RECENTLY WE BOUGHT A 2008 CHRYSLER 300. A FEW MONTHS AFTER WE GOT IT, IT WOULD NOT START. WE BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY AND A FEW WEEKS AFTER THAT, IT WOULDN'T START. WE TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT. NOW, SOMETIMES IT WILL START AND SOMETIMES IT WONT. THERE IS NO CLICKING OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT JUST SILENCE WHEN IT WON'T START. THE HORN WORKS THE LIGHTS WORK AND THE DING THAT LETS YOU KNOW THE DOOR IS OPEN. IT CAN SET FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND THEN START RIGHT UP AND A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER, NOTHING. I COULDN'T FIND A RECALL ON MY SPECIFIC CAR BUT I KNOW THEY HAVE HAD A LOT OF ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. CAN YOU HELP?

YOU HAVE SENT ME TWO RECALLS ON AIRBAG INFLATOR AND IGNITION SWITCH. I MADE MY FIRST CALL TO MOORE CHRYSLER IN PEORIA AZ ON 9/8/15, AGAIN 10/12/15 AND TODAY 12/8/15 AND THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PARTS TO REPAIR MY CAR. WHY IS THIS TAKING SO LONG? I BELIEVE BOTH MY RECALLS ARE SERIOUS. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT I CAN DO TO GET THESE ITEMS FIXED ASAP.

FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS THE INTERIOR WINDOWS FOG UP REAL BAD WHEN IT GETS BELOW 32 DEGREES. IT IS GETTING WORSE AND VERY DANGEROUS BECAUSE I CAN'T SEE OUT OF THE WINDOWS AFTER DRIVING A VERY SHORT DISTANCE. THE DEALER HAS CHANGED THE BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR AND THE HEATER CORE BUT THIS HAS NOT MADE ANY DIFFERENCE . THEY HAVE TOLD ME NOW THAT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. I HAVE A LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON THE CAR AND I NEED TO HAVE THIS FIXED BECAUSE OF SAFETY REASONS. I HAVE CHECKED ON THE INTERNET AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM SO IT IS NOT JUST MY VEHICLE.
