I PARK MY ON 3/25/2020 COMING FROM RUNNING ERRANDS ABOUT AN HOUR LATER MY HORN JUST WAS GOING OFF BY ITSELF. I HAD TO HIT THE ALARM TO STOP IT THAN IT WILL GO OFF EVERY 20 TO 30 MINS.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATE 77 MPH WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATED, THE VEHICLE UNEXPECTEDLY VEERED OFF TO THE LEFT WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO REGAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LANE DEPARTURE WARNING AND FEATURE FAILED TO OPERATE AS DESIGNED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS AT 12,000.
I BROUGHT A 2019 CHRYSLER 300 IN JULY 2019, IN SEPTEMBER 2019 MY WIFE WAS BACKING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY, SHE SAID THE CAR SUDDENLY ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING. SHE STATED THAT SHE PRESSED THE BRAKE AND IT DIDN'T STOP THE CAR. I BOUGHT THIS BRAND NEW CHRYSLER 300 LTD AND IT ONLY HAS 7,100 MILES ON IT. THE CAR HAS A SEVERE SHIFTING ISSUE GOING UP AND DOWN THRU THE GEARS. VIBRATION, HESITATION AND JERKING. MY WIFE WILL NOT DRIVE THE CAR BECAUSE SHE FEELS IT IS DANGEROUS TO TRANSPORT THE GRAND KIDS IN. I HAVE TAKEN IT BACK T THE DEALER MANY TIMES AND THEY TELL ME ITS WITHIN FACTORY STANDARDS AND THEY ALL SHIFT LIKE THAT. NOW THAT IS DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE. HOW CAN I GET IN CONTACT WITH A REAL CHRYSLER FACTORY TECH REP TO DRIVE THIS CAR AND EVALUATE ?
TAKATA RECALL THE (DID) DIGITAL INFORMATION DASHBOARD STOPPED WORKING AFTER THE CAR WAS OFF FOR 8 HOURS WHILE I WAS AT WORK, WHEN I GOT OFF WORK I TURNED THE CAR ON AND EVERYTHING ELSE WORKED BUT THE DASHBOARD WASNT LIT UP WITH LIGHTS/ I WASNT ABLE TO SEE THE SPEED I WAS GOING/ WASNT ABLE TO SEE MY RPM GAUGE/ I WASN'T ABLE TO SEE MY TIRE PRESSURE, BATTERY VOLTAGE, HOW HOT OR COLD MY ENGINE WAS , OIL PRESSURE, OIL LIFE ETC. I WAS FORCED TO DRIVE HOME AFTER THIS OCCURRED WHICH WAS FRIGHTENING DUE TO THE FACT I COULDN'T SEE MY SPEED.

The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. when putting vehicle in gear from park to drive there is a clucking souk in the rea end such as the ring and (differential ) pinion gears or cv boots Carl Burger Dodge put a rea end in the car and it still doing it they stated that they can not or it NORMAL NOISE. I have return the car at least four time for the same noise each time one guy or the other heard it but they can not repair... I 'am afraid it the differential will go out at high speed and cause a accidennt , this first appear in the first few in 2019 and is still present.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SIERRA MOTOR MALL LOCATED AT SIERRA MOTOR INC ' BILL WALSH AUTO GROUP LOCATED AT 510 EAST NORRIS DR, OTTAWA, IL 61350, HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE OR DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,500. *BF*JB
