THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 139,109.
I AM HAVING SAME ISSUES AS EVERYONE ELSE. I RECENTLY STARTED HAVING ISSUES WHERE MY AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION IS STICKING IN GEAR AND DOESN'T SHIFT LIKE IT NEEDS TO. I ALSO, HAVE TO EITHER PULL OVER AND SHUT THE CAR OFF OR SHIFT IT INTO MANUAL TRANSMISSION. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM THE MANUFACTURE NEEDS TO DEAL WITH.

THE CONTACT REMOVED HIS FOOT FROM THE ACCELERATOR BUT THE VEHICLE MAINTAINED THE CURRENT SPEED DESPITE WITHOUT DECELERATING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 20,000.

THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD INTERMITTENTLY HESITATE FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO TO THREE SECONDS WHEN PRESSURE WAS APPLIED TO THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO CURRENT REPAIR FOR THE FAILURE, BUT THEY WERE AWARE THAT THE FAILURE WAS COMMON. THE FAILURE HAD OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY FOR THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
