I HAD JUST PURCHASED MY CHEVY TRAX ON JULY 10, 2018. IT HAD 14,600 MILES ON IT. I WENT OUT TO MY GARAGE ON JULY 31, GOT INTO MY VEHICLE AND SHUT MY DRIVER'S DOOR AT WHICH TIME THE WINDOW GLASS BEHIND ME SHATTERED INTO A THOUSAND PIECES. GLASS WENT EVERYWHERE, INSIDE AND OUT. THIS HAPPENED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONERY AND NOT RUNNING.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
