AS A RESULT OF THE CONSTANT WEARING OF THESE PARTS THE DOOR CATCH HAS BECOME DAMAGED ALSO. THE HINGES ARE BEING REPLACE A THIRD TIME IN A NINE YEARS. THEY WERE REPLACED IN 2003 AND 2007. AS A RESULT OF THE WEARING THE VEHICLE IS NOT DRIVABLE BECAUSE THE DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE. *TR
1. ICE STORM IN TN JAN/FEB 2005 2. REAR TAILGATE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN FULLY UNTIL THAWED, ONE SIDE WAS CRACKED...IN AUGUST THE TOP OF THE TAILGATE BROKE OFF COMPLETELY WHILE DRIVING. 3. ESTIMATED DAMAGE WAS $500 EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAVE THE TAILGATE FLAP! *NM
