AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION DISENGAGED WHILE DRIVING. DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE OR CORRECT THE PROBLEM. *AK THE SERVICE DEALER MANAGER VERIFIED AND EXPERIENCED THESE CONDITIONS AND WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. TWO DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE, THE VAN SHUTTERED AT LOW SPEED, LOW RPMS IN REVERSE, SLIPPED OUT OF GEAR WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ASCEND IN GRADE, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAD COME ON. OTHER PROBLEMS THAT OCCURRED, WERE AS FOLLOWED: THE BRAKE CALIPERS WERE SQUEALING WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN DUE TO STICKING, THE VEHICLE LEANED TO THE LEFT, AND THE RIGHT SLIDING DOOR DIDN'T OPEN FROM THE INSIDE SWITCH. *SCC *JB
WHILE DRVING STEERING HIGH PRESSURE HOSE MALFUNCTIONED. DEALER NOTIFIED. *AK
THE CONSUMER SHOWED UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SAFETY CAMPAIGN TO REPLACE THE POWER STEERING COOLER HOSES, AND THE DEALER DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS. CONSUMER WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE. KOONS OF TYSONS CORNER (703) 448-7221. *AK
CLOCK SPRING DEFECT IN STEERING COLUMN THAT DISABLED AIRBAG WHEN MAKING TURNS. *AK
FLIMSY SEAT HANDLE DESIGN BROKE OFF WHILE MY 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS HOLDING ON TO IT WHILE MANUEVERING THE AWKWARDLY SMALL SPACE TO GET OUT OF THE REAR SEAT, CAUSING HER TO FALL OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND BE INJURED.*AK
POWER STEERING FAILED INOPERATIVE POWER STEERING AT 21740 MILES WAS REPAIRED AT GOLDSTIEN CHRYSLER AT 43470 POWER STEERING FAILED POWER STEERING RACK WAS DEFECTIVE. *JB
PROBLEMS WITH ENGINE WHEN AIR CONDITIONER OR HEATER WAS OPERATIVE.*MR (NAR) THE CONSUMER NOTICED THAT WHEN THE HEAT OR A/C WERE ON THE ENGINE STRAINED. THE DEALER REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR BUT THAT DID NOT ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM. THE CONSUMER ALSO NOTICED A CLICKING SOUND COMING FORM THE STEERING WHEEL AND THE STEERING WHEEL SEEMED LOOSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE PARTS WERE ORDERED TO MAKE THE REPAIR. PRIOR TO THE REPAIRS BEING MADE THE CONSUMER'S SON LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE DAMAGING THE ENTIRE DRIVER'S SIDE. THE DRIVER INDICATED THAT HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A RIGHT HAND TURN WHEN HE HEARD A POP AND LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE STEERING BOX WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY BUT A FEW MONTHS LATER THE POP NOISE RETURNED. *NM
MY 2002 TOWN & COUNTRY HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 5/6 TIMES FOR REAR ABNORMAL NOISE AND EXCESSIVE STEERING NOISE. *LA
WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED AND AIR CONDITIONER IS ON ENGINE WILL SHUT DOWN. DEALER HAS INSPECTED SEVERAL TIMES/ CHANGED SENSOR/ COMPUTER/ MODULE, AND STILL PROBLEM STILL RECURRING. *AK
BELIEVE RELATED TO PE 03-012; POWER STEERING HOSES FAILED WHILE VAN DRIVING.DEALER REPLACED HOSES AND SAID PART OF RECALL ON HOSES. VEHICLE SAT IN HOT PLUS 90 DEGREE SUN ALL DAY. *AK
I OWN A 2002 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY LIMITED, I FEEL THAT THE DOOR LOCK SYMBOL ON THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER DOORS IS A SECURITY AND SAFETY ISSUE, WHEN YOU LOCK THE DOORS THE BUTTON IS PUSHED DOWN, TO UNLOCK THE DOORS YOU PUSH UP. THE DOOR LOCK SYMBOL ON THE 2002 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY LIMITED IS ABOVE THE BUTTON: IT READS: LOCK, A PERSON WHO COULD BE IN A PERSONAL, SECURITY, AND SAFETY SITUATION, WANTING TO LOCK THE DOOR, AND WAS IN A PANICKY SITUATION AND WANTED TO LOCK THE DOORS WOULD PUSH THE BUTTON UP BECAUSE THE LOCK SYMBOL IS ON THE TOP, BUT INSTEAD THEY ARE UNLOCKING THE DOORS. I ALSO OWN A 2002 DODGE CLASS B VAN/CAMPER, AND THE DOOR LOCK SYMBOL IS BELOW THE BUTTON, SO YOU KNOW WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE DOOR LOCK SYMBOL, AND YOU PUSH THE BUTTON DOWN TOWARDS LOCK, THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. DID CONTACT DAIMLER CHRYSLER IN JUNE 2003, AND ON JUNE 20, 2003, RECEIVED A REPLY FROM AN INDIVIDUAL CALLED GLENN WHO STATED THAT MY THOUGHTS WOULD BE PASSED ALONG TO THEIR VEHICLE SAFETY DEPARTMENT, HE ALSO FORWARDED A REFERENCE # 11372235, TO DATE I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM DAIMLER CHRYSLER I BELIEVE THAT AN INDIVIDUAL BEING IN A SITUATION REQUIRING THEM TO QUICKLY LOCKING THE DOORS, AND BEING IN A CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY QUICKLY LOOKING AT THE DOOR LOCK COULD POSSIBLY PUSH THE BUTTON UP THINKING THE DOORS ARE GOING TO LOCK AS THE SYMBOL FOR LOCK IS ON THE TOP, BUT THE DOORS ARE GOING TO BE UNLOCKED. I FEEL THAT DAIMLERCHRYSLER SHOULD TAKE ACTION AND CHANGE THE SYMBOL FOR THE DOOR LOCK, WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR INVESTIGATING THIS.

2002 CHRYSLER T&C LX MINIVAN NEED NEW ROTORS AFTER ONLY 15,000 MILES! ROTORS ARE WARPED. CHRYSLER SAY NOT COVERED UNDER THIER HIGHLY ADVERTISED 7 YEAR WARRANTY. NOISE STARTED AROUND 10,000 MILE & HAS GOTTEN WORSE. BRAKES WERE SQUEAKY SINCE WE GOT THE VAN IN DEC OF 2001.OUR 1999 T&C MINIVAN NEVER NEEDED BRAKES PADS OR ROTORS. MY 1992 HONDA CIVIC WITH 200,000 MILES HAS NEVER NEED NEW ROTORS.*AK

CONSUMER CONTACTED DEALER REGARDING APPOINTMENT FOR RECALL REMEDY 02V274000. WHILE ON THE PHONE, DEALER ADVISED CONSUMER THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND PERSONAL VEHICLE FILE, AND THEN ASKED IF VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED FROM DEALERSHIP. WHEN CONSUMER ADVISED NO, THE DEALER REPLIED THAT HE WOULD NOT HAVE ANY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE UNTIL 07/24/03. *AK
THE VEHICLES STEERING FLUID LEAKED AND THIS CAUSED STEERING PROBLEMS. *NLM
WHEN THE VEHICLE HIT A BUMP THE 2ND ROW CAPTAINS CHAIR BECAME UNLATCHED FROM THE TRACK AND CAME FORWARD. ON ONE OCCASION THE SEAT WAS OCCUPIED BY A CHILD WHEN THIS OCCURRED AND THE CHILD SUSTAINED MINOR FACIAL INJURIES THE CHILD'S FACE. *JB *NLM
TWICE THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM FAILED WITH COMPLETE FLUID LEAKAGE FROM VEHICLE AND POWER STEERING INOPERABLE. BOTH TIMES DEALER REPAIRED POWER STEERING COOLER LINE HOSES AND CLAMPS. *NLM
THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CONSTANTLY ILLUMINATED, AND EACH TIME THE DEALER TOLD THE CONSUMER THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. *JB
2002 TOWN AND COUNTRY AIR BAG LIGHT ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY. *TS ***NAR*** EACH TIME THE CONSUMER WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY REPLACED A DIFFERENT PART IN THE AIRBAG SYSTEM AND EACH TIME FOR SEVERAL MONTHS EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE AND THEN THE PROBLEM WOULD RESURFACE AGAIN. *JB
AIRBAG LIGHT ON IN DASHBOARD. WAS BLINKING OFF/ON SINCE 30,000 MILES. LIGHT STAYS ON CONTINUOUSLY. TOLD AIRBAGS WON'T WORK IN COLLISION. NOT COVERED BY CHRYSLER OR MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. FIRST TOLD WAS CLOCK SWITCH THEN TOLD WAS COMPUTER AIRBAG MODULE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY FRONT END COLLISIONS. *JB
WHILE DRIVING AT HIGH SPEED STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP DUE TO POWER STEERING RACK CRACKING AND ALLOWING POWER STEERING FLUID TO LEAK OUT. IT HAD TO BE TOWED.
THE SEAT BELT UNFASTENED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION, AND THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF A PROBLEM. *JB
LEFT SIDE POWER SLIDING DOOR STOP FUNCTIONING. *JB
WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH CONSUMER'S SON HEARD A LOUD POPPING SOUND COMING FROM THE STEERING COLUMN. MOMENTS LATER, THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND COLLIDED WITH A GUARD RAIL ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. THE SEAT BELTS WERE WORN, AND THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY HOWEVER, THERE WERE NO INJURIES . BEFORE THE COLLISION THE CONSUMER HEARD TICKING SOUND COMING FROM THE STEERING COLUMN. ALSO, THERE WAS A TSB CONCERNING THIS PROBLEM. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER ONCE BEFORE THE COLLISION AND ONCE AFTER THE COLLISION. VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY THE DEALER, BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED. *AK *MR IN JUNE 2003 THE CONSUMER HAD A PROBLEM WITH A MAJOR DRAW ON THE ENGINE WITH THE HEAT OR A/C RUNNING. THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPRESSOR WAS REPLACED SO THE A/C AND THE HEATER WOULD WORK PROPERLY. THE CONSUMER HAD EXPLAINED TO THE SERVICE DEALER THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE STEERING AND THE MECHANIC SUGGESTED THAT THIS WASN'T A DANGEROUS PROBLEM. (FOLLOWING THIS SERVICE VISIT, THE CONSUMER'S SON EXPERIENCED THE ABOVE ACCIDENT) THE CONSUMER HAD ALSO FOUND THAT THE WARRANTY WORK FOR THE STEERING HADN'T BEEN COMPLETED. RECALL#10010414 *SC
MY NEW TOWN AND COUNTRY (2002) HAS BEEN RUSTING SINCE DAY ONE. IT WAS FINALLY PAINTED SLIGHTLY UNDER WARRANTY AT 28,000M ON TAILGATE WHERE IT WAS BUBBLING. I CONTINUED TO COMPLAIN BUT IT FELL ON DEAF EARS. THE INSIDE OF THE DOORS WERE PHOTOGRAPHED BUT NOTHING DONE. THE UNDERCARRIAGE IS COMPLETELY RUSTED. IT HAS HOLES IN THE BODY ALL AROUND AND BUBBLING IS SEEN EVERYWHERE. IT SHOULD NOT BE DOING THIS PER LOCAL BODY SHOPS AND EVEN DEALER BUT NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING. I AM FURIOUS. CHRYSLER ONLY THANKED ME FOR MY COMMENTS. HAS 68,000 ON IT NOW AND HAS BEEN CARED FOR. HAS NO RESALE VALUE DUE TO ITS CONDITION AND THE OTHER ISSUES YET PAID A MINT.
WE HAD OUR 2002 TOWN AND COUNTRY TO THE DEALER IN JOHNSON CITY TN A FEW YEARS BACK FOR THE SAME COMPLAINT (AIR BAG LIGHT STAYS ON). 2001 AND I THINK 2003 WERE RECALLED FOR THIS PROBLEM BUT NOT 2002. THIS DEALER TOO WANTED US TO FOOT THE BILL A THIRD TIME. SAID NO. DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY WERE NOT TO SELL A VEHICLE WITH THE AIR BAG LIGHT ON. *TR
2 COMPLETE POWER STEERING FAILURES ON APRIL 9 AND ON MARCH 3,2003 AFTER REPEATED REPAIRS FOR POWER STEERING FLUID LEAKAGES FROM NOV 2002-APRIL 2003. *NLM
STEERING WHEEL HAS A VERY LOUD POPPING AND WHINING SOUND EVEN AFTER POWER STEERING HOSES WERE REPLACED IT IS WORSE SINCE HOSES WERE REPLACED. *LA
WHILE DRIVING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, AND A GEAR SHIFT LIGHT ILLUMINATED. WHEN THIS OCCURRED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FAILED TO SHIFT OUT OF SECOND GEAR. DEALERSHIP PERFORMED A DRB TEST, IN WHICH THE FAILURE CODE FOUND WAS A LOW VOLTAGE BATTERY AND LOOSE CABLE. THE CABLE WAS TIGHTENED. THEN, DEALERSHIP TEST DROVE THE VAN. NO OTHER PROBLEM WAS FOUND. THE FAILURE RECURRED WITHIN 2,347 MILES. DEALERSHIP TEST DROVE THE VAN FOR 15 MILES, AND FOUND NO PROBLEMS. ALSO, THE ABS LIGHT CAME ON AND STAYED ON. DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE ABS SENSOR 3 TIMES. *AK *NM

AIR BAG LIGHT BEGAN COMING ON INTERMITTENTLY. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER, THEY REPLACED CLOCK SPRING, LIGHT WAS OUT. LIGHT BEGAN COMING ON INTERMITTENTLY AGAIN. TOOK VEHICLE BACK, WAS CHARGED SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR REPAIRING A WIRE, LIGHT WAS OUT. LIGHT BEGAN COMING ON INTERMITTENTLY AGAIN. TOOK VEHICLE BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT FIX IT. CONTACTED CHRYSLER WITH NO RESPONSE. OVER THE YEARS I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH YOUR OFFICE TO NO AVAIL. CHRYSLER HAS HAD RECALLS FOR THIS MODEL VEHICLE FOR YEARS PRIOR AND YEARS AFTER BUT NOT THIS ONE. WHY DOES NO ONE CARE ABOUT THIS ONE. NOT SURE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, IF SOMEONE STOLE MY AIRBAG OR IF THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT SAFETY?? *TR
THE POWER STEERING FLUID LEAKED FROM THE VEHICLE, WHICH MADE THE VEHICLE DIFFICULT TO TURN.*JB
APROX. 4 MILES INTO MY COMMUTE THE AUTOMATIC SLIDING DOOR ON PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE OPENED AND CLOSED BY ITSELF WHILE DRIVING AT A RATE OF 35MPH. NO WARNING ALARMS HAD GONE OFF TO INDICATE THE DOOR WAS NOT PROPERLY CLOSED.
THE POWER STEERING FAILED, WHICH MADE THE VEHICLE DIFFICULT TO STEER.*JB
POWER PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY AND WILL NOT CLOSE AND LATCH FULLY. ON ORIGINAL COMPLAINT NOVEMBER 1, WE WERE TOLD AN UPDATED CONTROL MODULE WAS IN THE WORKS UPON CHECKING RECENTLY THE OTHER SERVICE WRITER SAID HE KNEW NOTHING OF ANY UPDATE. ON FEBRUARY THE 7 WHILE DRIVING OVER 20 MPH THE POWER SLIDING DOOR BEGAN TO OPERATE AS IF THE DOOR WAS OPENING, THE DOORS WERE LOCKED AT THE TIME. ON FEBRUARY 28, WE TOOK THE VAN IN FOR OIL AN CHANGE, AND REPORTED THE DOOR PROBLEM, THEN THE SERVICE WRITER SAID AN UPDATE TO REPAIR WAS IN THE WORKS. SHE THEN SUGGESTED THAT THE POWER DOORS BE DISCONNECTED FOR NOW UNTIL AN UPDATE IS COMPLETED. THE SERVICE WRITER SAID WE HAVE HAD LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE DOORS OPERATING THIS WAY, THIS DOES SEEM TO BE AN UNSAFE CONDITION AND THE ANSWER FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TO SUGGEST IT BE DISCONNECTED INDICATES IT IS WIDE SPREAD.*JB
ENIGINE NOISE - HIGH PITCHED SQUEALING. DEALER HAS REPLACED THE BELTS, BELT TENSIONER, AIR CONDITIONER PUMP, ALTERNATOR, POWER STEERING PUMP, BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUES. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A YEAR!
THE AUTOMATIC LIFTGATE WOULD OPEN BY ITSELF INTERMITTENTLY FROM A STOP POSITION WHILE DRIVING OR WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS SHIFT INTO DRIVE. VEHICLE IS AT THE DEALER , AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM.*AK
WHILE PARKED ON A FLAT SURFACE VEHICLE SHIFTED INTO DRIVE HITTING RAILROAD CROSSING. DEALER NOTIFIED. TS
WINDSHIELD WASHER SPRAY NOZZLES FROZE DURING LOW TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS CAUSING SERIOUS VISIBILITY PROBLEMS ON HIGHWAY DUE TO SALT SPRAY. EXTRA HEAVY DUTY 'RED' SOLUTION HAD BEEN USED, SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD FOR -30 DEGREES F. IT APPEARS THAT THE POSITION OF THE SPRAY NOZZLES, AND PERHAPS THE POSITION OF THE RESERVOIR TANK DO NO BENEFIT FROM THE HEAT OF THE ENGINE OR DEFROSTERS.
CONSUMER STATES THAT WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED THE AIR BAG LIGHT CAME ON AND THE AIR BAG COULD BE INOPERATIVE IN THE EVENT OF A VEHICLE ACCIDENT. DEALER NOTIFIED. TS *DT
COMPLETE FAILURE OF POWER STEERING SYSTEM. UPON STARTUP OF VEHICLE IN GARAGE, HEARD LOUD BANG. EXITED VEHICLE TO FIND HUGH PUDDLE OF POWER STEERING FLUID POURING FROM VEHICLE. IT WAS UNDRIVABLE. DEALER INSTALLED POWER STEERING LINE AND POWER STEERING COOLER. SINCE THEN, FLUID HAS LEAKED TWICE AGAIN. DEALER HAS REPLACED ANOTHER HOSE, AND SPRING CLAMPS. THEN HEARD "WHIRRING' NOISE. HAD TO RETURN TO DEALER A LAST TIME TO PURGE AIR OUT OF SYSTEM THAT WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY DURING REPAIRS. SO FAR, NO MORE LEAKS, BUT I AM NOT CERTAIN IT IS FIXED FOR GOOD. CURRENTLY WE ARE IN ARBITRATION THROUGH THE NCDS BECAUSE OF THIS AND OTHER REPAIRS REPEATEDLY PERFORMED.*JB
2002 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY IS SUPPOSED TO BE EQUIPPED WITH THE LATCH SYSTEM IN "ALL REAR SEATING POSITIONS". THIS SYSTEM (INCLUDING THE TETHERS) ARE NOT PRESENT ON THE 3-PASSENGER SEAT IN THIS VEHICLE. THE SAME IS TRUE FOR MOST OF THE 2003 TOWN AND COUNTRY VANS IN THE LOT OF MY CAR DEALER.
2002 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY HORN THE HORN ON THE VEHILCLES IS VERY DIFFICULT TO HONK, FOR THE LACK OF A BETTER WORD. TAPPING THE HORN AS A FRIENDLY GESTURE IS OUT OF THE QUESTION - IN FACT IT IS DISCONCERTING IN THAT YOU REALLY HAVE TO PRESS HARD ON IT TO MAKE IT WORK AND WHEN IT FINALLY WORKS, IT IS QUITE A BLAST (BECAUSE OF THE PRESSURE REQUIRED). THE DEALER SAYS THAT THEY ARE ALL THIS WAY (I CAN'T BE SURE OF THAT)AND THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE TENSION OR PART INVOLVED IN THE PROBLEM. NO VEHICLE I HAVE EVER OWNED HAS EVEN REMOTELY EXHIBITED THIS PROBLEM. THE FACT IS THAT IT BECOMES A SAFETY ISSUE BECAUSE ONE HAS TO CONSCIOUSLY THINK ABOUT HOW HARD TO PRESS ON THE HORN TO PRODUCE THE DESIRED RESULTS. VEHICLE WAS IMPACTED ON THE LEFT (DRIVER'S) SIDE MID SECTION BY A VEHICLE TRAVELING AT APPROX. 45 MPH. AS A RESULT OF THE IMPACT, THE RIGHT (PASSENGER'S) SIDE SLIDING DOOR FULLY OPENED. THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL OR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY THE RIGHT HAND SLIDING DOOR. THE DOOR FUNCTIONED PROPERLY AFTER THE CRASH. ALL DOORS WERE LOCKED AT THE TIME OF IMPACT. THE VEHICLE IS EQUIPED WITH ELECTRIC ASSISTED (MOTORIZED) SLIDING DOORS ON BOTH SIDES. IT IS UNKNOWN IF THE DOOR OPENED ELECTRICALLY OR AS A RESULT OF A MECHANICAL LATCHING FAILURE. DT

DEALERSHIP INDICTATED THAT PARTS FOR RECALL IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY WON'T BE AVAILABLE UNTIL DECEMBER 12. TS
THE VEHICLE, ABOVE, BOUNCED AROUND ON THE ROAD AND WAS NOISY. SINCE WE ARE BOTH RETIRED AND DRIVE ABOUT 2000 MILES PER MONTH WE FELT UNSAFE SINCE ABOUT 75% OF OUR MILES ARE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS ON THE INTERSTATE ROADS. WE FEARED A LACK OF CONTROL WITH A POSSIBLITY OF A CRASH. THE DEALER REAIRED BUT CHRYSLER WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THE COST OF $726 TO REPAIR. WE EXPERIENCED THIS REACTION ON THE 2001 CHRYSLER AFTER TWO YEARS BECAUSE WE DRIVE MORE THAN DOUBLE THE AVERAGE DRIVER. IT WOULD SEEM TO US THAT THERE ARE SOME POTENTIAL ACCIDENTS WAITING TO HAPPEN WHEN THE AVERAGE DRIVER REACHES THEIR FOURTH YEAR OR 52000 MILES. FEEL THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THE FAILURE OF FRONT END STRUTS AND SWAY BARS FOR A TWO YEAR OLD VEHICLE WITH 53000 MILES. DT
