IN ACCIDENT. YH
THERE HAVE BEEN NO FAILURES, BUT I HAD TO PUT "ONE" IN AN EARLIER FIELD TO GET THIS THING TO WORK/SUBMIT. ISN'T IT BETTER TO KNOW OF A PROBLEM BEFORE AN ACCIDENT? ON PAGE 6-72 OF THE OWNERS MANUAL FOR 2000 SILVERADO TRUCKS IT INDICATES A WHEEL LUG SPEC. OF 140 FT LBS. THAT SEEMS UNUSUALLY HIGH FOR AN ALUMINUM ALLOY WHEEL (NORMALLY 80-100). I CALLED GM CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY ON 12/23/99 CONFIRMED THAT NUMBER. I CHECKED THE ACTUAL TORQUE SETTINGS AS THE TRUCK WAS DELIVERED, AND NOTICED THAT MOST OF THEM WERE ABOUT 90 FT LBS. I CHECKED WITH MY DEALERSHIP TO SEE WHAT THE SHOP MANUAL INDICATED, AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO REFERENCE IN THE SHOP MANUAL, BUT I SUSPECT THE SERVICE WRITER DID NOT KNOW FULLY ABOUT HOW TO USE THAT SCREEN. I AM GOING TO USE 95 FT LBS AS MY SPEC. I AM CONCERNED THAT 140 FT. LBS. WOULD RESULT IN A WHEEL LUG BREAKING WHEN IN A HOT AND STRESSED SITUATION. *AK
ROUGH ENGINE IDLE (MISSING) AND TRANSMISSION SHUDDERS ( FORWARD GEAR) WHEN SHIFTING INTO 2ND GEAR. *AK
TRANSMISSION SHUDDER, FORWARD OR REVERSE, IMMEDIATELY AFTER RELEASING FOOT BRAKE TO BEGIN ACCELERATION. THEN BETWEEN 18 AND 25MPH THERE IS A VACUUM LEAKING SOUND - WHISTLE.
ROUGH IDLE, EXHAUST BURNING BLACK, SMELL OF GASOLINE IN OIL
THE HEADLIGHT PROBLEM INVOLVES AN OVERRIDE BUTTON INSTALLED ON THE 2000 SILVERADO THAT IS TO BYPASS THE AUTO HEADLIGHT ON EVEN DURING THE DAY. THE BUTTON, ACCORDING TO THE MANUAL, IS TO BE ABLE TO TURN OFF THE HEADLIGHTS ( THIS IS THE ONLY WAY, THERE IS NO OFF POSITION ) IF YOU ARE STOPPED, ( LIKE AT A BURGER PLACE) WITH YOUR ENGINE RUNNING & YOU DON'T WANT YOUR LIGHTS ON. BUT, I FOUND THAT YOU ALSO CAN BE GOING DOWN THE ROAD, ( I DID THIS GOING 50 MPH), & PUSH THIS BUTTON 3 TIME & ALL THE LIGHTS GO OUT. THE DASH, & FRONT & REAR LIGHTS! I PANICED & COULD NOT FIND HOW TO TURN THEM BACK ON. I HAD TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY STOP, ( LUCKY NO ONE WAS BEHIND ME), & THEN I FOUND I HAD TO TURN THE SWITCH TO MANUAL LIGHTS ON CONTROL TO GET THEM BACK ON. I LATER FOUND OUT FROM THE MANUAL THAT THIS SWITCH WAS NITENDED FOR THE BYPASS OPERATION I SPOKE OF EARLIER. I THINK YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TURN OFF ALL YOUR LIGHTS WHILE MOVING BY SIMPLY PUSHING THIS BUTTON THREE TIMES! THE VIBRATION PROBLEM SEEM TO BE AFFECTING A LOT OF THE NEW 1999 & 2000 MODEL SILVERADO TRUCKS. GM SAYS THEY ARE WORKING ON IT, BUT DO NOT HAVE A FIX YET. NOT SAFETY RELATED BUT ANNOYING! JUST NOT RIGHT FOR A NEW TRUCK. I HAVE INLISTED THE HELP OF THE BBB ON THIS PROBLEM SINCE DEALER WILL NOT FIX. SAYS SINCE MOST OF THE NEW MODELS DO IT, THEY LIST IT AS A NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC!!! ABS BRAKES FAIL TO STOP THE VEHICLE AS ADVERTISED IF ANY TYPE OF ROAD SURFACES, OTHER THAN PERFECTLY SMOOTH, ARE ENCOUNTERED DURING THE BRAKING PROCESS. THIS IS TRUE FOR CHEVROLET TRUCKS AS WELL AS DODGE PICKUPS. I HAVE FRIENDS WHO HAVE THESE TWO BRANDS AND THEY HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH STOPPING ON EVEN SLIGHTLY ROUGH ROAD SURFACES. EXTENDED EXTERIOR MIRROR PROBLEM WITH AJUSTING AND CREATING A BLIND SPOT. IF A VEHICLE IS ALMOST ON THE SIDE OF CONSUMER'S VEHICLE HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THAT VEHICLE UNLESS HE STICKS HEAD OUT OF WINDOW. DEALER NOTIFED. *AK
VEHICLE HAS HAD A VIBRATION SINCE NEW. VIBRATIONS CAN START AS SLOW AS 35MPH & CONTINUE TO 70+MPH. DEALER HAS UNSUCCESSFULY TRIED TO REPAIR MANY TIMES. NOW SAYS THEY "CAN'T FIX". I HAVE FILED UNDER FL'S LEMON LAW STATUE FOR A REFUND.

ENGINE IDLES ROUGH (MISSING), INSIDE OF EXHAUST IS BURNING BLACK, AVERAGE MPG IS 16.6, OIL ON DIP-STICK HAS GASOLINE SMELL. *AK
A CAR ATTEMPTED TO TURN IN FRONT OF US, HE DID NOT MAKE IT. WE WERE TRAVELING BETWEEN 38-40 MPH WHEN WE HIT THE OTHER VEHICLE HEAD ON. AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY ON EITHER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE TRUCK WAS TOTAL LOSS. THE OTHER PARTY'S VEHICLE ALSO WAS A. *AK
VEHICLE EXPERIENCING THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM 1.) BRAKE BOOSTER HAD TO BE REPLACED ON TWO OCCASIONS; 2.) THOTTLE STICKING, UNBLE TO CORRECT THE THROTTLE FROM STICKING. 3.) WHEN APPLYING BRAKE PEDAL IN WET ROAD CONDITIONS, IT COMMENCED TO PULSATE INTERMITTENTLY, CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE, AND 4.) SQUEAKING SOUND COMING FROM THE SUSPENSION. VEHICLE BEEN IN/OUT OF DEALER SHOP ON THREE OCCASIONS, AND PROBLEMS ARE STILL REOCCURRING.*AK
VEHILCE EXPERIENCED A GRINDING SOUND, WHENEVER ENGAGED ON FOUR HIGH WHILE MAKING A TUR.; ALSO, APPEARED TO DISENGAGE AND REENGAGE BY ITSELF. IN REGULAR DRIVE, IT INTERMITTENTLY JUMPED INTO GEAR FROM A STOP POSITION WHEN ACCELERATOR PEDAL APPLIED. DEALER NOTIFIED. *AK
THIS TRUCK HAS HAD ISSUES SINCE I FIRST PURCHASED IT. BRAKES WOULD NOT STOP THE TRUCK IN A SAFE DISTANCE WHICH ENDED UP WITH ME HAVING AN ACCIDENT WITH IT. THE BRAKE LINE RUSTED OUT AFTER LESS THAN 100,000 MILES AND NEEDED TO REPLACE THEM ALL. NOW WITH 173,000 MILES THE GAS LINES ARE LEAKING AND THE FRAME IS RUSTED SO BAD THAT IT CANNOT BE PUT UP ON A LIFT TO FIX THE BRAKE LINES.
WHILE NORMALLY STOPPING SILVERADO TRUCK, THE BRAKE FOOT PAD KICKS BACK AGAINST DRIVERS FOOT AND UNABLE TO BRING TRUCK TO A STOP. THIS LAST ABOUT 2 TO 4 SECONDS AND BRAKE PEDAL GOES TO THE FLOOR AND STOPS THE TRUCK. SOMETIMES THE ABS & PARKING BRAKE INDICATORS BECOME CONSTANTLY LIT. TIPTON MOTORS IN HOLLISTER HAVE REPLACED AT LEAST (1) FRONT ROTTER AND THE TRUCK IS BACK INTO DEALER TODAY 10/25/1999. I HAVE ALSO OPENED A CASE WITH CHEVROLET, FILE # 990554386 AND I MAY PERSUE THE CALIFORNIA LEMON LAW. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE AND I AM VERY CONCERNED BECAUSE THIS IS MY WIFE'S PRIMARY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION AND THIS IS THE (3RD) TIME INTO THE DEALER FOR REPAIR. IT IS VERY STRESSFUL NOT BEING ABLE TO STOP NORMALLY. I AM REQUESTING THE GOVERNMENT TO INVESTIGATE, THIS IS A BAD SAFETY ISSUE. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME, I AM REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF OTHERS ALSO.

TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER DEALER 6 TIMES, AND WAS TOLD BRAKE LINE WAS TOO CLOSE TO LEFT EXHAUST PIPE, HEATED BRAKE FLUID. DEALER COMPUTER WAS CONVENIENTLY DOWN LAST 3 TIMES. SO THOSE VISITS WER NOT DOCUMENTED. *AK THE DEALER BELIEVES THE BRAKE LINE WAS NOT THE PROBLEM.

TIRE WENT ON INTERSTATE 85 IN NORTH CARLOINA -HUNTERVILLE FIRESTONE DEALER COMFIRMED A TIRE FAILURE BUT HAVE ON 265 TIRES IN STOCK-PURCHESED A GOOD YEAR TIRE AS A SPARE TO RETURN TO PA. WITH------FIRESTONE DEALER DEALER IN FARLESS HILLS PA REINBURSED ME 120 OR THE 142 I SPENT FOR THE GOOD TIERE---------TO DAY ON PHILLY CHANELE 6 NEWS IT WAS REPORTED THAT ANOTHER P 265/ 16 FIRESTONE FAILED YESTERDAY -----I HAVE SOME CONCERNS NOW FOR THE WILDERNESS 265 TIRES AND AM FILING THIS REPORT( DOT NUMBER: W273 WMA TIRE SIZE: P265/75R16 )
I WENT TO EXIT MY VEHICLE, IN PARK, WHEN I BUMPED THE #2 MEMORY SEAT SETTING ON DOOR. THE SEAT WENT ALL THE WAY FORWARD. I WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AT GETTING IT TO STOP OR GO IN REVERSE WHILE IT WAS MOVING FORWARD. IT WAS HARD TO GET OUT OF THE SEAT. MY RIBS WERE SORE FOR 1 DAY. THE SEAT WAS NEVER PROGRAMMED BEFORE THIS. I BELIEVE THIS IS A DANGEROUS FACTORY SETTING. I CALLED CHEVROLET CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE AND THEY WERE USELESS.
AFTER PURCHASING VEHICLE CONSUMER REALIZED THAT WHEN DRIVING AND ANOTHER VEHICLE PULLS UP BESIDES HIM ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE, HE IS NOT ABLE TO SEE THE OTHER VEHICLE IN THE MIRROR. CONTACTED DEALER, DEALER CLAIMED THEY HAVE A BLIND SPOT, AND THAT'S HOW THEY ARE DESIGNED. THEY ARE CAMPER MIRRORS AND VERY MUCH A HAZARD. *AK *ML
VEHICLE HAS ANNOYING VIBRATION WHEN HITTING BUMPS. STEERING WHEEL SHAKES WHEN DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. TIRES HAVE BEEN BALANCED, STEERING GEAR REPLACED, NEW SHACKLES, HUBS, AND TIRES AND THE VEHICLE STILL VIBRATES. SERVICE MANAGERS STATES THAT IT'S JUST A TRUCK. *AK
VEHICLE IS PULLING TO LEFT AND RIGHT UPON BRAKING. CONSUMER IS ESPECIALLY CONCERNED ABOUT DRIFTING TO LEFT BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC. *AK DRIVER SIDE WINDOW MOLDING COMES LOOSE WHEN THE WINDOW ROLLS DOWN. SINCE MY PURCHASE OF THIS TRUCK I HAVE HAD OVER 10 INCIDENTS INVOLVING THE BRAKING SYSTEM. I HAVE RETURNED TO JIM ELLIS SERVICING 5 TIMES FOR THIS PROBLEM. I WILL BE CORRECTED FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND THAN RETURN TO THE SAME PROBLEM. I AM GOING THROUGH THE BBB NOW TO GET GM TO REPURCHASE THIS TRUCK BECAUSE IT IS UNSAFE.*AK
ONGOING PROBLEM WITH DEALER HAVING TO REPLACE POWER STEERING PUMP ON FOUR OCCASIONS DUE TO LEAKAGES. *AK
VEHICLE HAS HAD A DRIVELINE VIBRATION SINCE PURCHASED NEW . DEALER REPLACED THE TIRES 3 TIMES AND THEN DECIDED IT WAS NOT THE TIRES . AFTER FAILING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM , DEALER STATES THAT GM SAYS THERE IS NOT A PROBLEM AND THAT THE VIBRATION IS NORMAL AND WITHIN SPECS. I KNOW THIS VIBRATION SHOULD NOT BE THERE AND I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON TO COMPLAIN TO GM . THEY ( GM ) HAVE TAKEN BACK EITHER BY BUYING BACK OR " TRADE ASSIST " MANY OF THESE VEHICLES , WHICH , BY THE WAY , ARE WITHIN SPEC. . THERE IS ALSO NO KNOW BUILD DATE FOR MORE OF THESE VEHICLES . I HAVE BEEN OFFERED THE "TRADE ASSIST" FOR MY VEHICLE WHICH WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE WERE IT NOT FOR THE $0.20 A MILE THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR MILAGE ALREADY ON THE VEHICLE , BUT ALSO FOR ALL THE MILES WHILE WAITING FOR THEM TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE . I MAY BE IN THE WRONG PLACE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY GUIDENCE IN PERSUING A RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM . H E L P !!
THE BRAKE PEADLE GOES ALMOST TO THE FLOOR WITH NO ACTION UNTIL IT ALMOST THE END, THEN VEHICLE STOPS ABRUPTLY. THIS HAS HAPPENED 5 TIMES IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS (THE 1ST OCCURANCE IS LISTED). THE DEALER INSPECTED AND REPORTS NO PROBLEMS.
WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY AT 55 MPH LEFT BRAKES LOCKED UP, VEHICLE WENT THROUGH A DITCH AND HIT AN ENBANKMENT. UPON IMPACT, BOTH AIRBAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY. ALSO, SEAT BELT BROKE. *AK
