DRIVER'S SIDE MIRROR DOESN'T ADJUST ENOUGH TO SEE ONCOMING TRAFFIC, AND CAUSED A BLIND SPOT. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED. *AK *SCC *JB
WHILE FUELING VERHICLE, FUEL ALWAYS SPILLS OVER JUST BEFORE OR AFTER AUTO-SHUTOFF OF GAS PUMP. THIS HAPPENS EVEN THOUGH I'M CAREFUL THAT IT'S COMING CLOSE TO A FULL TANK AND PREPARE FOR THE SPILLAGE. TODAY IT HAPPENED AT A PUMP WHERE THE FUEL PUMP NOZZLE WAS OF A NON-ACCORDIAN TYPE BOOT. I'VE SPOKEN WITH OTHERS WHO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND DEALERS ARE TELLING THEM TO BE MORE CAREFUL WHEN RE-FUELING. WHAT WILL IT TAKE GM TO ADMIT THERE'S A DESIGN FLAW IN THE FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM? THIS IS ONLY ONE OF MANY ISSUES WITH THE TRAILBLAZER. YOU'D THINK FOR WHAT THEY COST THAT THEY'D BE BUILT BETTER.*AK
ON 7/26/2003, THE OWNER HEARD THE MOTOR RUNNING WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS OFF. THE OWNER DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY TO STOP THE MOTOR FROM RUNNING. THIS CAUSED THE OWNER TO MANUALLY LOCK THE DOORS BUT THE HATCH WOULD NOT LOCK MANUALLY. ON 7/31/2003, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO FOUND A SHORT IN A WIRE UNDER THE HOOD AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS. *PH CONSUMER STATED THERE IS NO WAY TO OPEN THE REAR HATCH IF THERE IS AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE. THERE IS NO MECHANICAL DEVICE TO LOCK OR UNLOCK THE HATCH DOOR. THIS COULD BE A SIGNIFICANT SAFETY HAZARD. *PH *JB
WHEN DEPRESSING ACCELERATOR PEDAL TO MOVE FORWARD THE VEHICLE HESITATES AND LOSES POWER REGARDLESS OF SURFACE LEVEL, INCLINED OR DECLINED.*AK
WHILE DRIVING, UNEXPECTEDLY THE 4-WHEEL DRIVE LIGHT WENT OFF. WHEN THIS OCCURRED, IT RENDERED THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE INOPERATIVE. THIS WAS CAUSED BY A FAILURE IN THE TCM MODULE. THE DEALERSHIP REPROGRAMMED THE TCM MODULE, BUT THE PROBLEM RECURRED. SEVERAL TSB BULLETINS WERE ISSUED ON THIS PROBLEM. *AK *SCC *JB
THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO TORQUED THE LUG NUTS TO THE SPECIFIED 100 FOOT POUNDS ON THE LEFT REAR WHEEL AND ONE OF THE STUDS BROKE. THE CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THEY REPLACED ALL 6 STUDS AND NUTS ON THE LEFT REAR WHEEL. *AK *JB
MY 2003 TRAIL BLAZER THERE IS SO MUCH WIND AROUND THE VEHICLE IT SOUNDS LIKE A WINDOW IS OPEN AND IT SO NERVE RACKING YOU CAN NOT HEAR IN ORDER TO TRY AND DROWN OUT THE NOISE I HAVE TO BLAST THE RADIO. AND WHEN IT RAINS WATER COMES INSIDE THE DOORS AND THE BACK HATCH I HAVE TAKEN IT BACK TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES. *JB
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS AND TAILLIGHTS WOULD CONSTANTLY FAIL. THE BULBS FOR BOTH WERE REPLACED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 97,000.
TAIL LIGHT IS CONTINUOUSLY BURNING OUT WITHOUT WARNING. CAUSE UNKNOWN.*AK THE RIGHT FRONT HEADLIGHT BURNED OUT ON 07/17/03. ON THE WAY TO THE DEALER TO GET THE HEADLIGHT REPLACED, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONSUMER WAS ADVISED THAT THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS COVERED UNDER RECALL AND REPLACED THE CIRCUIT BOARD. CONSUMER QUESTIONED WHETHER THE REAR SAFETY HAZARD WOULD BE REPAIRED IF CHEVROLET IS JUST CHANGING BULBS WITHOUT FIXING THE CIRCUIT BOARD. *PH *NLM

GAS SPILLED OVER FROM SPOUT AND UNDERSIDE. WITH THE AMOUNT OF GAS SPILLED, OVERFLOW GOT ALL OVER VEHICLE AND PERSON AT THE GAS PUMP. HAD TO WASH OFF SHOES, CLOTHING AND LOWER LEG AREA DUE TO EXCESSIVE GAS SPILLAGE! EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! *NLM
8 TIMES TO DLR WITH SAME PROBLEM, THIS TIME WORSE. TIMES PRIOR WERE TORQUE CONVERTER FAULT CODES, ALSO NOT ALLOWING CRUISE TO ENGAGE. HIGH RPM'S AND WILL NOT SHIFT INTO OVERDRIVE. LUNGING ON FIRST AND SECOND GEAR WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOP. DEALER JUST REPLACED TRANSMISSION (21,000 MILES) AND NOW WON'T SHIFT AT ALL. PURCHASED 6 MONTHS AGO. 2003 CHEVY TRAILBLAZER EXT 4X4. *LA

THE BRAKES MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING A ROLLOVER CRASH. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.

ELIECTRICAL FAILURES. REAR PASSENGER WINDOW WOULD NOT GO UP, REPLACEMENT OF RIGHT REAR TAILLIGHT AND FUSE TWICE IN THREE MONTHS AND LEFT TAILLIGHT AND FUSE DURING THAT TIME. FRONT BUMPER FACING COMES UNGLUED,I UNDERSTAND IT IS VELCROED ON.*AK
THE PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT JAMMED. THE VEHICLE HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR THIS PROBLEM TWICE. *NLM, RETURNED USPS, 2ND ATTEMPT MADE 07/08/07 FAILED. *LJ
THE CONSUMER STATED THE REAR TAIL LIGHT WERE INOPERATIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THE MECHANIC INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT THE TAIL LIGHTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE PROBLEM STILL CONTINUED. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS. *JB
CURB VIEW ASSIST, MIRRORS AFTER BEING PROPERLY SET TO THE CURB VIEW POSITION WHILE IN REVERSE WILL FROM TIME TO TIME STAY IN THE "CURB VIEW" SETTING AFTER VEHICLE IS PLACED INTO DRIVE OR PARK. THE ONLY WAY I HAVE FOUND TO GET THEM TO COME BACK INTO DRIVING POSITION IS TO MOVE THEM USING THE MIRROR CONTROLLER OR TO TURN THE VEHICLE OFF AND THEN RESTART VEHICLE. *NLM
CURB VIEW ASSIST. AFTER PROPERLY SETTING BOTH OUTSIDE MIRRORS TO MY DESIRED PLACEMENT FOR CURB VIEW ASSIST IN REVERSE, THE MIRRORS WILL "FORGET" THEIR PROPER PLACEMENT. IT TAKES APPROX 10 -15 TIMES INTO REVERSE FOR THEM TO EVENTUALLY NOT EVEN MOVE, ALTHOUGH THE CURB VIEW ASSIST IS BEING DISPLAYED IN THE DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER. DEALER HAD VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE ON MAY 5 03 AND WAS TO CHECK THIS PROBLEM. DEALER ADVISED "COULD NOT DUPLICATE WORKING PER GM SPECIFICATIONS. *NLM
WHEN THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED IT LOST POWER. *NLM
2003 CHEVROLET TRAIL BLAZER 2WD 4 SPD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION EXPERIENCE ROLL BACK WHILE ON INCLINE AFTER VEHICLE HAS REACHED NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS. WHILE ON INCLINE IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING FOOT FROM BRAKE TO ACCELERATE VEHICLE WILL ROLL BACK! CONTACTED DEALER AND THEY SAID IT WAS NORMAL FOR THAT VEHICLE? *NLM
REAR SEAT BELT DOES NOT SECURE THE INFANT IN CHILD SEAT. DEALER NOTIFIED. *AK
UPON CRANKING THE VEHICLE THE SERVICE 4WD INDICATOR LIGHT IN THE GAUGE CONSOLE AREA LIGHTS UP, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME THE SELECTOR LIGHT FOR WHICH SETTING THE TRANSFER CASE IS IN GOES OUT. THE SELECTOR SWITCH IS IN THE 2WD SETTING AND THERE WILL BE NO AMBER LIGHT INDICATING IT. YOU CAN SWITCH THE SELECTOR TO AWD OR 4WD OR BACK TO 2WD AND NO INDICATOR LIGHT. SOMETIMES IT CAN ME "FIXED" BY TURNING THE VEHICLE OFF AND RESTARTING THE ENGINE. *NLM
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 CHEVROLET TRAIL BLAZER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE WIRING HARNESS FOR THE LIGHTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 118,000.
POOR PERFORMANCE FROM ENGINE CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO NOT PERFORM IN A NORMAL MANNER WHILE DRIVING. INTERMITTENT NO START PROBLEMS, EXTREMELY POOR FUEL ECONOMY ST TIMES, EXCESSIVE NOISE USUALLY AT START UP. VERY ROUGH IDLE AT TIMES AND VERY POOR ACCELERATION AT TIMES. THIS WAS EXPERIENCED BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AT CROWLEY BUICK/OLDS DURING AN OIL CHANGE. THE PROBLEM CAUSES A SAFETY ISSUE AS THE VEHICLE DOES NOT ACCELERATE NORMALLY. GM HAS OFFERED ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AFTER I WAS TOLD A YEAR AGO THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING "NORMALLY" BY A GM FACTORY REP WHO LOOKED AT THE VEHICLE. FOR THE PAST YEAR MY WIFE HAS DRIVEN A VEHICLE WITH MY 2 BOYS THAT DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY. I HAVE CONTACT GM AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THREE TIMES THEY WOULD CONTACT ME. OTHER THAN "THANK YOU" EMAILS I HAVE YET TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY AT GM.
2003 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER PLAGUED WITH DEFECTS. (NAR) *PH TRANSMISSION, AIR CONDITIONER, SUSPENSION, AND REAR WINDSHIELD NOT WORKING PROPERLY. *CB
VEHICLE'S DASH GAUGES CAME ON AND SPEEDOMETER STARTED FLUCTUATING AFTER 35 MILES DRIVING AND VEHICLE STALLED OUT, NOT BEING ABLE TO RESTART. COMPUTER WAS REPLACED BY DEALER. PROBLEM AROSE AGAIN ABOUT A WEEK LATER. GM HAD DEALER REPLACE ANOTHER PART IN I BELIEVE THE IGNITION KEY AREA. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN IN A COUPLE WEEKS AND VEHICLE WOULD NOT START FOR DEALER AFTER IT WAS DRIVEN THERE. DEALER FOUND WIRE CONNECTION IN WIRING HARNESS TO COMPUTER WAS NOT MAKING CONTINUOUS CONTACT AT A CONNECTION. ALSO DEALER HAD TO REPLACE A SWITCH WHEN THE A/C WOULD WORK INTERMITTENTLY. LUCKILY I HAVE A GOOD EFFICIENT DEALER AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. *JB
GAS FILLER TUBE OVERFLOWS ON TO THE GROUND ALMOST EVERY TIME THE VEHICLE IS FILLED UP WITH GAS. HAS DONE THIS SINCE PURCHASE. TESTED DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS PUMPS THINKING THAT WAS THE CAUSE BUT IT DOES THIS AT ALL OF THEM ABOUT A SECOND OR SO AFTER THE PUMP CLICKS OFF. ALSO THE FILLER TUBE BOOT HAS A BUILT IN HOLE FOR THE GAS TO DRAIN ON TO THE GROUND....WHICH ( ON THE BETTER SIDE I GUESS) DOES KEEP IT FROM GETTING ON THE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE ON OCCASION.
WHEN FILLING THE FUEL TANK ON 2003 TRAILBLAZERS WITH FUEL PUMP EQUIPPED WITH "ACCORDION" NECK SLEEVES, FUEL HAS THE POSSIBILITY OF BACK FLUSHING OUT THE TOP OF THE TANK NECK. I EXPERIENCE THIS ON MULTIPLE GAS STATIONS HERE IN CALIFORNIA WITH MULTIPLE 2003 TRAILBLAZERS. ABOUT 1 CUP OF GASOLINE FLOWS OVER THE INTAKE AND ON TO THE CAR AND GROUND CAUSING A SERIOUS HAZARD. THE BACK FLOW SPILL DOES NOT SEEM TO OCCUR ON EVERY TYPE OF FUEL PUMP, BUT ONLY ON THOSE EQUIPPED WITH CERTAIN SLEEVES OVER THE NOZZLE. OTHER TRAILBLAZER OWNERS I HAVE TALKED TO IN MY AREA ALSO EXPERIENCE THIS PROBLEM. THE DEALER HAS NOT ONLY NOT BEEN ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM AT THEIR LOCAL STATION BUT HAS NO REMEDY FOR THE MULTIPLE TIMES WE HAVE BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE. *NLM
MY 2003 CHEVY TRAILBLAZER HAS BEEN TAKEN TO DEALERSHIP 2X FOR A PROBLEM WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER. BOTH TIMES THE DEALER STATED THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TRUCK. MY AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT WORK! TO ADD TO THE PROBLEMS THERE IS NO COLD OR EVEN COOL AIR FROM THE VENT POSITION. THE AIR IS VERY HOT! *JB
DT: THE CONTACT STATED WHEN TURNING A CORNER OR DRIVING OVER A BUMP HEARD A LOUD NOISE. IT SOUNDED AS THOUGH METAL WAS RUBBING TOGETHER. THIS HAPPENED WHEN SHE DROVE THE VEHICLE OFF OF THE LOT. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY REPLACED THE FRONT SUSPENSION SWAY BAR AND FRONT CONTROL ARM SIX TIMES, AND HAD TO BE REPLACED EVERY SIX MONTHS OR 3,000 MILES. THE VEHICLE WAS STILL EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEMS. *AK UPDATED 12/27/2005. *NM
WHILE TRAVELING ON THE HIGHWAY AND WITHOUT WARNING, THE FRONT GRILL FELL OFF. *JB
I AM HAVING A ISSUE WITH GM ON THE CHILD COMFORT GUIDES, OR LACK OF, ON OUR 2003 TRAILBLAZER. ON PAGE 1-27 OF THE OWNERS MANUAL IT SHOWS A COMFORT GUIDE THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE LOCATED IN A POCKET ON THE SIDE OF THE SEAT. I HAVE TALKED TO 3 DEALERS AND A REP AT MY-GM LINK. THE DEALERS DID THE BEST THAT WAS POSSIBLE BUT I FEEL THAT THE INFORMATION THE REP AT MY-GM LINK PROVIDED WOULD CAUSE A SAFETY HAZARD. APPARENTLY GM HAS A KIT THAT COULD BE INSTALLED BY ATTACHING A BRACKET WITH A TETHER AND A CLIP THAT HOOKS AROUND THE SEAT BELT TO PROVIDE THE FUNCTION OF THE COMFORT GUIDE. IF THIS TETHER IS IN PLACE IT WOULD BLOCK EXIT FROM THE REAR SEATS BECAUSE IT CONNECTS TO THE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND WOULD STRETCH ACROSS THE EXIT ONCE THE MIDDLE SEAT IS FOLDED DOWN, AND COULD POSSIBLY BE A TRIP HAZARD. WE HAVE TWO YOUNG CHILDREN AND THE BELT GOES RIGHT ACROSS THEIR FACE AND CAUSES A PROBLEM WHEN THEY KEEP TRYING TO PLACE THE SHOULDER STRAP BEHIND THEIR BACK. I FEEL THIS COMFORT GUIDE IS ESSENTIAL IN PROVIDING SAFETY FOR YOUNG AND SHORT PASSENGERS. THE CASE NUMBER WITH GM IS 1-94348313. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP WITH THIS MATTER. *JB
THE CENTER CONSOLE LOCATED BETWEEN THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEATS DOES NOT FIT CORRECTLY. THE TRAY ALLOWS OBJECTS TO FALL DOWN NEAR THE TRANSMISSION. THE OBJECTS CAN ONLY BE REMOVED IF THE CONSOLE IS TAKEN OUT BY THE DEALER. THE CONSUMER FEELS THIS IS A POOR DESIGN. *NLM *TS
NEW VEHICLE DELIVERED WITH DANGEROUS FACTORY DEFECT: GAS FILLER TUBE HAS CRACK- ALLOWS FUEL TO SPILL OUT DURING FUELING OF VEHICLE. DEALERSHIP DOES NOT HAVE PART ON HAND FOR REPAIR. *NLM
PURCHASED A 2003 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER ON 2/28/03 AND WITHIN A FEW WEEKS THE PAINT WORE OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE RIGHT AND LEFT REAR DOORS. HAD THE VEHICLE REPAINTED. WITHIN A FEW DAYS IT WORE OFF AGAIN. CHEVROLET WILL NOT REPAINT THE AFFECTED AREAS STATING IT IS AN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUE. THE DEALER STATES THEY BELIEVE IT IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT IN DESIGN. THEY ALSO STATED I WOULD NEED TO PUT RUNNING BOARDS AND MOLDED MUD FLAPS ON TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM FROM GETTING WORSE. THEY ARE HOWEVER NOT WILLING TO PUT THEM ON AT THEIR EXPENSE. IF THIS WAS AN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUE THAN ALL VEHICLES WOULD HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM NOT JUST ME. IN SPEAKING TO CHEVROLET CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM WITH THE TRAILBLAZERS HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. *NLM
WHILE TRAVELING AT 55 MPH THE FRONT PASSENGER WHEEL BUCKLED UNDER THE CAR, AND CAUSED THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL. THE VEHICLE FLIPPED AND LANDED UPSIDE DOWN ON A CENTER CONCRETE MEDIAN STRIP . *AK THE LOWER BALL JOINT WAS FOUND SEPARATED DURING THE INVESTIGATION AND THE VEHICLE WAS CONSIDERED A TOTAL LOSS.(OHIO TRAFFIC REPORT) *SCC

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL REPAIRS DONE TO MY NEW VEHICLE. I HAVE HAD THE 2003 TRAILBLAZER FOR 7 MONTHS AND IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 7 TIMES-2 TIMES FOR THE COOLANT SYSTEM-1 TIME FOR MY MASTER CYLINDER-3 TIMES FOR MY CIRCUIT BOARDS-NOW FOR MY STEERING AND MY STARTER( I BELIEVE MY TRUCK IS IN THE SHOP AS I AM TYPING THIS LETTER) I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WORK WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND GM BUT NO ONE IS TRYING TO REPLACE MY TRUCK WITH SOMETHING THAT IS NOT IN THE SHOP EVERY MONTH. WHEN 2003 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER IS FILLED WITH GAS, GAS COMES BACK OUT OF TRAILBZER TO FORM UP TO A 2FT. PUDDLE OF GAS ON THE GROUND! GAS UP TO 2FT. WIDE DOWN THE PAINT! MY 2 1/2 YEAR OLD SON STRAPPED IN CAR SEAT AND OTHERS HAVE BEEN INSIDE WHEN THIS HAS HAPPENED,MAINLY AT RENTON WA. SAFEWAY GAS PUMPS, BUT OTHER PUMPS AS WELL! I TOLD GOOD CHEVROLET IN RENTON WA. AS FAR BACK AS APRIL 2003 OF THIS PROBLEM AND AT FIRST THEY CLAIMED THEIR WAS NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER WITH TRAILBLAZERS, BUT SOME CHEVY TAHOE SUV'S HAD THE PROBLEM! MAYBE I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO FILL A TANK, TRY A DIFFERENT GAS STATION, DON'T REMOVE NOZZLE FOR A FEW SECONDS...I TRIED EVERYTHING THEY SAID AND KEPT CALLING AND TELLING THEM OF THE PROBLEM!!! I ASKED FOR ONE OF THEM TO COME WITH ME AND WITNESS IT AND THEY DECLINED! BY MAY AND JUNE IM STILL TELLING GOOD CHEVROLET OF THE CONTINUING PROBLEM! THEY ASK TO LOOK AT THE TRAILBLAZERS TANK AND FILL TUBE.. MAYBE ITS KINKED, FILL TUBE OR BALL CHECK PROBLEM...THEY SAID IT LOOKS GREAT NOTHING FOUND,AND THEY FILLED IT WITH GAS AT THEIR PUMP AND NO GAS CAME OUT AT ALL! I HAD TOLD THEM TO FILL IT AT THE RENTON SAFEWAY!!!!!,BUT THEY DIDN'T!!!! I WONDER WHY?...BOB MANNING THE SERVICE MANAGER AT GOOD CHEVROLET HAD BEEN ADVISED OF ALL THIS IN MANY PHONE CALLS TO HIM! NOW IN JULY THEY WANT TO REPLACE THE FILLER NECK AND TANK. WHEN THEY FILL IT AGAIN THEY STILL DO NOT GO TO RENTON SAFEWAY LIKE I TOLD THEM AGAIN..I FILL IT AND GAS COMES OUT!!! I CALL AGAIN AND ASK AGAIN FOR A WITNESS FROM GOOD CHEVROLET, FINALLY THEY SEND A TECH. WITH ME. WE DRIVE TO RENTON SAFEWAY I PUT THE NOZZLE IN TANK, PUT ON THE "CLICKER" STAND BACK, THE TANK FILLS AND AS THEY CLICKER SHUTS OFF WHEN THE TANKS IS FULL, GAS COMES OUT AND FORMS A PUDDLE ON THE GROUND!!!! I'VE CALLED THE BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL AND NOW YOU...THE TRAILBLAZER ALSO HAS LARGE POPS OF STATIC DISCHARGE CONSTANTLY! I WAS STONE WALLED WITH MY CONCERNS! *JB
THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED AN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FAILURE. WHICH RESULTED IN THE GAS LIGHT COMING ON, THEN THE VEHICLE DYING OUT. *AK GAS MILEAGE SHOWED LESS THAN IT SHOULD HAD BEEN. THE SECURITY SYSTEM LIGHT FAILED.*TS. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. *JB

SPEEDOMETER ON MY 2003 CHEVY TRAILBLAZER NOT WORKING. TACHOMETER NOT WORKING. SPEED NOT BEING MEASURED RIGHT. I RAN OFF THE ROAD TURNING ON A CURVE BECAUSE I WAS GOING TOO FAST AND WAS NOT AWARE OF THE INCORRECT SPEED.
2003 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER LX. CONSUMER STATES PROBLEM WITH REAR WINDOW AND REPLACEMENT *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED THE REAR WINDOW WAS REPLACED FOUR TIMES. THE CONSUMER STATED HE IS DRIVING AROUND WITHOUT A REAR WINDOW, BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE THE FUNDS TO REPLACE IT AND CHEVROLET CORPORATE REFUSED TO COVER THE REPLACEMENT COST. IN MARCH 2003, THE COWLING ABOVE THE REAR WINDOW BECAME DISPLACED OF ITS OWN ACCORD AND A SHORT TIME LATER, THE BACK WINDOW SHATTERED UPON IT BEING OPENED. ROUGHLY, THREE AND HALF YEARS LATER, THE WINDOW ONCE AGAIN SPONTANEOUSLY SHATTERED. THERE WERE NO CRACKS IN THE WINDOW, AND THERE WAS NO APPARENT IMPACT TO THE WINDOW. THE CONSUMER STATED HE MERELY OPENED IT, AND IT SHATTERED. THE DEALER REPLACED THE WINDOW AGAIN, BUT AT THE CONSUMER'S EXPENSE, AS THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. IN JANUARY 2011, THE WINDOW ONCE AGAIN SPONTANEOUSLY SHATTERED UPON IT BEING OPENED. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER, HE WOULD BE CHARGED FULL PRICE TO REPLACE THE WINDOW. *JB
MY 11-MONTH OLD 2003 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER HAS HAD MULTIPLE QUALITY PROBLEMS, TWICE AFFECTING MY SAFETY. MOST OF THE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN ELECTRICAL IN NATURE. THE 4WD HAS BECOME INOPERABLE NUMEROUS TIMES, ONCE WHILE DRIVING IN SNOW. IN ANOTHER INCIDENT DURING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AT NIGHT THE AIR CONDITIONER (A/C) FAILED AND I WAS UNABLE TO DEFROST MY WINDSHIELD IN ORDER TO SEE. AFTER ONE DEALER FAILED TO DIAGNOSE THE 4WD PROBLEM, ANOTHER DEALER REPLACED MY IGNITION SWITCH BECAUSE THE TECHNICIAN SAID I HAD NO POWER AT ALL GOING TO THE "REAR GRID." I CONTINUE TO HAVE INTERMITTENT ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS, INCLUDING NEAR STALLING AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, AND ONGOING 4WD FAILURES. THE CAR ALSO HAS VERY JERKY MOTION WHEN IN 4WD REVERSE, OF COURSE, WHEN THE 4WD IS WORKING AT ALL. THE DEALER TOLD ME THAT WAS NORMAL AND NOW I SEE THERE IS A SERVICE BULLETIN ON THE PROBLEM. *LA
LISA WAS TAKING KIDS TO SCHOOL WHEN SHE NOTICED PROBLEMS WHEN STOPPING GOT TO MOMS HOUSE AND CALLED SHOP. ON WAY TO SHOP FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CAME APART AND TOOK STEERING AND AXLE WITH IT. *TR
