FLOOR HEATING ISSUE. WARM ON THE DRIVERS SIDE, COLD ON THE PASSENGER SIDE IN THE WINTER. THE OPPOSITE IN THE SUMMER. ALWAYS WHILE DRIVING. SUMMER WITH WINDOWS DOWN HEAT IS DRAWN OUT ON THE DRIVERS FEET. WINTER WITH THE HEAT ON DRIVING HIGHWAY, COLD AIR RUSHES IN THE PASSENGER SIDE FLOOR.
CAR HAS BEEN RANDOMLY STALLING FOR NO REASON. AFTER SITTING A FEW MINUTES THE CAR WILL RESTART AND DRIVE OK UNTIL IT HAPPENS AGAIN. THE HORN RANDOMLY WORKS AND SOMETIMES GOES OFF BY ITSELF. IT WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD IT WAS THE TIPM CAUSING THE HORN ISSUE BUT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHY IT IS STALLING. POSSIBLY COULD BE THE TIPM AS WELL.
LOST CONTROL OF THE CAR REAR OF CAR HIT A GUARD RAIL SPUN AROUND A COUPLE TIMES AND FRONT OF CAR HIT AN EMBANKMENT CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE LEFT REAR OF THE CAR AND TRUNK LID AND FULL FRONTAL DAMAGE INCLUDING BENDING THE FRAME HOWEVER THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY
HEAT AND DEFROSTER ON PASSENGER SIDE STOPPED WORKING.WITH NO DEFROSTER THE PASSENGER SIDE WINDSHIELD FOGS UP. CAUSES THIS PROBLEM WHEATHER YOU ARE MOVING OR STATIONARY.
THE GEAR SHIFT IS STUCK AND WILL NOT MOVE FROM PARK. SHIFT STUCK IN PARK. THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE HEADLAMPS ILLUMINATED INDEPENDENTLY AND ALL THE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THERE WAS A BURNING ODOR INSIDE. THE VEHICLE WAS UNABLE TO RESTART AND WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STARTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED LATER THAT DAY. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BACK TO THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND WAS REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. THE FAILURE RECURRED DAYS LATER. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO MOTOR MILE DODGE (2395 ROANOKE ST, CHRISTIANSBURG, VA 24073) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TPMS NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE DEALER ALSO STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INLCUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 08V152000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 188,500. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
LOUD NOISE OR TICKING BURNING SMOKING BLOW OUT ON BRIDGE MONTHS PRIOR HAD TO MANUALLY SHIFT MY CAR INTO ITS GRINDING GEARS
THROTTLE BODY CONTROL----CAR WILL JERK AND BEGIN TO LOSE POWER WHILE DRIVING. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE OVER 30 MPH. WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, YOU WILL BE STRANDED ON SIDE OF THE ROAD.
I'VE ALREADY HAD TO REPLACE THE POWER CONTROL MODULE (PCM) ONCE JUST A YEAR AND A HALF AGO, AND NOW I HAVE TO REPLACE IT AGAIN AND MY CAR HAS BEEN OUT OF COMMISSION AND SITTING AT A MECHANIC'S REPAIR SHOP FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW AFTER FIXING OTHER THINGS FIRST BEFORE FINALLY DETERMINING IT WAS THE PCM AGAIN. CAR WILL NOT REV ABOVE 2.0 RPM AND IS IN "LIMP MODE" WITH THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT ALONG WITH THE LIGHTNING BOLT SYMBOL PRESENT ON THE DASHBOARD.
TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM INDICATOR LIGHT CAME ON. EVERY SINCE I HAVE BEEN HAVING VARIOUS PROBLEM WITH THIS CAR. SUCH AS ENGINE ROUGH IDLING/STALLING, TRANSMISSION ISSUES, TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR DON'T WORK, ENGINE WON'T START/DEAD BATTERY. JUST A LOT OF UNUSUAL PROBLEMS. I BE DRIVING THE VEHICLE CITY OR HIGHWAY. DON'T MATTER WHETHER I AM DRIVING STRAIGHT OR TURNING. THIS VEHICLE WILL STALL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. YET STALL RIGHT BACK UP. ALL STARTED AFTER THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING LIGHT CAME ON. I BELIEVE IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE TIRE MONITOR SYSTEM. I HAVE BEEN TAKEN CHANCES, HOPING THAT IT WILL GO AWAY LIKE IT STARTED. MY REPAIR SERVICE CAN'T FINE THE PROBLEM AND SAID TO CHECK FOR RECALLS. THESE UNSAFE CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR A WHILE. HELP NEEDED
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE ABS WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE SPEEDOMETER AND OTHER INSTRUMENT PANEL GAUGES FLICKERED ON AND OFF AND THE SPEED WOULD SUDDENLY DECELERATE. AFTER TURNING THE ENGINE OFF, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT IMMEDIATELY RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY WERE FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE PARTS WERE REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GREEN DODGE IN SPRINGFIELD, IL WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE PCM WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 134,300.
CAR SHUTS OFF WHEN PUT IN DRIVE, IF NOT IT WILL JERK REALLY HARD AND SHUT OFF . IT'S AS IF THE TRANSMISSION LOCKS UP AND IT CUTS THE CAR OFF. ALMOST CAUSE AND ACCIDENT A COUPLE OF TIMES . I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THE CAR
HAVE BEEN HAVING MANY ISSUES WITH WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOP WORKING ALL OF A SUDDEN AND SOMETIMES DO NOT WORK FOR DAYS. WITH NO WARNING WINDSHIELD WIPERS WILL STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINDSHIELD AND STUTTER. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ROTATE WIPER SWITCH THEY MAY MOVE A LITTLE AND IF YOU TURN THEM OFF THEY WILL CONTINUE TO STUTTER ACROSS WINDSHIELD. SOMETIMES THEY WORK NORMAL. I HAVE BEEN DOING A LOT OF RESEARCH AND THIS ISSUE IS ALL OVER THE INTERNET. CHRYSLER APPARENTLY REFUSES TO ADMIT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH A FAULTY TIPM. TODAY I EXPERIENCED A TOTAL POWER FAILURE WHILE DRIVING. EVERYTHING STOPPED WORKING WHILE DRIVING....NO WIPERS, TURN SIGNALS, HEADLIGHTS, BRAKE LIGHTS, INSTRUMENT PANEL. PULLED INTO A PARKING LOT AFTER ALMOST GETTING REAR ENDED WHILE TURNING. TURNED CAR OFF RESTARTED A FEW TIMES AND THEN EVERYTHING STARTED WORKING EXCEPT WIPERS. SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET KILLED IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT ADDRESSED!!
MY AIRBAG LIGHT CONSTANTLY TURNING ON AND OFF WHEN I TURN LEFT OR RIGHT MY CAR NEVER BEEN WRECKED BEFORE
GOT AN ALIGNMENT AND NOW IT'S SHAKING AND PULLING TO THE RIGHT. BRAKE LIGHTS AND BLINKERS WON'T TURN ON. AND ALL FUSES HAVE BEEN REPLACED
'TAMARA RECALL' MY CAR HAS ALWAYS JUST SHUT OFF AT TIMES WHEN I WOULD COME TO A STOP MY PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG STOPPED WORKING. IT'S NOW GOT A FUEL PUMP PROBLEMS WITH A BURNT SENSOR
STARTED CAR AT HOME AND HEARD POP AND SAW SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER HOOD AND WHEN OPENED HOOD SHOCK TOWER COVER WAS ON FIRE
DRIVERS SEATBELT DOESN'T STAY LOCKED. IT COMES UNDONE. DRIVER'S SEAT DOEST MOVE UP OR DOWN ANYMORE AND TIRE SENSOR NEVER GOES OFF. EVEN AFTER NEW TIRES PUT ON.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED WITHOUT WARNING AND THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND THE DIAGNOSTIC CODE READER INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM MALFUNCTION, LOOSE FUEL CAP, AND THE BATTERY INPUT VOLTAGE WAS LOW. THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF THE TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTION AND THE LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT SPOKE TO JENKINS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP (2561 US-27, LAFAYETTE, GA 30728) WHO STATED THAT LABOR WOULD COST $85 PER HOUR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO RETRIEVE A FAULT CODE OR REPRODUCE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT CURRENTLY THE VEHICLE WAS INOPERABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT EXHAUSTIVE RESEARCH CONCLUDED THAT THE TIPM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 08V152000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 162,000.
AIR BAG LIGHT COMING ON AND OFF INTERMITTENTLY. AFTER LOOKING ONLINE MY CAR ALSO HAS THE SAME AIR BAG LIGHT PROBLEM THAT HAVE BEEN LISTED NUMEROUS TIME (BUT FOR SOME ODD REASON MY VIN ISN'T ONE OF THE RECALLED CARS) ONLINE. WHILE DRIVING THE CAR THE AIR BAG LIGHT WILL COME ON AND GO OFF CONTINUOUSLY. READING AROUND I HAVE FOUND THAT THE PROBLEM LIES WITHIN THE SEAT TRACK SENSOR. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ON ALL CARS AND NOT JUST THE ONES CHRYSLER DEEMS TO WANT TO FIX. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE AND COULD LEAD TO SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS. THE NHTSA NEEDS TO MAKE THEM DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX ALL THE CARS, NOT THE SELECT FEW THEY (CHRYSLER) DEEM TO MIGHT BE HAVING PROBLEMS.
CAME HOME FROM WORK ONE DAY PARKED CAR AND WHEN CAME OUT LATER THAT DAY TO LEAVE MY CAR WOULDNT SHIFT OUT OF PARK. NOW HAVE TO PUSH A PINK BUTTON IN DOWN BY LEFT SIDE OF SHIFTER TO RELEASE IT TO SHIFT. I FEEL THIS IS DANGEROUS BECAUSE IF BUMPED WRONG ACCIDENT MAT OCCUR IF IT LOCKS UP

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,000.
WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHILE DRIVING IN THE RAIN. HAD THE WIPER MOTOR AND SWITCH REPLACED AND THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. WIPERS WILL STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINDSHIELD AND INCH UP AND DOWN BUT NEVER GOING BACK TO ORIGINAL POSITION. I HAVE TO PHYSICALLY PUSH THE WIPERS BACK DOWN EACH TIME. ALSO, HEADLIGHT FLICKER. VEHICLE HAS ALSO STARTED BY ITSELF WITHOUT THE KEY OR REMOTE STARTER FUNCTION. THIS ALL POINTS TO THE TIPM SINCE IT CONTROLS ALL OF THESE FUNCTIONS.
SPRING BROKE , CAR STUCK IN PARK...
RUNNING RICH AND CODE P2004 HAS TO DO WITH INTAKE BEING STUCK OPEN.
WE HAVE BEEN HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH OUR CAR LATELY. FIRST PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH OUR ALARM SYSTEM. THE ALARM HAS GONE OFF ON US BOTH WHEN THE CAR IS OFF AND WHEN THE CAR IS ON. THE HORN STARTS AND WON'T GO OFF UNTIL AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES NO MATTER WHAT WE DO. WE HAVE TRY TURNING IT OF WITH OUR KEY ALARM, TURNING THE CAR ON AND OFF, UNLOCKING THE DOORS BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. YESTERDAY WE WERE DRIVING OUR CAR AND THE CAR STALL AND WE WERE LUCKING TO BE ABLE TO PULL TO THE SIDE SAFETLY SINCE WE WERE COMING TO A STOP. AFTER A COUPLE ATTEMPTS, WE GOT THE CAR BACK ON AND RUNNING. I HAVE SEARCH THIS PROBLEM AND I FOUND THAT IT COULD BE THE TPMS. AS TO WHAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE CAR LATELY, WE ARE ALMOST SURE IT IS THIS. WE CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS RECALL WAS PERFORM BACK IN APRIL OF 2008 AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THE CAR IS GOING THROUGH NOW AND WILL NOT REPLACE THE PART FOR US AGAIN. CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THE DEALERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO SWITCH THIS PART FOR US AGAIN SINCE OUR CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE OR IF WE WOULD HAVE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
WHEN FILLING THE TANK ALL THE WAY TO FULL FROM EMPTY GAS PUMP WILL SHUT OFF AND YOU WILL HEAR THE "CLICK" NOZZLE IS STILL IN FUEL HOLE AND FUEL SPRAYS EVERYWHERE. RUNS DOWN VEHICLE ONTO BRAKE SYSTEM. HUGE SAFETY CONCERN. VEHICLE WAS OFF AND PARKED.
WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK INTERMITTENTLY, WHEN THE SWITCH IS ON THEY WILL TURN OFF AND ON BY THEMSELVES. FAST TO SLOW AND SLOW TO FAST. CAUSES VERY DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS IN ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THIS HAPPENS WHEN CAR IS MOVING, OBVIOUSLY IN RAINY CONDITIONS. MOST RECENT ACCURATE 2-20-17 HIGHWAY AND CITY STREETS.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 145,428.
DRIVERS SIDE DOOR WON'T CLOSE. THERE WAS A RECALL ON OTHER AVENGERS FOR THIS SAME ISSUE BUT NOT FOR MY CAR ITSELF. HAD TO DRIVE TWO HOURS BACK HOME WITH THE DOOR TIED SHUT. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND SHOULD BE CHECKED INTO FOR OTHER AVENGERS, MAYBE EXPAND THE RECALL? CAR WAS PARKED WHEN THIS HAPPENED.
OUR 2008 DODGE AVENGER SPEWS FUEL OUT OF THE FUEL PORT WHILE FUELING AT ANY GAS STATION EVERY TIME WE PUT FUEL IN THE CAR. OUR DODGE 2008 DODGE NITRO HAD A RECALL FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND WAS REPAIRED, WHY ISN'T THERE ONE FOR THE AVENGER?
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 15 MPH, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE AND THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SUB FRAME WAS CORRODED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
THE FIRST PROBLEM WAS THE HORN RANDOMLY HONKING WHICH PROGRESSIVELY GOT WORSE TO THE POINT IT WAS BLARING AND WOULD NOT STOP WHEN THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF. WE HAD THE HORN HARD WIRED BYPASSING THE T.I.P.M. RANDOMLY THE THROTTLE IS UNRESPONSIVE AND THEN THE CAR SHUTS DOWN AND SOMETIMES WILL NOT RESTART FOR A WHILE. WE REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP AND THIS DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
'TAKATA RECALL" I WAS LEAVING THE HOSPITAL ON JANUARY 1, 2017, I PUT THE VEHICLE IN REVERSE AND AS I SHIFTED TO DRIVE IT WAS NOTICEABLY SHIFTING ROUGH (NOT THE GEAR, THE SHIFT STICK)I WAS PROCEEDING TO PAY FOR PARKING AND A LADY WAS WAITING BEHIND ME FRUSTRATED. I MADE IT HOME WITH THE VEHICLE. I WAS UNABLE TO START IT AGAIN. I NOTICED ALSO THAT THE SHIFTER SAYS THE VEHICLE IS IN PARK AND THE DASH READS THE VEHICLE IS IN REVERSE. *TR
I WAS DRIVING AND AIRBAG LIGHT KEPT COMING ON AND GOING OFF. EVEN AFTER I TURNED MY CAR OFF AND BACK ON IT DID THE SAME THING.
BRAKES : I NEED TO REPLACE BRAKE PADS EVERY 3 MONTHS. (I RUN OVER 1600 MILES MONTHLY) A/C : THE PASSENGER SIDE BLOWS FREEZING COLD AIR AND THE DRIVERS SIDE BLOWS HOT. SUSPENSION : THE REAR KNUCKLE BUSHINGS FAILS TOO MUCH.
ETC FAILURE ( ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL ) APPROX. 100,00O ON VEHICLE, HIGHWAY GOING STEADY 65MPH AND LIGHT CAME ON NEAR TOTAL POWER FAILURE. RESTARTED VEHICLE SEEMED TO CLEAR ITSELF. TOOK TO DODGE MECHANIC THE COMPUTER SAYS IT DID NOT HAPPEN.. REPLACED THE (ETC) AND CAR IS STILL NOT OPERATING CORRECTLY..I HAVE ZERO FAITH THAT THE CAR IS SAFE. RESEARCHED THIS ETC ISSUE WHICH SEEMS TO BE WIDESPREAD.
WHILE DRIVING A LIGHTNING BOLT IN PARENTHESES SYMBOL POPPED UP ON THE DASH. CAR BEGAN IDLING AND WOULD NOT EXCEED 10 MILES PER HOUR. THEN THE RADIO TURNED OFF AND LIGHTS BEGAN TO DIM. SO I PARKED THE CAR AND TURNED IT OFF. THE CAR WOULD NOT START BACK UP. I GOT IT TOWED TO A LOCAL SHOP FOR A DIAGNOSTIC AND WAS TOLD IT WAS THE BATTERY. SO I GOT IT REPLACED, THAT SAME DAY ABOUT 6 HOURS LATER, THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. THANK GOD WE WERE NOT ON THE HIGHWAY. I RESEARCHED THE SYMBOL AND A LOT OF RELATED STORIES WERE DISCUSSED. I BELIEVE THERE IS SOME NEED FOR A RECALL BECAUSE OTHERS WEREN'T AS FORTUNATE AS US. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION BECAUSE LIVES ARE AT STAKE. THANK YOU

HEATER BLOWS WARM AIR ON DRIVERS SIDE AND VERY COLD AIR ON PASSENGER SIDE
I WAS DRIVING DOWN 480 HIGHWAY MY CAR STARTED SMOKING AND SHUT OFF I HAD IT TOWED MY COMPUTER MOTHERBOARD CAUGHT FIRE! THANK GOD IT DIDN'T CAUSE ME TO WRECK AND GET KILLED
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE RPMS INCREASED RAPIDLY WITHOUT WARNING. WHILE THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED INDEPENDENTLY. THE CONTACT USED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF PRESSURE TO DEPRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL AND WAS ABLE TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. RAIRDONS JEEP CHRYSLER DODGE IN BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 92,000.
I WAS ON HIGHWAY I-80 AND THE HORN STARTED GOING OFF ON ITS OWN. ENGINE STARTED TO LOSE POWER BUT THANKFULLY IT KEPT GOING AND I MADE IT HOME. WENT TO AUTO SHOP AND THEY DISCONNECTED BOTH HORNS. A WEEK LATER, AFTER I STOPPED, TURNED THE ENGINE OFF AND TRIED TO RESTART IT, THE ENGINE WOULD NOT START. HAD THE BATTERY JUMPED AND THE CAR STARTED. A WEEK LATER THE ENGINE SHUT OFF AGAIN WHILE DRIVING. STOPPED AT RED LIGHT ON VERY BUSY STREET AND THE ENGINE JUST SHUT DOWN. HAD VEHICLE TOWED TO MECHANIC. IT STARTED. MECHANIC COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. TESTED THE BATTERY AND IT WAS GOOD. DROVE CAR HOME. 4 DAYS LATER CAR WOULD NOT START AGAIN. WAITED 15 MINUTES AND ENGINE STARTED. I AM TERRIFIED TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE! I DON'T KNOW WHEN THE VEHICLE WILL STOP. THIS VEHICLE IS HAZARDOUS AND COULD CAUSE A FATAL ACCIDENT!!!
