I HAD A MINOR COLLISION WHERE A CAR BACKED INTO ME AS I WAS DRIVING FORWARD AT A SLOW RATE OF SPEED. MINOR BODY DAMAGE TO BOTH CARS. HOWEVER, ALL OF MY FRONT AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. INSURANCE, THE ESTIMATOR, EVERYONE, IS SHOCKED THEY ALL DEPLOYED, OR THAT ANY DEPLOYED CONSIDERING HOW MINOR THE COLLISION WAS. MY VAN, UNBEKNOWNST TO ME, HAD A KNEE AIRBAG. THE KNEE AIR BAG EXPLODED AGAINST MY SHINS, CAUSING EXTENSIVE BRUISING, CUTS, AND GOUGES WHERE THE COVER AND CASING SHOT OUT ONTO MY LEGS LIKE SHRAPNEL. IT FELT LIKE A BOMB OF SHARP GLASS WENT OFF AGAINST MY SHINS AND KNEES, THERE WAS BLOOD ALL OVER THE PLACE. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE. ONCE THE CONTACT REACHED HER DESTINATION AND PARKED, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. ALSO, WHEN THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO SHIFT INTO REVERSE, BUT THE VEHICLE DID NOT MOVE. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO MOVE AND WAS DRIVEN TO CHRYSLER CORNER (406 E PANCAKE BLVD, LIBERAL, KS 671-901) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED. A FORMAL DIAGNOSTIC TEST WAS NOT RENDERED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Caravan. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the back over prevention camera flickered on and off. Additionally, the check engine warning light remained illuminated. The contact stated that after shifting the vehicle into park and turning the ignition to the off position, the engine and electrical functions remained in operation. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer to be diagnosed however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who was able diagnosed the failure as TIPM had dropped the signal causing the electrical failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximate mileage 99,000.
ON THIS 2015, FLORIDA BASED, DODGE GRAND CARAVAN WITH 58,640 MILES, THE PASSENGER SIDE ACTIVE HEAD RESTRAINT DEPLOYED WITH THE CAR PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY AND NO ONE IN IT. IT COULD NOT BE RESET AS THE THIN PLASTIC BRACKET THAT HELD A METAL RESTRAINING BAR IN PLACE DISINTEGRATED UNDER THE PRESSURE OF THE DEPLOYMENT SPRING AND RELEASED. IN FACT IT APPEARED THAT MULTIPLE PLASTIC PARTS HAD BROKEN. CHECKING THE INTERNET, THIS APPEARS TO HAVE HAPPENED IN HUNDREDS OF OTHER VEHICLES IN MULTIPLE MODELS AND MODEL YEARS AND DODGE/CHRYSLER HAS MADE NO ATTEMPT TO FIX THE PROBLEM OR WARN THE OWNERS. THERE ARE ALSO AT LEAST TWO SEPARATE LAW FIRMS PURSUING CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS REGARDING THIS. THERE ALSO APPEAR TO BE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS ON THIS SITE. IF THIS HAPPENED ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION, AN ACCIDENT COULD HAVE RESULTED. THE DODGE DEALER SAID THEY HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO FIX THIS AND THAT REPLACING EACH HEAD RESTRAINT WOULD COST CLOSE TO $900. THEY ALSO COULD NOT SAY THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEAD RESTRAINT WOULDN'T ALSO DEPLOY UNEXPECTEDLY. ONE WONDERS IF THERE HAVEN'T ALREADY BEEN SIGNIFICANT OR EVEN FATAL ACCIDENTS RELATED TO THIS. GETTING HIT BY THE HEADREST WOULD CAUSE INJURY ALONE THIS APPEARS POORLY DESIGNED. THE IDEA OF PUTTING A THIN PLASTIC BRACKET UNDER CONSTANT STRONG SPRING PRESSURE FOR YEARS IS JUST ASKING FOR TROUBLE, ESPECIALLY FOR VEHICLES IN FLORIDA WHERE TEMPERATURES IN PARKED VEHICLES CAN REMAIN WELL OVER 120 ALL DAY. HOW CAN THIN PLASTIC BE EXPECTED TO TAKE THIS FOR THE LIFE OF THE VEHICLE? THESE PARTS SHOULD BE METAL. I PUSHED THE DEPLOYED HEADREST BACK TOGETHER AND SECURED IT WITH TWO CABLE ZIP TIES. AS DODGE CAN'T TELL ME IF THE OTHER HEADREST WON'T ALSO DEPLOY, I HAVE ALSO SECURED IT WITH CABLE ZIP TIES TO GUARD AGAINST ITS UNEXPECTED DEPLOYMENT. WHERE IS THE NHTSA IN ALL THIS? AT LEAST CHANGE THE DESIGN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE DRIVER'S SEAT HEADREST COMPLETELY DETACHED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT HEARD A POP SOUND AS THE HEADREST DETACHED, WHICH CAUSED THE DRIVER'S HEAD TO PROPEL FORWARD AND ALMOST STRIKE THE STEERING WHEEL. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.
THE HEADREST DEPLOYED WHILE PARKED AND UNOCCUPIED. THE PLASTIC RETENTION LOOPS SNAPPED AND BROKE.
SLIDING DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR, BUZZING SOUND WHEN UNLOCK ALL DOORS. CAN'T MOVE THE LOCK BY HAND IT GETS STUCK
THE PASSENGER SEAT HEADREST DEPLOYED WHILE THE CAR WAS SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY SOMETIME BETWEEN SUNDAY EVENING (5/26) AND TUESDAY AFTERNOON (5/28). THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN INVOLVED IN ANY ACCIDENTS PRIOR TO OR DURING THIS TIME FRAME. MY HUSBAND AND I HAD DRIVEN OUR 2015 DODGE CARAVAN ON SUNDAY. I WAS IN THE PASSENGER SEAT. I AM 8 MONTHS PREGNANT. ON MONDAY, WE DID NOT DRIVE THE VAN. ON TUESDAY AROUND 12 NOON, WITH THE CAR STILL IN THE DRIVEWAY, I NOTICED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST HAD BASICALLY EXPLODED. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I HAD BOUGHT THE VAN (A CHEVY DEALERSHIP THAT HAD RECEIVED IT IN A TRADE-IN). THEY HAD NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING AND TOLD ME TO BRING IN THE VAN IMMEDIATELY. THAT AFTERNOON, I (RELUCTANTLY) DROVE THE VAN THE 25 MILES TO THE DEALERSHIP, LEANING FORWARD AS FAR AS I COULD IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT IN CASE IT WERE TO DEPLOY. THE DEALERSHIP CALLED ME TODAY, WEDNESDAY 5/29, TO INFORM ME THAT CHRYSLER REFUSES TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DEFECT, AND WOULD CHARGE NEARLY $900 TO COVER THE NEW HEADREST. CHEVY GENEROUSLY OFFERED TO COVER HALF THE COST SINCE I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER, AND THEY SAW THIS AS A SEVERE SAFETY ISSUE. I DECLINED, NOT WANTING TO SPEND OVER $400 TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PART WITH ANOTHER PART, ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS WOULD NOT EASE MY WORRIES ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE DRIVER'S SIDE. I PLAN TO ZIP TIE THE HEADRESTS WITH MULTIPLE ZIP TIES. THERE'S NO OTHER SOLUTION AT THIS TIME. EVEN IF I WERE TO PAY TO REPLACE THE BROKEN PASSENGER HEADREST, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE AT THIS POINT THAT EITHER HEADREST IS SAFE AND WILL FUNCTION AS INTENDED. I WOULD NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING WITH ONE OF THESE HEADRESTS EVER AGAIN. I WOULD TRADE IN THE VEHICLE, BUT I AM WORRIED THIS WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL HARM SINCE I ONLY JUST ACQUIRED THE VEHICLE IN OCTOBER 2018. ALSO, I WILL BE HAVING A BABY IN 1 MONTH AND HAVE NO MONEY TO SPARE.
MY DAUGHTER ENTERED THE VAN THROUGH THE FRONT SEAT AND CRAWLED THROUGH THE CENTER BACK TO HER SEAT BEHIND THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT. AS SOON AS SHE WAS GETTING INTO HER CAR SEAT THE FRONT PASSENGER HEADREST DEPLOYED. WE WERE PARKED AND IN AN UNSTARTED VEHICLE IN MY DRIVEWAY- NO COLLISION INVOLVED. THANK GOD IT DEPLOYED JUST SECONDS AFTER MY DAUGHTER WAS CLEAR OF IT. THERE WAS NO CONTACT BEING MADE WITH IT. MY HUSBAND TRIED TO REASSEMBLE IT BUT THERE'S A PLASTIC BRACKET THAT IS BROKEN. NOW AFTER LOOKING INTO IT, I SEE THERE IS A LAWSUIT PENDING OVER THIS AND AROUND 100 COMPLAINTS. I AM NERVOUS ABOUT THE DRIVER'S SIDE ONE DEPLOYING WHILE DRIVING. THIS IS AN ISSUE!!!
LEFT SLIDING DOOR IS STUCK. IT WONT UNLOCK FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE TRYED TO DO IT MANUALLY AND STI DOES NOT WORK. HAVE TRYED EVERYTHING. THIS IS A VERY CONCERNING ISSUE CAUSE IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OR FIRE WE WILL BE STUCK INSIDE VAN AND WONT BE ABLE TO GET OUT. I HAVE READ ONLINE AND HAVE FOUND THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. DEALER WANTS TO CHARGE $1000 FOR A PROBLEM THAT IS A SAFETY AND DANGEROUS ISSUE AND IT SHOULD. E RECALLED CAUSE IS HAPPENING TO EVERYBODY. HOW CAN I GET HELP ??
WHEN AC IS TURNED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE VENTS BLOW OUT HOT AIR WHILE THE DRIVER SIDE VENTS BLOW OUT COLD AIR. THIS CAR IS ONLY FOUR YEARS OLD AND I DO NOT WANT TO SEND IT TO THE DODGE DEALERSHIP WHERE I AM GUARANTEED TO SPEND WAY TOO MUCH MONEY. THIS SEEMS TO BE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH DODGE AND CHRYSLER CARAVANS WHEN YOU GOOGLE THE ISSUE..
MY DRIVERS SIDE ELECTRONICA DOOR FOR THE MIDDLE SEAT IS STUCK IN A LOCKED POSITION AND WILL NOT OPEN WITH EITHER THE REMOTE CONTROL OR BY HAND. THIS IS VERY CONCERNING BECAUSE OF SAFETY ISSUES WHEN I HAVE PASSENGERS IN THE MIDDLE SEAT. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY? I HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH AND HAVE FOUND THAT THIS IS A VERY COMMON SAFETY ISSUE IN MULTIPLE YEARS OF DODGE GRAND CARAVAN'S. I AM URGING THIS BOARD TO RECALL DODGE GRAND CARAVAN'S WITH SLIDING DOOR ISSUES. PLEASE HELP!!!
DRIVER'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR WILL NOT OPEN MANUALLY, WITH KEY FOB OR OVERHEAD PUSH BUTTON. DOOR REMAINS LOCKED AT ALL TIMES MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR PASSENGERS TO EXIT VEHICLE THOUGH THAT DOOR IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
ON 9-22-2018. MY 2015 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN DRIVERS REAR SLIDING DOOR CLOSED LIKE NORMAL. THEN WHEN I TRYED UNLOCKING AND OPENING THE DOOR WOULD DO ANYTHING THE LOCK MECHANISM ON IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING TRYED MANUALLY UNLOCKING IT WOULDN'T UNLOCK. THE DOOR JUST WILL NOT OPEN...IT WAS STATIONARY IN PARK.
DRIVERS SIDE AIR VENTS BLOW COLD AIR, PASSENGERS SIDE BLOWS OUT VERY HOT AIR, EVERYTHING IN THE GLOVE BOXES GET VERY HOT. 2ND TIME THIS HAS OCCURRED. MY VAN WAS PURCHASED IN MARCH OF 2015 AND IT IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE I'VE READ ABOUT IN NHTSA ID: 16V461000. THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING AND IN GEAR, IT SUDDENLY LOST POWER AND SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS IN NEUTRAL WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY. WE WERE LUCKY TO GET PULLED OVER AND AVOID AN ACCIDENT.

THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE TRANSMISSION ONCE THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. LAKESHORE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT (330 E HOWZE BEACH RD, SLIDELL, LA 70461, (985) 641-9595) WAS CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 96,530. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST DEPLOYED ON ITS OWN.
DRIVER'S SIDE HEADREST DEFECTIVE PLASTIC HOUSING. DID NOT DEPLOY, THE PLASTIC MOLD BROKE. GOOGLE SEARCH REVEALS THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM IN THE CARAVANS/TOWN & COUNTRY MODELS AS FAR BACK AS 2011. THERE ARE SEVERAL YOUTUBE VIDEOS ON HOW TO "FIX" IT. NOT A RESULT OF A CRASH, WE WERE LOADING UP FOR A TRIP, NO ONE WAS EVEN IN THE SEAT, NOR WAS THE VEHICLE ON.
THE VAN WAS PULLED IN TO A DRIVEWAY WITH A SLIGHT TILT, PUT IN PARK, WITH THE KEY REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION, IN PARK. THE PRIMARY DRIVER ALMOST ALWAYS USES THE PARKING BRAKE, AND BELIEVES IT WAS ON AT THIS TIME. THE SLIDING DOOR BEHIND THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR WAS OPENED, SOMETHING TAKEN OUT, AND CLOSED. AT THAT POINT IN TIME, THE VAN STARTED ROLLING BACKWARD, TO THE POINT WHERE IT ACTUALLY IMPACTED THE HOUSE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET. PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN REPRODUCIBLE. TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY PERFORMED BASIC TESTING, COULD NOT REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM, BUT WILL NOT STATE THAT THE CAR IS SAFE AT THIS POINT IN TIME.
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION ISSUE NEEDS REPLACED VEHICLE 4 YEARS OLD AND CYLINDER 2 ENGINE MISFIRE
KUMHO SOLUS KH16 TIRES CAME ON MY NEW 2015 DODGE CARAVAN. ONLY 21000 MILES LATER, 3 OF THE 4 TIRES HAD PIECES OF TREAD CHUCKING OFF. TWO OF THE TIRES APPEAR TO HAVE SPLITTING IN THE RIM AREA AS IF THE CASING IS SEPARATING. I WAS 220 MILES FROM HOME ON CHRISTMAS VACATION WHEN I HAD ALL FOUR TIRES REPLACED. MY EXTENDED FAMILY HAS 2 CARAVANS WITH THE SAME KUMHO TIRES AND ALL SHOW THE SAME ISSUES. THE TIRE DEALER NOTED THE TIRES WERE MANUFACTURED IN 2014 (P225/65 R17 H100, CAB502C, 0261971, 011341SW). AFTER READING OTHER TIRE REVIEWS IT APPEARS THERE ARE MANY SAFETY AND WEAR ISSUES WITH THIS TIRE BRAND. I COULD NOT LOCATE AN AUTHORIZED KUMHO DEALER IN THE AMELIA ISLAND AREA THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS BUT DID NOT CARE AS I WOULD NEVER HAVE THIS BRAND ON ANY CAR I OWNED AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. REALLY, HOW CAN THIS TIRE BE SOLD AT ALL?
ENTERING THE VEHICLE I SAT DOWN IN THE SEAT AND THE DRIVERS HEADREST DEPLOYED HITTING ME IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD. THE CAR WAS NOT RUNNING, THE PASSENGER HEADREST DID NOT DEPLOY. UPON CLOSER EXAMINATION, PART OF THE PLASTIC HEADREST BROKE RELEASING THE PIN THAT IS RETAINED BY A SOLENOID. THE HEADREST CANNOT BE RESET BECAUSE THE PLASTIC THAT RETAINS THE PIN IS BROKEN. THE DEALER SAYS THE HEADREST IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. IS IT NOT PART OF THE SAFETY RESTRAINT SYSTEM? SHOULD IT NOT BE COVERED? A SEARCH OF GOOGLE SHOWS THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST ONE TO BREAK AND U-TUBE EVEN SHOWS HOW TO JURY-RIG A REPAIR. PROBABLY NOT VERY SAFE!
VEHICLE WITH 72,000 MILES. A WEEK PRIOR, THE DRIVER SEAT BELT ALERT LIGHT AND BEEP STARTED TO ALERT. VEHICLE TAKEN TO A LOCAL DODGE DEALER AND WE WERE TOLD THAT VEHICLE NEEDED A NEW SEAT BELT SYSTEM AND THE TOTAL COST WAS $759.00 I ASKED IF THAT FAULTY SEAT BELT SYSTEM WAS TO BE REPLACED UNDER THE WARRANTY SINCE VEHICLE WAS NOT EVEN FIVE YEARS OLD NOR MORE THAN 100K MILES. DEALER EXPLAINED THAT ONLY WARRANTY FOR SEAT BELT MALFUNCTION WAS UNTIL 36K MILES. I SHOULD NOT PAID FOR A FAULTY SEAT BELT AND DODGE SHOULD HAVE COVERED OR CHECK IF A RECALL NEEDS TO BE DONE.
MY VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH HEADREST AIR BAGS. A YEAR AGO MY PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST AIR BAG ENGAGED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN A PARKING LOT AND WE WERE INSIDE A RESTAURANT. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE TO INDICATE IT TO GO OFF. I CONTACTED DODGE AND THE DEALERSHIP AND BOTH TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. FAST FORWARD TO LAST WEEK, I WAS SITTING AT A RED LIGHT WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN MY DRIVER SIDE HEADREST SLAMMED ME IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WHEN IT SPONTANEOUSLY WENT OFF. I HAVE NOW BEEN TRYING TO GET DODGE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT BOTH HEADRESTS ONCE AGAIN, AND I AM NOT BEING CONTACTED BACK. I AM TRYING TO GET THE DEALERSHIP TO HELP AND THEIR COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE SO I HAVE NO IDEA IF I AM EVEN GETTING A RESOLUTION TO THIS. I FEEL THAT THIS ISN'T A RANDOM SITUATION AND FEEL VERY UNSAFE DRIVING MY VEHICLE WITH MYSELF AND CHILDREN IT IT.
VEHICLE PURCHASED IN 2015. MARCH OF 2016, 28648 MILES, VEHICLE BEGAN MAKING VIBRATION/SQUEALING TYPE NOISES UNDER THE HOOD. NOISE ONLY OCCUREED DURING IDLING/IN PARK. FLEXPLATE WAS REPLACED. DECEMBER 2016 UPON STARTING VEHICLE MADE A LOUD SQUEAL/GRINDING SOUND. VEHICLE WAS PUT IN PARK AND TURNED OFF. CONTACTED DODGE AND WAS TOLD TO RESTART. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT COME OUT OF PARK. CAR TOWED AND STARTED ASSEMBLY REPLACED. AUGUST 8,2018, FLEXPLATE IS GOING TO HAVE TO BE REPLACED YET AGAIN AT 107000 MILES. NOISE IS VERY LOUD. HAPPENED WHILE IDLING AT RED LIGHT, AND CONTINUES ANYTIME IDLING/IN PARK. GOES AWAY DURING ACCELERATION.
I LIVE IN ARIZONA AND THE A/C IS ONLY BLOWING COLD OUT OF THE 2 DRIVER VENTS. THE 2 PASSENGER FRONT VENTS AND ALL THE REAR VENTS BLOW HOT AIR. CALLING OUTSIDE MECHANICS FOR A REPAIR ESTIMATE, THEY ARE WELL AWARE OF THIS ISSUE. A SIMPLE INTERNET SEARCH WILL TELL YOU THIS IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM RELATED TO THE AC. THE REPAIR WAS DONE BY CHRYSLER DEALER. I CALLED CHRYSLER THEY MADE A CASE. CHRYSLER IS AWARE THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE THEY DID HELP WITH COSTS.

THIS VAN HAS BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP AT LEST 8 TIMES SINCE NEW. THE THROTTLE RESPONSE IS REALLY BAD. FROM STOP LIGHTS AND IN SLOW MOVING AREAS DRIVING LESS THEN 10MPH IT WILL LOSE ALMOST ALL THROTTLE CONTROL. IT WILL EITHER BE FULL THROTTLE OR NONE. WHEN PASSING SOMETIMES NOTHING WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU PRESS ON THE GAS. I'VE HAD TIMES IN TOWN THAT IT WILL JUST STICK ON FULL THROTTLE AS WELL. ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT ROLLING BACKWARDS OUT OF CONTROL WHEN IN DRIVE WE HAVE TO ALL WAYS HAVE OUR FOOT ON THE BREAKS. THE VAN ONCE ROLLED BACKWARDS DOWN A HILL WITH MY WIFE AND KIDS IN IT. MY INSURANCE PAID FOR THE DAMAGE. MY WIFE HAD IT IN DRIVE AND PRESS THE GAS TO GO UP THE HILL AND THE VAN WOULD NOT ACCELERATE IT JUST ROLLED BACKWARDS AND DAMAGED THE VAN. SHE HAD THE GAS PEDAL TO THE FLOOR AND IT DID NOTHING. I GOT THE VAN BRAND NEW FROM THE DEALERSHIP. THEY TELL ME IT'S NORMAL AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT. IT STILL A PROBLEM AND I'M STUCK WITH IT.

THE VAN IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THE DEALERSHIP COULD NOT TELL US IF RESETING THE HEADREST WOULD BE COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY OR NOT.
