WHILE RETRACTING THE CONVERTIBLE TOP, THE TOP RETRACTED INTO THE TRUNK AS USUAL, THE TRUNK LID REMAINED UPRIGHT AND WOULD NOT GO DOWN. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE CONVERTIBLE TOP SWITCH AND THE CAR COULD NOT BE DRIVEN. *TR
LTR RE REPAIRING DEFECTIVE PARTS IN THEIR VEHICLE, UNABLE TO GET ANY COOPERATION FROM DEALERSHIP; SEEKING HELP FROM NHTSA. *KB THE CONSUMER STATED SHE DOESN'T WANT TO DRIVE AROUND WITH RECALLED PARTS ON HER VEHICLE AND THERE WAS ALSO AN ODOR WHICH SMELLED LIKE FIRE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. *JB
