THE 200 HAS 3500 MILES AND WILL LOOSE POWER WITHOUT EXPLANATION. DRIVING AT A LOW SPEED ON CITY STREET AND THE CAR LOST POWER. THE ENGINE LIGHT WILL COME ON AND STAY ON. I DID SEE THAT MANUFACTURING DATES OF BETWEEN 1/7/2014 THROUGH 9/23/2014 HAVE BEEN RECALLED FOR ELECTRICAL ISSUES WITH THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER (PDC) PER R24/NHTSA 15V-470. MY CAR WAS NOT MANUFACTURED DURING THAT PERIOD, BUT SEEMS TO HAVE THE SAME TYPE OF PROBLEMS THAT HAVE BEEN REPORTED ON THIS SITE.
A FOLLOWUP ON COMPLAINT #10826086. THE LOSS OF POWER TO THE CHRYSLER 200 MODEL IS ALREADY IN EFFECT FOR EARLIER MADE MODELS UNDER R24/15V-470. LOOK AT JEEP RECALLS 13V-175 AND 14V-438 FOR THE JEEP COMMANDER AND CHEROKEE. IT'S THE EXACT SAME ISSUE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE AND AN UNKNOWN WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT HAD TO JUMP OUT THE VEHICLE AND SUSTAINED NECK AND BACK INJURIES, WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE. A FIRE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNDETERMINED AND THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,800.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PARKING BRAKE ENGAGED WITHOUT THE CONTACT PRESSING THE FUNCTION BUTTON. THERE WAS NO WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED EACH TIME THE PARKING BRAKE ENGAGED. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE HAD A STRONG HESITATION AND RANDOMLY STALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER MORE THAN THREE TIMES, BUT THEY COULD NOT REPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO GET A RESPONSE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE USED ON 02/04/2016, AND DROVE IT OFF THE LOT THE FOLLOWING DAY. I NOTICED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY A DEFECT IN THE TRANSMISSION. DURING DECELERATION PRECEDING A FULL STOP, THE TRANSMISSION CAUSES THE VEHICLE TO BUCK FORWARD UNEXPECTEDLY AND SUBSTANTIALLY, WHICH COULD CAUSE POTENTIAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO ANY PERSON OR OBJECT THAT MAY APPEAR IN FRONT OF THE VEHICLE AT A MOMENT WHEN THE VEHICLE HAS NOT YET COME TO A COMPLETE STOP, BUT HAS SLOWED TO A POINT WHERE THE VEHICLE APPEARS TO MAKE NO FURTHER FORWARD MOMENTUM. THIS, ALONG WITH THE CONSTANT ANNOYANCE OF ANTICIPATING AND EXPERIENCING AN UNCONTROLLED FORWARD MOVING THRUST, COMPELS ME TO FILE THIS REPORT. PLEASE NOTE THAT I RETURNED THIS VEHICLE FOLLOWING MY COMPLAINT. THE TRANSMISSION WAS SUBSEQUENTLY REPLACED WHICH DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE, BUT IN FACT CONTINUES TO WORSEN WITH CONTINUED USE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM, AIR BAG, AND CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATORS FLASHED. IN ADDITION, THE KEY FOB WAS NOT BEING RECOGNIZED WITH THE VEHICLE. THE KEY FOB AND BATTERY WERE CHANGED, BUT THE ENGINE CONTINUED TO LOSE POWER AND FAILED TO START. ALSO, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL/CLUSTER SHORTED OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO BRADSHAW CHRYSLER JEEP (1953 554 MAIN ST, OAKVILLE, CT 06779, 1-(860) 274-8834) FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
TAKATA RECALL THE CAR IS POWERING OFF WHILE DRIVING CAUSING CAR TO STOP. I SEE THERE IS A RECALL FOR THIS BUT NOT ON MY VIN NUMBER. THIS IS VERY DANDEROUS BECAUSE THE CAR JUST STOPS
I HAVE RECALL NOTICE 15V-470 IN WHICH I HAVE CONTACTED GLADSTONE DODGE SEVERAL TIMES AND I'M BEING TOLD THAT "THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR" IS UNAVAILABLE FOR ORDER. I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS ISSUE SINCE I RECEIVED THE NOTICE AND HAVE CONTACTED GLADSTONE DODGE ON 2/2/16/ 2/12/16, AND NOW AGAIN ON 4/4/16. THE DEALERSHIP IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE NAMES AND CONTACT CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO ORDER THE PARTS

THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY SURGED AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED WHILE REVERSING OR IN DRIVE. WHEN THE DRIVER REVERSED THE VEHICLE, IT BACKED INTO THE GARAGE DOOR TWICE WITHOUT WARNING. THE DRIVER APPLIED FORCE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL BOTH TIMES AND THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO SURGE IN REVERSE. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE TWICE, BUT WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REPAIR SOLUTION. THE DEALER REPLACED THE BRAKE SWITCH, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED FOR MONTHS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000....UPDATED 09/14/16 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THERE WAS A CODE FOUND THAT REPORTED THE BRAKE AND GAS PEDAL WERE BEING DEPRESSED AT THE SAME TIME. THE VEHICLE CAUSED TWO CRASHES *JS

SMALL SCREETCHING NOISE CAN BE HEARD FROM BREAK CALIPER AREA AS FOOT BREAK PEDAL IS RELEASED. MOST NOTICEABLE AFTER PROCEIDING FROM A COMPLETE STOP.
THE AIRBAG LIGHT APPEARED AROUND 8000 MILES. IT WAS TAKEN AND SUPPOSEDLY "FIXED" BY THE DEALERSHIP A MULTITUDE OF TIMES, AND THE ICON WOULD COME BACK IN A WEEK. IT TURNS ON BOTH ON STATIONARY AND IN MOTION.
I WERE IN LITTLE BUT REALLY SCARED ACCIDENT WITH MY ALMOST NEW CHRYSLER. IN VERY SLOW TRAFFIC (5-7 MILES/HOUR) WHEN I TRIED TO COME HOME AFTER WORK MEETING FROM KIRKLAND SUDDENLY I REALIZED THAT MY BRAKES DON'T WANNA STOP THE CAR WITH LIGHT TAPPING AS IT WAS OK PREVIOUSLY, THEN TAPPED ON BRAKE HARDER AND THEN PANIC AND REALIZED THE BRAKE. I END UP WITH HANG ON THE TAIL (THE LITTLE THING ATTACHED TO THE REAR END OF THE CAR) OF BIG TRACK. I TRIED TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT BRAKES PROBLEM TO MY INSURANCE, BUT COLLISION REPAIR COMPANY DID NOT CONFIRM MY CONCERNS AND I PAID $1000 DEDUCTIBLE AS THE DRIVER IN FAULT (IN THE FUTURE IT WILL AFFECT MY MONTHLY PAY FOR INSURANCE). I TRIED TO FIND THE SOLUTION BUT ONLY MY FAMILY CAN SUPPORT ME WITHOUT LAUGHING AT MY PROBLEM WITH THE CAR SAFETY. ONE OF MY FRIENDS TOLD ME, THAT I NEED TO INVOLVE SOME OF AN INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL AND STOP TRYING TALK TO THE WALL. CHRYSLER ALREADY TOOK AN ADVANTAGE OF MY NOT FAIR PURCHASE AND THEN MY TRADE-IN WITH THEM (MY DEALERSHIP REFUSED TO REPLACE MY PREVIOUS CHRYSLER 200 FOR SAFETY REASON AGAIN!!! AND SOLD TO ME MY CURRENT CHRYSLER FOR $43,000 AND IT'S NOT SAFE STILL!!!). IN ADDITIONAL, I SCARED WITH THE NOISE PRODUCING BY THE CAR WHILE I'M DRIVING: THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF NOISE FROM THE ENGINE WHEN IT'S GOING DOWN OF THE HILL AND WINDOWS OR SOMETHING LIKE WINDOWS SHAKING NOISE. FRANKLY SAYING, I HAVE VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND START LOOKING FOR THE SECOND OPINION WITH TREATING ME AS THE FAIR AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. IN JANUARY 2015, I PURCHASED A 2015 CHRYSLER 200S FROM REEDMAN TOLL AUTO WORLD. I OWNED THE VEHICLE FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS AND IN MARCH, 2015 DURING A SNOWSTORM I WAS DRIVING IN THE VEHICLE WITH MY FIANCE AND 5 YEAR OLD SON. I WAS TRAVELING AT APPROX 30MPH IN BENSALEM, PA. THE VEHICLE LOCKED UP. THE PARKING BRAKE ENGAGED, NO POWER STEERING, NO ABS, NO TRACTION CONTROL, TRANSMISSION STOPPED ENGAGING. I HIT THE BRAKES AND SLIDE INTO AN INTERSECTION. I HAD MY FIANCE GET INTO THE DRIVERS SEAT AND I PUSH THE CAR OFF THE ROADWAY INTO A SIDE STREET. AT THAT TIME I WALKED MY FIANCE AND SON HOME APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE TO OUR APARTMENT. I THEN WALKED BACK TO THE DISABLED CAR. I WAITED FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS FOR A TOW TRUCK TO ARRIVE FROM CHRYSLER ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED INTO REEDMAN TOLL AUTO WORLD. WHEN THE CAR WAS LOOKED OVER IT WAS DEEM TO BE FINE AND I WAS TOLD TO PICK IT UP. I DID NOT DO THAT. I TOLD THEM I DIDNT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THAT VEHICLE ANY LONGER. SO THEN I SPOKE WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER OF REEDMAN'S AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD GET ME INTO A DIFFERENT VEHICLE. I WAS POORLY EDUCATED WITH MY OPTIONS BACK THEN AND I WANTED TO JUST GET A SAFE VEHICLE FOR MY FAMILY. SO I PURCHASED A 2015 CHRYSLER 200C. ON JANUARY 23TH, 2016 I WAS DRIVING MY 2015 CHRYSLER 200C WITH MY FIANCE. I WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 20MPH AND THE IDENTICAL SITUATION OCCURRED AGAIN. IT WAS 10 MONTHS AFTER MY LAST INCIDENT AND WITH A TOTALLY DIFFERENT VEHICLE. THIS TIME I CONTACTED CHRYSLER DIRECTLY. I STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM CHRYSLER. REEDMAN'S TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS SOME SNOW IN THERE AND THEY REMOVED THAT AND RE FLASHED THE COMPUTER SYSTEM AND NOW ITS "PERFECT". I FIND THIS TO BE REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNSAFE. MORE INFORMATION INCLUDING PICTURES AND VIDEOS CAN BE PROVIDED.
DRIVING ON I-75 OUTSIDE OF DETROIT WHEN ENGINE SUDDENLY CAUGHT ON FIRE AND BURNED ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND FRONT SEATING AREA. CAR HAS ONLY 4,000 AND HAS ONLY DRIVEN IN METRO AREA SINCE PURCHASED A FEW MONTHS AGO. OUR LIVES WERE ENDANGER AND SAVED WITH THE HELP OF OTHER MOTORISTS UNTIL FIRE DEPARTMENT ARRIVED. FREEWAY WAS CLOSED AND INCIDENT ON TV THAT NIGHT. .
MY CHRYSLER 200 HAD BEEN RECALLED MID 2015 FOR A GLITCH IN THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM THAT REQUIRED ALL CHRYSLER, DODGE, RAM, AND FIAT VEHICLES WITH THE 8.4 SCREEN TO HAVE A CHIP SENT OUT AND INSTALLED BY SELF TO UPDATE AND INSTILL SECURITY TO THOSE CARS. IN JANUARY OF 2016 I WAS INVOLVED IN A COLLISION IN MY CHRYSLER 200. MY ENTIRE FRONT END WAS KNOCKED OFF AS I WAS AWAITING A TURN IN A CENTER LANE ON A CITY STREET. MY ENGINE DROPPED AND ALL FLUIDS WERE EXPELLED FROM THIS VEHICLE, MY AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. WHEN I CALLED CONCERNED ABOUT IT I WAS TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE WAS TESTED WITH A HAND DEVICE IN A JUNK YARD AND THAT I HAD NOT BEEN HIT HARD ENOUGH OR IN THE RIGHT PLACE FOR THEM TO DEPLOY. I COULD NOT BELIEVE DUE TO THE FORCE AND DAMAGE DONE BUT WAS STILL TOLD BY A CHRYSLER REPRESENTATIVE THAT THERE WAS NO MALFUNCTION WITH THE AIR BAGS. THE CAR WAS A TOTAL LOSS BUT WAS RESOLD TO A DEALERSHIP IN CINCINNATI, OH AND PUT UP FOR SALE. I AM STILL RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT THE CAR DUE TO UCONNECT AND IS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THIS SAME VEHICLE BEING SOLD AND PUT ON THE ROAD.
VEHICLE CAN BE IN MOTION OR STATIONARY BUT SEEMS LIKE IT PERIODICALLY I STEP ON THE GAS AND IT FEELS LIKE VEHICLE IS IN NEUTRAL (ONLY REVS) THEN KICKS INTO GEAR WHICH CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS AND MIGHT CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. THIS HAPPENS AT STOPS, SMALL ROADS, HIGHWAYS AND MAIN ROADS IN OTHER WORDS IT HAPPENS UNEXPECTEDLY AT ANYTIME ANYWHERE.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER MORE THAN FOUR TIMES. THE DEALER REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION BODY VALVE, UPDATED THE SOFTWARE, AND MADE ADDITIONAL REPAIRS, WHICH DID NOT PROVIDE A PERMANENT SOLUTION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE NINE SPEED TRANSMISSION MODELS FAILED AND THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT TAKE ACTION TO ADDRESS THE SOFTWARE UPDATE FAILURE SINCE MID 2014. THE CONTACT ALSO EXPERIENCED THE ALARM SYSTEM GOING OFF AND, UPON USING THE OWNER'S MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS, THE ALARM WOULD NOT TURN OFF. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE SOFTWARE NEEDED TO BE UPDATED AND THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT YET PROVIDED THE SOFTWARE UPDATE NECESSARY TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DISCLOSE TO THE CONTACT WHEN THE SOFTWARE UPDATE WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER A FIFTH TIME BECAUSE THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO OCCUR. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35-45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING AT LEAST TEN TIMES. AFTER APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES, THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DARCARS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF NEW CARROLLTON (8100 ANNAPOLIS RD, NEW CARROLLTON, MD 20784, (301) 459-6800) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V470000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT THE REPAIR MAY NOT HAVE CORRECTED THE INTERMITTENT FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20. *BF*JB
I WAS DRIVING MY BRAND NEW CHRYSLER 200 THAT I BOUGHT 4 MONTHS PRIOR AND IT WAS COMPLETELY SHUTTING OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD... I LOST CONTROL OF STEERING UNTIL IT SHUT COMPLETELY OFF SO I COULD RESTART IT. VERY SCARY WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR NEWBORN BABY AND 10 YEAR OLD IN THAT BACK SEAT. NOT ONCE DID A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COME ON OR ANY SENSOR COME ON TO TELL ME THAT MY VEHICLE HAD NO OIL IN IT. SO I BELIEVE THE ENGINE, ELECTRICAL, AND SENSORS ARE ALL MESSED ON THIS VEHICLE. I DO NOT FEEL LIKE I SHOULD BE STUCK WITH IT BECAUSE IN THE BACK OF MY HEAD I NO LONGER FEEL SAFE IN THIS VEHICLE. I AM REACHING OUT FOR HELP BECAUSE CHRYSLER WON'T AND I HAVE OWNED THIS CARE SINCE AUGUST AND IT WAS IN SHOP FOR 17 DAYS IN JANUARY, I HAVE IT BACK BUT I STILL DON'T THINK IT'S RUNNING CORRECTLY.
CAR HAS LONG CRANK TIMES. I HAVE HAD IT IN THE DELERSHIP TWICE NOW FOR FLASH UPDATES AND ON TUESDAY THE 12TH OF JANUARY THE CAR WOULD NOT START THE FIRST TIME I HIT THE IGNITION BUTTON. I HAD A FULL TANK OF GAS CAR IS GARAGE KEPT. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO DEALERSHIP AND OTHER THAN THE FLASH UPDATE CHRYSLER CLAIMS THERE IS NO ISSUE.
POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER RECALL I CALLED THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES FOR RECALL TO BE FIXED THEY TOLD ME EACH TIME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS IN FROM MANUFACTURER. THIS RECALL HAS BEEN OUT FOR LONGER THAN 3 MONTHS. THEY SAID THE PUT MY NAME ON FOR CALL WHEN PART COMES IN BUT THIS IS DANGEROUS AS IT CAN CAUSE A CRASH AND MY YOUNG SON DRIVES THE CAR. THE DEALERSHIP IS BROWN DAUB OFF HECKTOWN ROAD IN EASTON PA
TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED DUE TO RECALL NOW THE GEARS DONT SHIFT RIGHT IT VIBRATES AND THE CAR JUMPS FORWARD ON ITS OWN AND TAKES OFF LIKE A ROCKET SOMETIMES IN REVERSE I TALKED TO CHRYSLER THEY HAD ME BRING IT BACK TO THE DEALER AS I WAS DRIVING ON A CITY STREET THE FRONT AXLE CAME APART I HAD IT TOWED THEY FIXED THE AXLE BUT NOT THE TRANSMISSION NO FIX IS AVAILABLE IS WHAT THEY SAID THEN THE LEFT AXLE STARTED POPPING I TOOK IT BACK THE LEFT STRUT HAD TO BE REPLACED BUT STILL NO FIX FOR TRANSMISSION AND ITS GOTTEN WORSE.
ENGINE BLOCKED NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT 14,000 MILES. SINCE ENGINE WAS REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION IS NOT SHIFTING PROPERLY. 2 DEALERSHIPS BLAMED THE "ADAPTIVE TRANSMISSION" FOR THE ISSUES. I HAVE HAD THE QUICK LEARN ROLLED BACK 3 TIMES AND CAR IS STILL NOT SHIFTING OR STOPPING SAFELY.
THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER (PDC) ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR MAY HAVE SPREAD ELECTRICAL TERMINAL(S). COMPATIBILITY OF ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION (POWERTRAIN). WHILE STATIONARY AT A RED LIGHT OR STOP SIGN WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN DRIVE THERE IS EXCESSIVE VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL. WHILE STILL IN A STATIONARY MODE YOU CAN MOVE THE SELECTOR KNOB TO NEUTRAL AND THE VIBRATION WILL GO AWAY. THIS TEST CONFIRMS THAT THERE IS DEFINITELY A TORQUE ISSUE WITH THE DRIVE TRAIN. CHRYSLER HAS INCORPORATED ALL KNOWN SOFTWARE UPDATES AND REPLACED ALL MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION MOUNTS. PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. CHRYSLER RESPONSE WAS THIS IS A CHARACTERISTIC OF THE 200 AND WILL NOT AFFECT ANY COMPONENTS. EXCESSIVE VIBRATION INDICATES THAT THERE ARE COMPONENTS NOT IN ACCEPTABLE RANGE OF TOLERANCE AND WILL CAUSE COMPONENTS TO WEAR OUT PREMATURELY. THIS PROBLEM THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE POWERTRAIN COULD BECOME A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE IN THAT THE LOSS OF HUMAN LIFE IS POSSIBLE SHOULD THE POWERTRAIN LOCK UP DUE TO PREMATURE FAILURE OF INTERNAL COMPONENTS.

THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER (PDC), SHIFTER, PARKING BREAK, TRANSMISSION WIRE, POWER TRAIN, AND ENGINE STOPPED WORKING ON 12/05/15. THE CARE COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN. I HAD IT TOWED TO A LOCAL DEALER ON 12/7/15. THE WORKED ON IT ALL WEEK THROUGH 12/10/15. THE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS FIXED. I CAME TO PICK IT UP, AND I DROVE IT BACK TO WORK, TO THE STORE, THEN BACK HOME WHERE IT WAS PARKED OVER NIGHT. I WAKE UP THIS MORNING TO GO TO WORK AND DROP MY GIRLS OFF AT SCHOOL AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS. THE CAR WILL NOT START, THE BRAKE IS TIGHT, THE SYSTEM IS NOT DETECTING MY KEY FOB, AND THE CARE JERKS A LITTLE BIT AND THEN DIES. THE DASH WILL COME ON BUT THE CARE WILL NOT SHIFT OUT OF PARK. I HAVE IT TOWED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY TELL ME "IT WORKED LAST YESTERDAY ONCE WE FINISHED REPAIRS.' I'M FRUSTRATED AND MADE BECAUSE I ONLY RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT 2 WEEKS AGO THAT MY CAR WAS UP FOR A RECALL. THEN THE DEALER'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT TELL ME IT'S UNDER 2-3 RECALLS. MY INSURANCE WILL PROVIDE A RENTAL CAR. HOWEVER, SINCE THIS IS MECHANICAL AND NOT DUE TO AN ACCIDENT I CAN'T GET A RENTAL. I CALL THE DEALER TO REQUEST A LOANER CAR, AND THEY TELL ME THAT CHRYSLER ONLY PROVIDES THEM WITH FIVE LOANER CARS, AND THEY ARE CURRENTLY BEING USED FOR HIGHER PRIORITY CUSTOMERS WHO MAJOR ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS. IF I READ THIS ONE RECALL CORRECT, ONE OF THE ISSUES CAN CAUSE ME TO HURT MYSELF OR OTHERS IN A BAD ACCIDENT IT THIS ISSUE IS NOT CORRECT.
