THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS DO NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH LIGHT FOR SAFE DRIVING AT NIGHT. THE VEHICLE IS NOT USABLE AT NIGHT WITHOUT OPERATING THE HIGH BEAMS. A STATE POLICE OFFICER CHECKED THE LIGHTS AND COMMENTED THEY WERE THE WORST HE HAS SEEN. THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED!
