A FAILED RIGHT UPPER CONTROL ARM WHICH HAD TO BE REPLACED AT 22.000 MILES OF NORMAL STREET DRIVING. BECAUSE OF A BURST RUBBER GROMMET THAT HOLDS THE GREASE.*JB
DT: 2000 CHEVROLET TAHOE. AFTER HAVING HIS VEHICLE SERVICED MULTIPLE TIMES, THE CONSUMER NOTICED THE LINK FOR THE SWAY BAR WAS MISSING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE CONSUMER WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO FIND OUT IF THEY MAY HAVE LEFT IT OFF. THE MAN WHO ACTUALLY SERVICES HIS VEHICLE STATED THAT IT WAS NOT AN UNCOMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE. AT THAT TIME THE MANAGER TOLD HIM TO BE QUIET. THE CONSUMER WAS CONCERNED THAT THERE WAS A SAFETY DEFECT THAT THE MANUFACTURER KNEW ABOUT AND THEY WERE NOT DISCLOSING THIS INFORMATION. *JB
A SUMPING SOUND WHEN MAKING A LEFT TURN VEHICLE BEEN IN DEALER SHOP ON FIVE OCCASIONS, AND WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE CAUSE. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS ON THIS MATTER. *AK
SEVERE VIBRATION WHILE DRIVING AT 50 OR MORE MPH. ON ONE OCCASION IT ALMOST CAUSED VEHICLE TO TIP OVER. VEHICLE BEEN IN DEALER SHOP ON 2 OCCASIONS, AND UNABLE TO LOCATE PROBLEM. *AK PRIOR TO THE VIBRATION PROBLE, AIR BAG SENSOR, BOTH REAR WINDOW MOTORES AND PEELING DAS-BOARD HAD BEEN REPLACED. THE DEALER REPLACED BRAKE SENSORS AS A POSSIBLE CAUSE OF VIBRATION BUT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. *YH

CONSUMER WAS HAVING ALIGNMENT PROBLEM. CONTACTED DEALER, AND THEY SAID NOTHING COULD BE DONE. AFTER TRYING THIRD DIFFERENT DEALER SHIPS PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OFF. BUT, SOON AFTER CONSUMER LEFT DEALERSHIP, PROBLEM AROSE AGAIN. VEHICLE DRIFTED FROM SIDE TO SIDE. *AK
