Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)REGARDING THE REAR BACK UP CAMERA, THE CAMERA IS A VITAL TOOL FOR US, THE VEHICLE WAS LITERALLY ONE MONTH OUT OF MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AND IT WENT OUT. THEN WE WENT TO OUR LOCAL DEALERSHIP FOR A SERVICE AND ASKED THE SERVICE WRITER IF THEY COULD REPAIR THE CAMERA UNDER WARRANTY AND WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING IN THE COMPUTER HE QUICKLY RESPONDED THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET, IS THE CAMERA NOT A SAFETY DEVICE? I REALLY WISH DEALERSHIPS WOULD STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
THE FRONT HEADLIGHT WENT OUT AND I TRIED TO REPLACE IT. APPARENTLY THERE IS A SENSOR THAT IS MALFUNCTIONING AND IT HAS TO BE ORDERED. IM SCARED TO DRIVE AT NIGHT BECAUSE VISIBILITY IS LIMITED. THE PART HAS BEEN ORDERED BUT I WAS TOLD ITS ON BACK ORDER AT THE DEALERSHIP. ID LIKE THIS FIXED ASAP BECAUSE I ALSO WOULD NOT LIKE TO GET A TICKET FOR DRIVING WITH A HEADLIGHT THAT IS OUT.
THE HEADLIGHT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE KEEPS GOING ON AND OFF THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE IT HAS BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP BUT COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG SOMETHING IS WRONG HEADLIGHTS DON'T GO ON AND OFF GOING DOWN THE STREET FOR NO REASON
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
