FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS , THE VEHICLE IS EXPERIENCING STALL ISSUES AFTER IMPROVISE THE VEHICLE WITH QUALITY GAS. I TOOK THE VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES TO THE DEALERS MECHANIC AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE THE STALLING ISSUES .
WHILE IN MOTION, THE CHRYSLER 200 WILL SHUT OFF COMPLETELY CAUSING NEAR DEATH ACCIDENTS. ELECTRONIC SYSTEM WILL CAUSE LIGHTS TO FLICKER AND CAUSING THE TRANSMISSION NOT TO ENGAGE. THE VEHICLE OCCASIONALLY WILL NOT EXCEED 20 MPH. I NO LONGER FEEL SAFE IN THE VEHICLE AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED
MY CAR JUST STOPPED OUT OF NOWHERE IT WAS DRIVING FINE THAN JUST TURNED OFF FOR NO REASON
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED, JERKED FORWARD, AND STALLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY. IN ADDITION, THE CRUISE CONTROL AND BATTERY WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO RESTART THE VEHICLE, BUT IT FAILED TO START. WHEN THE TRAFFIC WAS CLEAR, THE VEHICLE WAS PUSHED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BY TWO PEOPLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO GOLLING CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 2405 S TELEGRAPH RD, BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI 48302, (248) 334-3600), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 59322835. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 96,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING IN REVERSE, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. IN ADDITION, THE SERVICE ELECTRONIC BRAKE SYSTEM WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT HAD TO FORCEFULLY DEPRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT CALLED COURTESY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 1890 DOGWOOD DR SE, CONYERS, GA 30013, (678) 210-2489) AND INFORMED THEM OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 87,794.
CURRENT AIRBAG LIGHT IS ON AND DEALER SAYS IT ISN'T COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BUT THAT IT MAY OR MAY NOT MALFUNCTION. TOTAL COST FOR REPAIR IS $2500. THEY SAY IT'S AN ISSUE WITH CLOSED LOOP FEEDBACK
TL* THE CONTACT'S NIECE OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE GEAR SHIFTER FAILED TO MOVE. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE WAS STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. THE DRIVER HAD TO MOVE THE SHIFTER BACK AND FORTH UNTIL SHE WAS ABLE TO SHIFT INTO DRIVE. ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AT HOME, THE GEAR SHIFTER FAILED AND COULD NOT SHIFT OUT OF GEAR. THE CONTACT DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE AND LOCATED THAT THE SPEED RANGE SENSOR FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
AFTER DRIVING THE CAR 30 MINUTES OR MORE AND I TURN IT OFF, IT WILL NOT RESTART FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES OR MORE. IT HAD LEFT ME STRANDED AS WELL AS CAUSED ME TO BE LATE FOR WORK JEAPORDIZING MY JOB AND MY SAFETY. THE CAR HAS BEEN TO 2 DIFFERENT DEALERS AND THEY CANNOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. I CANNOT TRADE IT IN BECAUSE THE BLUE BOOK VALUE IS LESS THAN WHAT I OWE. I FEEL THAT CHRYSLER SHOULD COMPENSATE ME FOR THIS VEHICLE BY BUYING IT BACK AT THE PRICE I PAID. SOMETIMES THE DASH SAYS 'ENGINE WARMING UP, PLEASE WAIT.'
WHEN I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD THE CAR ALMOST SHUT OFF ON ME AND I PULLED OVER SHUT IT OFF AND TURNED IT ON AND IT WAS FINE FOR A LITTLE WHILE. THEN MY CAR RANDOMLY SHUTS OFF AND SAYS SERVICE PARK BRAKE AND SERVICE TRANSMISSION. IT WILL NOT COME BACK ON. I LOOKED ON THE THREADS ONLINE TO SEE WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM AND THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUES I'M HAVING SINCE THEY FIRST PURCHASED THEIR VEHICLE. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO HAVE A CAR TRY TO SHUT OFF ON YOU IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.
I WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WITH MY CAR. A CAR TURNED IN FRONT OF ME WHILE I HAD THE RIGHT OF WAY. I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO EVEN HIT THE BRAKES. SO THE FRONT OF MY CAR HIT THE VEHICLE. I WAS GOING ABOUT 40 MPH. THE WHOLE FRONT BUMPER CAME OFF AND THE STEEL SUPPORT BAR AND THE FRAME WAS TWISTED. MY AIRBAGS NEVER DEPLOYED. I DID SUSTAIN INJURIES! THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST ISSUE I HAD WITH THIS CAR. I BOUGHT IT IN 2017 AND A WEEK LATER THE CAR STARTED DOWNSHIFTING AS I WAS DRIVING ALL THE TIME. IT WOULD STALL AND THE TRANSMISSION LIGHT WOULD COME ON. I BROUGHT IT TO CHRYSLER AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ORIGINAL OWNER HAD S6ARTED THE RECALL PROCESS ON THE TRANSMISSION!! I WAS INFURIATED THAT I WAS NOT TOLD. AFTER RENTAL CARS BECAUSE I COULDNT USE IT WHILE THE RECALL STUFF WAS BEING DONE. AND ME BRINGING IT BACK AND FORTH 3 TIMES WITH THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTING! YET AGAIN THE CAR DOWNSHIFTED IN TRAFFIC AND WAS FORCED TO GO OFF THE ROAD. FINALLY THEY REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION. A YEAR LATER AND MY CAR STILL DOES NOT SWITCH GEARS RIGHT AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT NEVER GOES OFF!!! I AM NOW GONNA SUE THE HELL OUT OF CHRYSLER!!
MY CAR SHUTS OFF WITH NO WARNING WHAT SO EVER. CHECK ENGINE IS NOT ON AND MY CAR RUNS AND DRIVES AMAZING. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THEY FIXED IT BUT WHEN I WENT TO DRIVE AND HOUR AFTER I PICKED THE CAR UP FROM THE DEALERSHIP IT SHUT OFF.
RANDOMLY MY TRANSMISSION SERVICE NOTIFICATION AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WILL COME ON. MOST TIMES IT IS WHILE DRIVING BUT SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS WHILE IN PARKED. WHILE DRIVING, I HAVE TO PULL OVER AND CUT OFF THE CAR FOR A FEW SECONDS TO GET THE TRANSMISSION SERVICE NOTIFICATION TO GO AWAY BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON AND GOES AWAY WHEN THE CAR HASN'T BEEN DROVE FOR HOURS. IT USED TO HAPPEN ONCE EVERY TIME I TRAVELED TO ANOTHER CITY BUT NOW IT HAPPENS WHEN I DRIVE LONGER THAN 15 MINUTES.
'TAMARA RECALL' I WAS PARKED IN A PARKING LOT I PRESS THE START BUTTON I ENGAGE THE DRIVE KNOB IN THE CENTER COUNSEL AND PULLED UP TO AN ENTRANCE OF A BUILDING TRIED TO ENGAGE THE PARK MY PARKING BRAKE WENT ON AND MY SENSORS AND DASH STARTED READING SERVICE TRANSMISSION IT WOULD NOT GO INTO PARK I SHUT OFF THE CAR PUT THE PARKING BRAKE ON SHUT OFF MY CAR TRIED TURNING IT BACK ON AND THE SAME SERVICE TRANSMISSION CAME ON
MY CAR RANDOMLY SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING, SPECIFICALLY DURING TURNS, AND DOES NOT WANT TO RESTART. THIS HAS HAPPENED DURING HIGHWAY AND CITY DRIVING ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. WHEN I CHECKED INTO, IT SAYS I HAVE NO UNREPAIRED RECALLS.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE, THE SERVICE ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE AND CAUGHT FIRE UNDER THE HOOD. THE CONTACT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ARRIVED AT THE SCENE, AND BOTH FIRE AND POLICE REPORTS WERE FILED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE CONTACT HAD A WARRANTY OF 36,000 MILES FROM WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED USED NINE MONTHS AGO. THE CONTACT WAS WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000. *DT*JB *DT*JB
THE TRANSMISSION DRIVE TRANS IS MAKING A CLUNKING NOISE EVERY TIME YOU WOULD STOP I TOOK IT IN AND THEY UPDATED THE PCM AND TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE IT SHIFTED BETTER BUT THE CLINKING NOISE IS STILL THERE.THE E BREAK AUTOMATICALLY COMES ON FREQUENTLY WHEN YOU PUT IT IN REVERSE OUT OF NOWHERE. THE CLINKING NOISE HAPPENS MORE WHEN YOU'RE IN THE CITY AND ON THE HIGHWAY END IT FEELS LIKE THE ABS COMES ON AS WELL BUT NOT FOR SURE
THE CARS ENTIRE COMPUTER SYSTEM WENT OUT AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. LUCKILY, I WAS STOPPED WHEN IT OFFICIALLY QUIT WORKING, BUT PRIOR TO THAT IT HAD BEEN STALLING. WHEN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING I COULD NOT START THE CAR OR TURN ANY OF THE INTERNAL SYSTEMS ON. ALSO, THE PAINT ON THE DOOR RANDOMLY STARTED PEELING WITH NO RUSTING OR ANY REASON TO. THE PAINT HAS NEVER BEEN REDONE BEFORE AND IS THE MANUFACTURED PAINT.
THE CAR WILL INTERMITTENTLY STALL AND SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING. THE CAR HAS DONE THIS NUMEROUS TIMES WHILE IN MOTION ON BOTH THE HIGHWAY AND CITY STREETS. IT HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY AND EVERY DAY LAST WEEK, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, WHILE DRIVING TO WORK. THE PROBLEM HAS PROGRESSIVELY GOTTEN WORSE AND HAPPENS JUST ABOUT EVERY TIME THE CAR IS DRIVEN. IT USUALLY HAPPENS AFTER 20+ MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS DRIVING. AFTER IT STALLED TODAY IT WOULD NOT START FOR 45 MINUTES. CHRYSLER AND THE DEALERSHIP HAVE BASICALLY WASHED THEIR HANDS OF CORRECTING THE PROBLEM AT THIS POINT. THEY STATE THE RECALL FOR THIS VERY PROBLEM HAS BEEN COMPLETED. YET THE CAR CONTINUES TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AS THE RECALL THAT WAS DONE TO FIX THE ORIGINAL ISSUE. THE DEALERSHIP NOW WANTS TO CHARGE TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
VEHICLE WAS RUNNING AND IT SWITCHES GEARS WHILE IN DRIVE, A FEW WEEKS LATER A SERVICE SHIFTER AND SERVICE TRANS MESSAGE POPS UP. CAR GETS STUCK IN PARK, HAVE TO USE MANUAL OVER RIDE TO TOW IT. GET TOLD IT IS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE AND NOT A TRANSMISSION ISSUE TO REPLACE TRANSMISSION SHIFTER MODULE.
ODOMETER IS GLITCHING ' TURNING ON AND OFF WHILE VEHICLE IS RUNNING AND IN MOTION. WHEN ODOMETER GLITCHES, CAR DECELERATES AND DOES NOT ALLOW CAR TO ACCELERATE UNTIL ODOMETER COMES BACK ON. DOING THIS CONTINUOUSLY. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. BATTERY IS IN TACT.
TL* THE CONTACT'S DAUGHTER OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HIS DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SHUTOFF. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING AND THE BRAKES LOCKED UP WITH THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT FAILURE RECURRED WHILE HE WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE ALSO. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND RESTARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPEATEDLY TAKEN TO THE VANN DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM LOCATED AT 899 S. DELSEA DR, VINELAND, NJ 08360, WHERE A SOFTWARE UPDATE WAS PERFORMED ON THE PCM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL ON THE VIN. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT AN OIL CONSUMPTION TEST NEEDED TO BE PERFORMED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN OIL CONSUMPTION TEST WAS PREVIOUSLY PERFORMED HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO RECORD OF THE TEST BEING PERFORMED. THE MANUFACTURER REQUESTED THAT THE TEST BE REDONE. THE CONTACT REFERENCED AN UNKNOWN TSB IN REFERENCE TO THE WIRING HARNESS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 58,000. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.

MY SPEEDOMETER AND DASHBOARD KEEPS BLINKING AND GLITCHING OUT.

THE CONTACT VEERED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD AND ATTEMPTED TO RESTART THE VEHICLE, BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE CONTACT WAITED THREE HOURS FOR THE VEHICLE TO RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE C4 CONNECTOR AND THE TRANSMISSION WIRING HARNESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE RECURRED. TURLOCK CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (1600 AUTO MALL DR, TURLOCK, CA 95380, (209) 250-5800) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CALL NHTSA TO FILE A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 108,990. *TR*JB
AIRBAG LIGHT COMES ON INTERMITTENTLY AND I HAD IT TO THE DEALER ONCE WHO STATED IT WAS A SEAT WIRING ISSUE AND FIXED IT... SO I THOUGHT, NOW 3 MONTHS LATER THE LIGHT IS BACK ON INTERMITTENTLY AND THE ESTIMATE TO FIX IT IS OVER $ 3,000 BECAUSE 2 AIRBAGS NEED TO BE REPLACED/FIX. MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THERE ARE OLDER 2015 CHRYSLER 200 MODELS THAT HAVE A RECALL TO FIX THIS SAME PROBLEM BUT CHRYSLER HASN'T AND WON'T EXTEND IT THROUGH ALL THE 2015 CHRYSLER 200 MODELS. IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND IF IT IS HAPPENING STILL IN THE SAME YEAR LATER MODELS, DON'T YOU THINK THEY NEVER RESOLVED THE ISSUE AND KEPT BUILDING CARS KNOWINGLY?? HMMMM
VEHICLE SHUTS OFF RANDOMLY WHILE DRIVING AND SENDING A MESSAGE TO PUT IN PARK AND RESTART VEHICLE. SEVERAL MESSAGE LIGHTS COME ON THAT INDICATE THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. ALSO, THE SERVICE AIRBAG MESSAGE COMES ON EVERY FEW SECONDS AND AIRBAG LIGHT STAYS ON.
AFTER CAR IN MOTION, IT SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING, NOTICED THAT ABS LIGHT CAME ON BEFORE THIS HAPPENED. SOMETIMES AFTER IT STARTS, IT JUST SHUTS DOWN, CAR GOES COMPLETELY DARK, I OPENED THE DOOR AND POWER CAME BACK ON, THEN I COULD RE- START IT. IT IS VERY SCARY BECAUSE I WAS IN MAJOR TRAFFIC WHEN THIS HAPPENED.
STOP FOR GAS GOT BACK IN MY CAR AL LIGHTS WERE FLASHING AND CAR WONT START. TRIED TO JUMP CAR OFF NOTHING SO I WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY STILL NOTHING I KEEP HEARING CLICKING NOISE FROM UNDER THE HOOD
FIRST STARTED JUNE 21, THE CAR STALLED ON MY WIFE AT A RED LIGHT AND WOULDN'T GO BACK INTO PARK FINALLY GET IT GOING TOKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THE TRANSMISSION NEED UPDATES AND DID THE UPDATES AND SAID I WAS GOOD TO GO UPON DRIVING IT HOME THE DASH LITE UP WITH SERVICE TRANSMISSION AND SERVICE PARK BRAKE I TOKE IT BACK AND WAS TOLD THE SPEED SENSOR WAS DIRTY AND THEY CLEANED IT AND IT WAS GOOD TO GO I LICK THE CAR UP AND UPON HITTING 40 MPH THE SAME LIGHTS CAME ON THEN I WAS TOLD SPEED SENSOR WAS BAD SO THEY REPLACED IT AGAIN UPON PICKING IT UP HITTING 40 MPH SAMEIGHTS CAME ON SO THEY HAVE NOW HAD IT GOING ON THE 4TH WEEK
THE CAR STALLS AND ALSO ACCERLATES WHEN IT SHOULDNT WHICH COULD CAUSE A CRASH. I KNOW AT LEAST 8 OTHER PEOPLE BESIDES MYSELF WHO HAS RECENTLY HAD THE SAME ISSUE OF THEIR CAR STALLING AND NOW THEIR AIR AND MY AIR IS NOT WORKING. IN THIS TX HEAT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE TO TRAVEL WITH MY CHILDREN. IN MY INSTANCE I WAS DRIVING MY CAR ON THE CITY STREET. IT WAS WORKING FINE THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT STALLED ACTED AS IF IT DIDNT WANT TO MOVE OUT OF NOWHERE WE COULD HAVE BEEN HIT. I PULLED OVER TURNED OFF THE CAR FOR AWHILE OBSERVED THE CAR TO SEE IF I COULD SEE ANYTHING VISABLY WRONG. I THEN TRIED MY CAR AGAIN AND LIKE THAT IT WAS WORKING AS NORMAL EXCEPT MY AIR WAS NO LONGER WORKING AS IT WAS JUST BEFORE

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S HOME. CARDINAL BUICK GMC (3800 IL-15, BELLEVILLE, IL 62226, (618) 233-0303) WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE BATTERY, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 36,144.
ON JUNE 19 AT APPROXIMATELY 9:15AM, I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK TO TAKE MY SON TO SUMMER CAMP. I WAS ABOUT 5 MINUTES FROM MY JOB. I HAD JUST CROSSED A BRIDGE. MY CAR HIT A GUARDRAIL AND I SPUN INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE LANE. I WAS NOT DISTRACTED OR ON MY PHONE. I TAKE THAT SAME ROAD EVERYDAY AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE CAR, I NOTICED THAT THE AXLE AND WHEEL HAD COME COMPLETELY OFF. I WAS TOLD BY THE WITNESSES AND THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER THAT THE CV AXLE HAD BROKE OFF WHICH CAUSED ME TO HIT THE GUARDRAIL. I AM A SAFE DRIVER AND THIS WAS MY FIRST ACCIDENT. I PURCHASED THE CAR IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR FROM CARVANA AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON FEBRUARY 2ND. THE CAR WAS SERVICED IN JANUARY ACCORDING TO THE PAPERWORK THAT I FOUND IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT. HAD I BEEN ON THE HIGHWAY, THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A MORE SERIOUS ISSUE. I WAS NOT SPEEDING. THERE WAS A CAR IN FRONT OF ME THAT WAS MERGING OFF ONTO THE OFF RAMP SO I HAD ACTUALLY SLOWED DOWN. THAT AXLE SHOULD NOT HAVE COME OFF THAT EASILY. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS.
2015 CHRYSLER 200 LIMITED WHEN ACCELERATING FROM PARK THE CAR IS REVING TO 3RD AND 4TH BUT GOING SLOWLY GETTING STUCK BETWEEN THOSE TWO GEARS THEN JERKING AND GIVING DRAGGING AFFECT AFTER. WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY OR STREET CAR DRAGS AFTER STOPPING AND THEN ACCELERATING. VAR FEELS AS IF IT IS FISHTAILING AND THE WHEELS ARE GETTING STUCK FOR A MIBUTE BEFORE IT JERKS BACK INTO PLACE. AIR BAG SENSOR GOES ON AND OFF FROM TIME TO TIME. WHEN IT COMES ON IT WILL SOMETIMES STAY ON FOR DAYS SOMETIMES WEEKS AT A TIME. OIL CHANGES HAVE BEEN DONE REGULARLY. JUAT STARTED HAPPENING ON 6/19/2019. CAR SEEMS TO PULL AND VIBRATE EVEN HARDER WHEN THE A/C UNIT IS ON. CAR ALSO HAS A HARD VIBRATING NOISE UNDER HOOD. MILES:93,800 TRANSMISSION IS UNDER WARRANTY UNTIL 100,000 MILES NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS CAME ON AS OF YET.
CAR WAS PARKED FOR 4 1/2 HOURS AND SPONTANEOUSLY CAUGHT FIRE.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,019.
MY TRANSMISSION IS TELLING ME 'PERFORMANCE SHIFTING UNAVAILABLE' SHIFTING GEARS ON OWN
ALL FOUR TIRES ARE TORN/CUT AND TEARING, (ONE IS TORN COMPLETELY AND IS UNDRIVABLE,) IN THE SAME CIRCULAR PATTERN ON THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE WALL. POSSIBLE LINK TO P37 RECALL HAVING TO DO WITH THE REAR SHOCK MOUNT WELDING BREAKING, HENCE DAMAGING THE TIRES. OTHER POSSIBILITIES INCLUDE FAULTY TIRES, OR OTHER MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ON THE VEHICLE NOT YET ESTABLISHED THAT COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE TIRES. I NOTICED THE ISSUE WHEN I WENT TO LEAVE WORK. MY VEHICLE HAD BEEN STATIONARY ALL DAY. THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE WAS LEAKING AIR AT A HIGH RATE (AUDIBLE FROM FAR AWAY.) WHEN I TOOK THE TIRE OFF TO CHANGE TO THE SPARE, I NOTICED UNUSUAL CUTS THAT ARE NOT INDICATIVE OF A TYPICAL FLAT OR BLOW OUT. I TOOK OFF THE OTHER TIRES AND THEY ARE ALL CUT IN A SIMILAR FASHION. PHOTOS ARE ATTACHED
CAR WILL STALL AND WILL INDICATE ON THE DASH TO SHIFT INTO PARK WHILE THE D FLASHS ON BOTH THE DASH AND ON THE GEAR SELECTOR. ONCE THE CAR IS IN PARK AND I TRY TO RESTART THE CAR IT SOUNDS LIKE IT TRIES TO START AND TIMES OUT AND I HAVE TO TRY AGAIN.
WARNING LIGHT AIR BAG HAS BEEN ON WON'T TURN OFF, VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY. VEHICLE LOSES POWER DRIVING, VEHICLE STALLS OUT WHEN BACKING IN REVERSE.
MY OIL WAS RECENTLY CHANGED 2/28/2019, THE OIL IS 3 MONTHS OLD AND I'VE ONLY DRIVE 2,133 MILES SINCE. MY CAR TAKES FULL SYNTHETIC OIL AND SHOULD LAST FOR 6,000 MILES. I CHECKED IT TODAY 6/12/2019 AND MY CAR TELLS ME I HAVE 66% LEFT AND I DO NOT I NEED TO GET A OIL CHANGED EVEN BEFORE HITTING 3,000 MILES BECAUSE THERE IS NONE LEFT. I HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE HAPPEN 3/4 TIMES WITHIN THE LAST YEAR AND A HALF AND I'VE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 2 YEARS. A FEW MONTHS BACK I GOT THIS CHECKED OUT BY MY MECHANIC AND EVEN A SECOND MECHANIC, HE TOLD ME THAT THE PISTONS RINGS ON MY CAR ARE BAD AND IS CAUSING EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION, THERE IS NO LEAK ETC. SO MY CAR CONSTANTLY RUNS OUT OF OIL BEFORE ITS TIME TO CHANGE IT AND IS CAUSING MY CAR TO CUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING. MY MECHANIC ADVISED ME TO REPORT THIS PROBLEM AND EITHER CHANGE THE OIL EVERY 3,000 MILES OR GET RID OF THE CAR. IT IS DANGEROUS FOR THE CAR TO CONTINUOUSLY CUT OFF WHILE DRIVING IT. MY HUSBAND GOT WAS LEAVING WORK TODAY 6/12/19 AND PULL OUT FROM HIS JOB TO ENTER TRAFFIC BUT ONCE HE WAS STRAIGHT IN THE LANE THE CAR BEGAN TO SLOW DOWN SO HE HAD TO PULL INTO A GAS STATION TO TRY AND GET BACK STARTED WHICH TOOK ABOUT 5 MINS OF THE CAR WINDING BEFORE IT STARTED. SO WHEN HE GOT HOME I HAD TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO SUMMER CAMP AND AS SOON AS I MADE A RIGHT TURN ONTO THE STREET AND ACCERALTED THE CAR BEGAN TO SHUT DOWN AGAIN AND TOOK ABOUT 15 MINS IN A HIGHLY TRAFFIC AREA BEFORE IT RESTARTED BUT NOW THE AIR BAG LIGHT IS STUCK ON AND A WARNING ENGINE WAIT LIGHT ALSO CAME ON BEFORE THE CAR STARTED
WHEN COMING TO A STOP OR ACCELERATING FROM A COMPLETE STOP EITHER TURNING OR STRAIGHT, THE ENGINE STALLS WITHOUT WARNING & THERE IS NO POWER STEERING OR MOMENTUM TO SAFELY PULL OVER. I HAVE BEEN STUCK WITH HAZARDS ON AT NEIGHBORHOOD STOP SIGNS, IN STOPPED TRAFFIC AFTER THE LIGHT TURNS GREEN, FREEWAY ON RAMPS, IN THE CENTER OF SMALL & LARGE INTERSECTIONS BLOCKING TRAFFIC, ON RAILROAD TRACKS, & MORE. IT CAN TAKE UP TO 3 TRIES FOR THE ENGINE TO RESTART. OBVIOUSLY THIS IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE, & I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT I SHOULD BE STUCK IN AN INTERSECTION BECAUSE A NEWER CAR WITH SUCH LOW MILES DIES EVERY DAY, OFTEN SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. IN ADDITION, THE TRANSMISSION IS VERY JERKY & THE ENGINE DOES NOT RUN SMOOTHLY ONCE IT RESTARTS. THAT ALSO HAPPENS OCCASIONALLY UPON THE FIRST START OF THE DAY. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY MY VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL FOR THIS EXACT ISSUE. I DO HAVE VIDEOS OF THIS, BUT CAN NOT UPLOAD THEM. THE DATE BELOW IS THE DATE OF ONE OF THE VIDEOS, THIS PROBLEM OCCURS DAILY & HAS BEEN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. AFTER PURCHASING THE CAR, THERE WERE A FEW INCIDENTS MONTHS APART, THEN IT BECAME MORE FREQUENT, & FOR THE LAST SEVERAL WEEKS IT IS A DAILY OCCURRENCE.

THE CONTACT CONTINUED TO DEPRESS THE BRAKES WITH FORCE AND VEERED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD APPLIED THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WHICH ALSO FAILED TO ENGAGE. THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO MOVE AND THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO TURN THE VEHICLE TO THE RIGHT AND CRASH INTO THE CURB CAUSING THE DRIVER SIDE WHEEL TO DETACH. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. NO INJURY. NO MEDICAL ATTENTION CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AL SERRA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (6185 S SAGINAW ST, GRAND BLANC, MI 48439 (810) 202-0890) BUT NO DIAGNOSTIC TEST WAS PERFORMED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED THE CONTACT WITH CASE NUMBER [XXX]. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000. AIRBAG LIGHT COMES ON
FIRST PROBLEM: THE CAR STALLS AND/OR DIES WHILE DRIVING. IT DID THIS WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING AND SHE HAD TO PULL OVER ON THE HIGHWAY. I MANAGED TO GET IT STARTED AND DRIVE IT HOME BUT IT WOULD NOT GO OVER 25 MPH. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL LIGHT, AND THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT (?) WERE ALL ON. SECOND PROBLEM: THERE IS A MESSAGE TO SERVICE AIRBAG SYSTEM COMES ON. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND OTHER PEOPLE WIT THE SAME PROBLEM. ON THE YELLOW WIRE BOX UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT, THERE WAS A BLACK LATCH (?) THAT CLICKED WHEN I SQUEEZED. THE MESSAGE WENT AWAY.
THE CAR JUST RANDOMLY CUTS ON AND OFF I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND TO PEP BOYS AND THEY SAID IT WAS JUST A BATTERY ISSUE I HAVE A BRAND NEW BATTERY IN MY CAR AND IT STILL IS DOING IT
VEHICLE SUSPENSION SEEMS TO HAVE GONE BAD. 2015 SEDAN NOW SOUNDS LIKE AN OLDER CAR WHEN RIDING OVER ROUGH SPOTS IN PAVEMENT. ALSO, AWD NOT AVAILABLE LIGHT FIRST FLASHED ON WHEN TAKING A LEFT TURN ON RAINY DAY. IT WAS FOLLOWED BY SERVICE AWD INDICATOR LIGHT COMING ON. AT FIRST THESE INDICATOR LIGHTS WOULD COME ON INTERMITTENTLY, BUT NOW COME ON EACH TIME ENGINE IS STARTED AND THE SERVICE AWD LIGHT NOW STAYS ON UNTIL THE ENGINE IS SHUT OFF.
CAR WON'T START AND THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. I CAN'T SWITCH GEARS.
THE CAR DIES SEVERAL TIMES WHILE DRIVING IT WITHOUT ANY WARNING LIGHTS COMING ON.
THESE PAST FEW DAYS MY CAR HAS BEEN STALLING OUT WITH NO WARNING. ALL OF THESE TIMES I HAVE BEEN DRIVING IN TRAFFIC. THE CAR STALLS AND MESSAGE WILL APPEAR TO SOMETHING UPON PUT YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKE AND PUT IN PARK. ONCE YOU DO THAT THE CAR WILL TRY TO RESTART ITSELF. MY CAR EVENTUALLY RESTARTS BUT HAS STILL YET RESTARTED ON THE FIRST TRY. THERE IS NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON OR ANY OTHER WARNING CODES( NO WARNING CODES BEFORE NOR AFTER THE STALLING). THIS IS A BIG SAFETY ISSUE CHRYSLER NEEDS TO LOOK INTO AND ADDRESS.
