Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)I WAS DRIVING AND HEARD A LOUD SOUND ( LIKE A GUN SHOT)LOOKED AROUND AND MY REAR (BACK) WINDOW HAD SHATTERED.
WHEN THE TEMPERATURE DROPS AROUND 0-15 THE WINDWASHER FLUID WILL NOT SPRAY OUT OF THE NOZZLES BECAUSE THE NOZZLES FREEZE UP ON THE CAR.. SO WHEN YOU'RE GOING DOWN THE HIGHWAY YOU CANNOT USE YOUR WINDOW WASHER FLUID IT WILL NOT SPRAY OUT OF THE CAR AND YOU CAN'T SEE ANYTHING BECAUSE THE WINDOW DOESN'T BECOME CLEAN FROM ROAD SALT.. I HAVE CALL GM ON THIS ISSUE AND THERE IS NO RECALL AND THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY DURING A RAIN SHOWER AT ABOUT 60 MPH, WHILE USING THE WIPERS, THE DRIVER'S SIDE WIPER MADE A LOUD CRACK SOUND AND FELL OFF! I WAS UNABLE TO SEE AND NEARLY HIT THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF MYSELF. SINCE IT WAS LATE SATURDAY NIGHT, I STOPPED AT A LOCAL PARTS STORE (ADVANCED AUTO) AND PURCHASED A NEW WIPER. WHEN THE CLERK INSPECTED THE BLADE, HE FOUND THAT THE WIPER ARM DOES SECURELY ATTACH WITH THE WIPER ITSELF. WHEN I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP, THE MAN I SPOKE WITH SAID HE COULD REPLACE THE WIPER ARM, HOWEVER THIS MAY NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH IT "FALLING OFF".
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
