Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)CONSUMER STATED THAT HE PURCHASED A 2004 GRAND DODGE CARAVAN AND IT VIBRATED WHILE DRIVING. HE STATED IT VIBRATED AS IF THE TIRES WERE UNBALANCED. THE CONSUMER STATED THE DEALER HAD REMOVED ALL THE TIRES AND HAD REBALANCED THEM, BUT IT DID NOT HELP. HE ALSO STATED THAT A CHRYSLER ENGINEER WAS CALLED IN AND HE WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. HE ALSO STATED HE CALLED THE CHRYSLER MANUFACTURER AND THEY TOLD HIM THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING AS DESIGNED. THE CONSUMER BELIEVED THERE WAS A PROBLEM, BECAUSE NO VEHICLE SHOULD VIBRATE WHILE DRIVING. *JB
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
