Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)TL- THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DEFROST TERMINAL DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. IT WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS AND THE TERMINAL WAS GLUED BACK ON BUT IT DID NOT HOLD. THE TERMINAL WAS SOLDERED ON AND AGAIN IT DID NOT HOLD. THE REAR WINDOW WAS REPLACED INCLUDING A NEW REAR DEFROST SYSTEM. FIFTEEN MONTHS YEARS LATER THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE DEALER AND IT WAS GLUED BACK ON BUT IT DID NOT HOLD. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,052 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 70,000. DT
