I JUST TOOK MY 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFIC IN DUE TO THE GAS PEDAL STICKING. THE GAS PEDAL WOULD STICK AND I WOULD HAVE TO PRESS ON IT HARD IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK. THIS WOULD HAPPEN ALMOST EVERYTIME I STARTED UP MY CAR. THE SERVICE PERSON STATED THAT THERE WAS SOME TYPE BUILD UP DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR ON THE VEHICLE. I ONLY HAVE 42,000 MILES ON MY CAR. I PAID FOR THE REPAIR (APPROX $190) BECAUSE MY WARRANTY DIDN'T COVER THE PROBLEM. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT AT 42,000 THIS WOULD HAPPEN. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO DRIVE AROUND AN UNKNOWN OBJECT IN THE ROAD AND LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE CRASHING INTO A GUARDRAIL. THE CONTACT AND THE PASSENGER WERE KNOCKED UNCONSCIOUS UPON IMPACT AND THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. IN ADDITION, THE SEAT BELTS DID NOT RESTRAIN THE OCCUPANTS IN THEIR SEATS. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED BROKEN RIBS AND A HEAD INJURY. THE PASSENGER SUSTAINED A SEVERE HEAD INJURY AND A BROKEN WRIST. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 39,990.
2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. CONSUMER STATES EXTENSIVE UNIBODY RUST ON VEHICLE *TGW AN AUTO BODY EXPERT INFORMED THE CONSUMER THE RUST WAS COMING FROM THE INSIDE OF THE UNISIDE ROCKER PANEL AND BOTH UNISIDES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *JB

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HAVING THE VEHICLE SERVICED, THE MECHANIC ADVISED HIM THERE WAS A CRACK FOUND IN THE ENGINE MOUNT AND WAS A COMMON FAILURE IN HIS YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 69,008.
I HAVE 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. ON A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE, THE MIDAS SERVICE CLERK CALLS ME TO TELL ME THAT ALL 3 OF MY MOTOR MOUNTS ARE BROKEN. THE PROBLEM IS, THAT I HAD THEM ALL REPLACED ABOUT 1.5 YEARS AGO. I COME TO FIND OUT THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM FOR THESE VEHICLES WHEN I CHECKED ONLINE. I HAVE A 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. ABS LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON. DEALER HAS REPAIRED IT TWICE. PROBLEM KEEPS RE OCCURRING... *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD SHAKE WHEN THE VEHICLE REACHED 55 MPH. WHEN THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO HAVE THE STEERING ALIGNED, HE WAS TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED NEW TIE RODS IN THE FRONT. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED AT THE DEALERSHIP AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT IT NEEDED A NEW RACK AND PINION SYSTEM. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 22,000.
I PURCHASED MY CAR IN 2008 AND THE DEALER (SHEEHY FORD) WON'T EVEN TAKE IT BACK. THE ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON AND IT WON'T PASS INSPECTION. I HAD TO REPLACE THE OBD CONNECTOR AND IT STILL WOULDN'T PASS INSPECTION. TOOK IT BACK TO THE INSPECTION STATION AND IT FAILED BECAUSE OF THE OXYGEN SENSOR, REPLACED THAT AND TOOK IT BACK FOR THE 3RD TIME AND IT FAILED AGAIN BECAUSE THE MACHINE READ: MONITORS NOT READY. I'M STARTING TO THINK THAT THE POWER TRAIN AND THE ENGINE ARE FAULTY ON MY VEHICLE. SHEEHY KNEW THEY SOLD ME A LEMON, I'VE TRIED TO HAVE THEM RESOLVE THIS ISSUE NUMEROUS TIMES AND NOTHING. I WANT THEM TO EITHER FIX THE PROBLEM OR GIVE ME ANOTHER CAR. I REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AS WELL AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO BBB ON MY COMPLAINT. THAT LOOKS SO SUSPECT IN MY EYES. *TR
BRAKE PEDAL FELL AWAY FROM MY FOOT AND ABS LIGHT CAME ON WHILE BRAKING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. LIGHT WENT OFF, BUT CAME ON AGAIN LATER. DAYS LATER, MORE BRAKE FAILURES THAT MADE STOPPING DIFFICULT. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE WOULD INTERMITTENTLY JERK FORWARD FOLLOWED BY A KNOCKING NOISE FROM THE FRONT AND BOTTOM OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT TAKEN THE VEHICLE FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. BOTH DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
I WENT TO A LOCAL SERVICE/REPAIR FACILITY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE FRONT MOTOR MOUNT ON MY 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. UPON SOME RESEARCH ON-LINE, I NOTICED THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE. *TR
I HAVE HAD SO MANY THINGS GO WRONG WITH MY CHRYSLER PACIFICA 2005. SUV. ON FRIDAY APRIL 16 2010 THE CAR STALL COMING OFF THE EXIT RAMP OF ROUTE 80 IN PATERSON ,DURING RUSH HOUR. ON MONDAY APRIL IT WAS DEAD AND REQUIRED THE BATTERY TO BE CHARGE. THE BATTERY HAD BEEN CHARGE ON SUNDAY APRIL18. THE CAR HAD TO EVENTUALLY BE TOWED TUESDAY APRIL 20, 2010. THIS CAR HAS BEEN IN CHRYSLER'S DEALERSHIP TWICE IN MARCH. MARCH 3RD FOR A OIL CHANGE THAT ENDED UP COSTING 392.80. MARCH 24 IT WAS TOWED IN BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T TURN OVER. YOU COULDN'T EVEN JUMP START IT. THEY REPLACE IGNITION SWITCH AND CYLINDER. AGAIN THEY REPLACE THE CRANKSHAFT SEAL .{ THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FIX ON MARCH 3 2010 I PAID FOR IT. WHICH BRINGS ME TO THE PRESENT THE CAR IS STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP, THIS IS THE FOURTH DAY, THEY STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT. IT COULD BE THE ALTERNATOR THEY TELL ME.CHRYSLER NEVER OFFERED ME A LONER CAR BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY. HOW ABOUT I RENT A CAR? GOODLUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. WHEN SHIFTING FROM PARK TO DRIVE OR REVERSE THE GAS PEDAL IS PRESSED AND APPEARS TO "STICK" . WHEN PRESSED WITH MORE FORCE THE AUTOMOBILE "LURCHES" QUICKLY EITHER FORWARD OR BACKWARD DEPENDING ON WHICH GEAR HAS BEEN SELECTED. THIS IS OCCURRING ON A DAILY BASIS. I WILL BE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DEALER. NO INJURIES OR DAMAGE HAVE OCCURRED AS OF YET, BUT THE POTENTIAL IS THERE. *TR
I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT WHERE I HIT A BRIDGE ON I-75 GOING ROUGHLY 70MPH. I HIT THE BRIDGE HEAD-ON. NETHER OF THE AIRBAGS OPENED NOR DID THE SEAT BELT LOCK. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, SHE HEARD A TICKING SOUND. THE TICKING SOUND SEEMED TO BECOME LOUDER WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING WHERE SHE WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENGINE WAS DEFECTIVE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 46,000.
2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA THROTTLE REQUIRES EXCESSIVE FORCE TO DEPRESS CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO LURCH FORWARD WHEN THE THROTTLE FINALLY MOVES. WE REPORTED THE ISSUE TO OUR DEALER APPROXIMATELY 18 MONTHS AGO. THEY SEEMED TO HAVE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE ISSUE AND REPAIRED IT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN FOR REPAIRS AFTER STRIKING A DOG (UNRELEATED TO THE DEFECT). NOW THE ISSUE HAS RETURNED AND WHEN MY WIFE CALLED TO SCHEDULE SERVICE TO HAVE THE ISSUE REPAIRED AGAIN THE DEALERSHIP WOULDN'T SCHEDULE A TIME TO REPAIR THE DEFECT AND ACTUALLY ACTED AS IF THEY WEREN'T AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND WOULD NEED SEVERAL HOURS TO TROUBLESHOOT THE ISSUE PRIOR TO REPAIRING IT. I RESEARCHED THE ISSUE ONLINE AND EVIDENTLY THIS IS AN ISSUE WITH THE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY WHICH TYPICALLY TAKES AN HOUR OF LABOR TIME TO TREAT THE SYMPTOM WHICH EVENTUALLY RETURNS. IT ALSO SEEMS TO BE A COMMON ISSUE WITH THE PACIFICA. THE ISSUE WITH OUR VEHICLE IS BECOMMING SERIOUS AND NOW THAT OUR LOCAL DEALERSHIP IN LUGOFF, SC SEEMS TO HAVE NO DESIRE TO HELP US I'M NOT SURE WHERE TO TAKE IT FOR REPAIR.

THE ABS SYSTEM FAILURE ALMOST RESULTED IN A TBONE SLIDING THROUGH AN INTERSECTION, UNABLE TO STOP IN NOV AND IN MARCH COMING DOWN A SLIGHT INCLINE AND THE ABS LIGHT CAME ON AND COULD NOT GET STOPPED RESULTING IN MISSING A PEDESTRIAN BY 3 INCHES AND HAVING TO HIT A SNOW BANK. THEN THE ABS LIGHT KEPT COMING ON AT VARIOUS TIMES, HARD TO GET STOPPED IN TOWN WHEN IT COMES ON. *TR
WE PURCHASED OUR 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA IN MAY 2005. AFTER DRIVING ABOUT 15,000 MILES WE STARTED TO NOTICE A CLUNKING SOUND WHEN CORNERING WHILE BRAKING, OR STARTING OUT FROM A STOPPED POSITION. WE WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND WERE TOLD THAT IT WAS NORMAL MOVEMENT FOR THE PACIFICA. WE HAD THE PACIFICA LOOKED AT BY THE DEALERSHIP OVER 5 TIMES WITH THE SAME RESPONSE. THE ISSUE PROGRESSIVELY GOT WORSE AND NOW THE VEHICLE SHAKES WHEN CHANGING GEARS, CORNERING, STOPPING, STARTING, OR HITTING POTHOLES. WE WENT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AFTER MOVING AND IN MARCH 2010 WE WERE TOLD THAT THE ENGINE MOTOR MOUNTS WERE BAD AND WERE CAUSING THE ISSUE WE ARE EXPERIENCING. THE DEALERSHIP OFFERED TO REPLACE THEM ALL FOR $2500, WHICH WAS OUT OF OUR BUDGET SO WAS NOT COMPLETED. WE WERE ALSO INFORMED THAT THE SWAYBAR ENDPOINTS MIGHT BE BAD AS WELL AND COULD BE REPLACED FOR ADDITIONAL COST. WE DRIVE UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS AND THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM SHOULD NEVER SURFACE ON A VEHICLE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE MOTOR COULD SEPARATE FROM THE FRAME IN AN ACCIDENT AND CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY. I FEEL IT IS UNREASONABLE TO HAVE THE CONSUMER PAY FOR A MANUFACTURING DEFECT SUCH AS THIS. THERE WERE SEVERAL THOUSAND MOTOR MOUNTS ON BACK ORDER IN 2009 LEADING ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE PROBLEM IS WIDER SPREAD THAN JUST A FEW ISOLATED INCIDENTS. HOPEFULLY THIS INFORMATION WILL PROMPT RESEARCH AND ACTION ON BEHALF OF THE SAFETY OF DRIVERS AS WELL AS END CONSUMERS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. *TR

I OWN A 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE NEW IN 2006. THE ACCELERATOR ON THE VEHICLE STICKS FORCING ME TO APPLY A GREAT DEAL OF PRESSURE TO MAKE IT GO. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THIS IS THE RESULT OF THE ACCUMULATION OF GUNK IN THE THROTTLE AND THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE PACIFICA. I BELIEVE THIS POSES A SAFETY ISSUE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY ALONG WITH OTHER MOTORISTS. THIS IS CLEARLY A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT SINCE IT IS SO COMMON PLACE IN THE PACIFICAS. I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOUR AGENCY'S HELP IN MAKING CHRYSLER ACCOUNTABLE TO FIX THIS DEFECT BEFORE SOMEONE GETS KILLED. *TR
HAD MY SUV SERVICE AT THE DEALER AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SUBFRAME IS RUSTED AND HAS TO BE REPLACE THEY ARE CHARGING ME $4,300 I CALL CHRYSLER AND ASK ABOUT ANY RECALL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT MY SUV WAS NOT MADE ON THE RECALL YEAR A CAR SHOULD NOT RUST THAT BAD IN 8 YEARS. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES AND WAS TAKEN TO BOTH THE DEALER AND AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. BOTH THE DEALER AND THE MECHANIC ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE FAILURE COULD POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE TRANSMISSION. A TRANSMISSION FLUSH WAS PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MECHANIC LATER PERFORMED A TUNE-UP AND CLEANED THE FUEL INJECTORS BUT TO NO AVAIL. THE FAILURE SOON RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 06V432000 (POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM, PCM). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 80,000.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON VERY COLD DAYS, WHENEVER SHE SHIFTED THE GEAR INTO PARK, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT MOVE FORWARD AND BEHAVE AS IF IT WERE IN NEUTRAL GEAR. THE IDENTICAL FAILURE WOULD OCCUR IN THE REVERSE POSITION. THE GEARS DID NOT MALFUNCTION DURING WARM WEATHER. SHE HAD NOT TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER TO-DATE. SHE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND A REPRESENTATIVE STATED THAT THERE WERE NO TRANSMISSION-RELATED RECALLS WHEN SHE REFERENCED RECALL 06V432000, POWER TRAIN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, CONTROL MODULE (TCM, PCM). THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 49,892. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 49,700.
I HAVE A 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA THAT HAS STALLED SEVERAL TIMES WHILE I WAS DRIVING. MOST RECENTLY IT HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN THE PAST TWO DAYS. ONE OF THE OCCASIONS WAS WHILE I WAS MERGING ONTO THE INTERSTATE. THE FIRST COUPLE TIMES THIS OCCURRED OVER THE PAST YEAR I JUST DISMISSED THE PROBLEM. NOW THAT IT SEEMS TO BECOME MORE FREQUENT, I AM FEARFUL THAT IT COULD HAPPEN AND SOMEONE WILL BE HURT. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THE VIN WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN A RECALL UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 06V432000 (POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM, PCM)), BUT HAD THE REPAIRS PERFORMED BY A PREVIOUS OWNER. ACCELERATOR STUCK OPEN WHEN BRAKING TRAVELING ~ 10MPH. THIS HAPPENED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES WITHIN 9 MONTHS SPAN. I HAD TO PUT THE GEAR IN NEUTRAL AND TURN OFF THE ENGINE. TOOK CAR TO SHOP PUT NEW BRAKES ON, BUT DIDN'T RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. TOOK CAR BACK TO THE SHOP BECAUSE THE ABS LIGHT CAME BACK ON. BRAKES SILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM CHECKED OUT 3 TIMES,AND THEY CANNOT FIND AND PROBLEM,BUT THERE IS SOMETHING GOING ON WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL, IN IT OR SURROUNDING IT. I HAVE A 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA, AND I THINK IT MIGHT BE CONCERNING THE CHRYSLER RECALL CONCERNING THE BRAKE BOOSTER ROD RETAINING CLIP. THE BRAKE FAILURE OCCURS 2 TO 3 TIME MONTH. THE ABS LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON AND THE LAST TIME THE BRAKES GOT VERY SPONGY. I HAVE BEEN DOING SOME RESEARCH ON THIS PROBLEM AND HAVE FOUND THAT THIS IS VERY COMMON IN THIS VEHICLE. THE CAR WILL STALL AT INTERMITTENT TIMES WHEN GOING AT LOW SPEEDS AND LOW RPMS. THE STALLING CAUSES THE STEERING WHEEL TO FREEZE UP. THE CAR WILL START IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE STALL. I HAVE TAKEN THE CAR TO AN AUTHORIZED CHRYSLER DEALER, DARCARS, SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY CANNOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. IT APPEARS SIMILAR IN NATURE TO THE SAFETY RECALL F44 WHICH WAS ISSUED ON LATER CHRYSLER PACIFICA MODELS IN 2005-2006. THE ISSUE OCCURS ALMOST DAILY AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PARTS REPLACED BECAUSE THE CHRYSLER MECHANIC, DARCARS, CANNOT DUPLICATE THE ISSUE. I OWN A 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. AFTER FILLING THE VEHICLE WITH FUEL, THE CAR WILL SURGE, LUNGE, AND SOMETIMES DIE. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME THE FUEL TANK IS FILLED. I OWN A 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA THAT WAS BOUGHT BRAND NEW IN OCTOBER 2004. IN OCTOBER 2009, I WAS DRIVING HOME DURING AFTERNOON RUSH HOUR. I NOTICED MY CAR SMOKING AND ATTEMPTED JUST TO MAKE IT HOME. ABOUT 20 MINUTES LATER, MY CAR BEGAN TO HESITATE AND TURNED OFF ONCE OR TWICE WHEN I STOPPED AT STOP LIGHTS. EVENTUALLY, THE CAR SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY ON A MAJOR THOROUGHFARE AND WOULD NOT RESTART. AFTER BEING TOWED TO THE NEAREST DEALERSHIP, I DISCOVERED THAT THE RADIATOR HOSE HAD BEEN BLOWN OFF AND A HOLE BASICALLY RIPPED IN THE COOLANT JUG AS A RESULT. REPAIR COST: $564.00. PRIOR TO RELEASING THE VEHICLE, THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS NOTICED HOW LOUDLY AND ROUGHLY THE CAR WAS RUNNING AND DID FURTHER TESTS, TO DISCOVER THAT THE MOTOR MOUNTS ARE BROKEN AND IN NEED OF REPAIR, WHICH CAUSED THE PROBLEM THAT I PAID NEARLY $600 TO FIX. PROJECTED COST: AN ADDITIONAL $900. THAT'S A TOTAL OF $1500 FOR A FOUR-YEAR-OLD CAR!!! I'VE SEARCHED AND HAVE SEEN NUMEROUS REPORTS OF REPEATED MOTOR MOUNT BREAKS AND PROBLEMS. THE FUEL PUMP MODULE WILL ALSO BE REPLACED ON VEHICLES BUILT FROM AUGUST 1, 2004 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2004. THE DEALER WILL ONLY UPDATE THE SOFTWARE FOR HIS VEHICLE . HE HAS TO PAY FOR THE FUEL PUMP. THE FAILURE MILEAGE 80,000.

EACH TIME THEY TELL ME THAT THE TECHTEST DRIVES THE CAR AND DOESN'T FEEL IT. JUNE 2010 MY HUSBAND TEST DROVE WITH THE TECH AND IT HAPPENED 7 TIMES AND THE TECH STATES THAT "NO THAT SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING". THE TECH DID A SOME TYPE OF SOFTWARE UPDATE. IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AT THIS TIME AT 33,000 MILES. WE WERE TOLD BY THE TECHNICIAN THAT IT WAS "DEFECTIVE." YET, THERE WAS NO RECALL ISSUED FOR THE VEHICLES AFFECTED BY THIS. FAST FORWARD TWO YEARS, MY CAR HAS OVER 50K MILES, IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY, AND THE SAME SENSOR HAS GONE OFF. NOW, IT IS A 316.00 JOB. THE PART ONLY COSTS 48.99 THROUGH PEP BOYS, SO THE DEALERSHIP (JONES JUNCTION IN BEL AIR, MD) IS ROBBING ME FOR 268.00 IN LABOR ON A SERVICE THAT TAKES ALL OF 15 MINUTES TO TAKE THE WHEEL ON AND OFF. ALSO, THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE, BRAKES, WHEEL SENSORS, A CLOGGED THROTTLE BODY AND FOR THE PAST 18 MONTHS THERE HAS BEEN A POPPING SOUND COMING FROM THE LEFT SIDE OF THE STEERING COMPONENTS. THE DEALERSHIP MADE REPAIRS THREE TIMES, BUT THE POPPING SOUND EVENTUALLY CAME BACK. THE DRIVE SHAFT WAS REPLACED THREE TIME AND THE RACK AND PINION WAS REPLACED THREE TIMES. *JB
