Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)gm issued a warranty extension/ service bulletin for the rear blind spot modules for water intrusion which can cause the airbag light to illuminate as well as shut off other features of the vehicle on the gmc acadia and other models while excluding the traverse, which is essentially the same vehicle as the traverse. the vehicle listed above is currently experiencing the blind spot module failure, which in turn is causing thee vehicle to stall unexpectedly, blinkers do not function intermittently, remote start does not function intermittently, door locks do not function unless locked from inside the vehicle intermittently and will not start intermittently. all of these concerns are alleviated by replacing the blind spot modules.
I am getting a service side detection system alert along with service code.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
