I actually love my Bronco Sport! I had car less than a month when tire developed a slow leak! The Ford dealership said I was going to have to buy a new tire at 268.00! REALLY? They said it was leaking due to Road hazard! I have not hit anything! The tire sidewall looks like it separating! I started doing research on the Tire and found out this tire has major structural issues!on Continental’s own website it gets 2.7 stars! Almost all the bad reviews are related to weak sidewalls! Separating, blowouts, sidewall bubbles! My trouble is that these tires should be discontinued and recalled! From Reading the reviews they are dangerous! My biggest disappointment is that Ford would actually put such poor rated tires on a New Vehicle! I am going to have to Replace all the Tires! Ford blames the tires I blame Ford for putting such crap on a new car! Especially a Bronco Sport! This Tire cannot even handle smooth pavement much less unpaved! Warning! If you are buying a New Ford MAKE sure it does not have this crappy dangerous tire! “Continental ProContact tx”
I’ve owned my 2023 bronco sport for 3-4 weeks and we just had a light rain shower earlier in the morning for the first time in several months. There was no standing water the road was slightly damp. Driving on the interstate if I drove over 45-50 the rear end started sliding or felt like it was about to hydroplane. I was so terrified at one point I was afraid of being hit from behind by traffic going the 70 mph speed limit. I tried to get up to 60-65 but the back end would begin to slip or feel like it was going to slide off the lane. Even the lane assist feature would not keep it straight. Once the Hwy dried, I was able to drive at speed limit without any problems. I called the dealer and they said no complaints had been filed - that I may want to try different tires on it. I looked on the internet and see there have been a lot of issues with the car sliding on wet roads - the traction control is supposed to be engaged when the car is cranked. I did try changing it between all wheel drive and traction control on and off but nothing helped during driving on the slightly damp Hwy.
When I was driving at about 40mph another car cut me off and launched a pebble to my windshield. When I got home I saw a tiny chip in the windshield at mid-height in line with the front seat passenger's sight line. Over the next month or so a crack developed spontaneously and spread across the whole windshield. Replacing the windshield was very expensive!
A screw came out that holds the front passenger seat to the track
Ford Sonic Boom: When starting the 2023 Ford Bronco Sport there was a loud bang/crack sound like an enormous piece of hail fell on the car and the windows were cracking. The car started crackling loudly through the speaker system for about 15 minutes. Car was turned off and everybody exited the vehicle and the crackling continued. Read online that this has happened to other 2023 Ford Broncos and also to the Ford F-150. They have done a software update to hopefully fix the F-150, but they have yet to do one for the 2023 Ford Bronco Sport. This can occur while starting the car or while in the middle of driving. Many have reported having to pull over as driving is impossible with the loud crackling sound coming through the speakers. The sound is so loud it can cause drivers to swerve leading to an accident and injury. Took 2023 Ford Bronco Sport to dealership and was told nothing could be done since the fix was for the Ford F-150 not the Ford Bronco. This issue also hits at random and a cause of timing has not be discovered. They could not replicate the sound at the Ford service center. No code showed on the screen so they said nothing could be done. There were no warnings that the sound was going to occur. At first we thought the airbags went off in the compartments or something had blown up outside. I have heard this occurred while people were driving and luckily I was stopped. I am very concerned if this were to happen while driving as the sound is very shocking. I have also been told if this occurred once then it will happen again.
Fuel pump loose in gas tank. Ocassional smell of fuel in cabin when starting vehicle. RPMs stick at high levels occassionally.
Car abruptly stopped accellerating on the highway, check engine light started blinking, I got over to the side of the road and the car shut down. It had to be towed to a Ford Dealership and they need to replace the entire engine.

The transmission has very rough shifts particularly at low speeds between 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear. It feels like the clutch sometimes does not fully engage, and the vehicle over-revs before finally getting into gear. This causes hesitation and poses a safety danger in particular when making turns like left turns in the city from a stop. I am concerned that even with sufficient space, the vehicle will hesitate to accelerate and I could get into an accident. I have not observed any warning lamps or other messages and the vehicle has not yet been inspected. The issue looks very similar or the same as that in NHTSA ID Number: 10231021. I have noticed this behavior since the first date of ownership for this vehicle which I bought new.
I was in a accident where I was not at fault. I had my car 3 weeks. Brand new, it took on right under 20k in damage. Both airbags deployed. They have had my car in the body shop for 7 months. I paid 34k for the car. They won't offer depreciation. They are making me pay a 7k rental bill. The person who is fixing my car has never worked on a bronco. So I am I'm a situation and I really need some help please. I don't feel my car will be safe to drive after all this
My Ford Bronco Sport windshield cracked without a any sign of impact. The crack on the windshield just appeared overnight just below the area of the rearview mirror. There is no sign of a chip that could have explained how the crack would have started to expand. Maybe a stress crack from the factory? After doing a quick online search it appears that similar issue has happened to other 2023 Ford Bronco Sports.

Our brand new 2023 Ford Bronco Sport was destroyed by a spontaneous under-the-hood fire that occurred within thirty days of delivery and with less than 50 miles on the odometer. An independent examination found this consistent with a fuel injector fire. Ford Motor Company has publicly acknowledged similar problems with the Bronco Sport models and purportedly has recalled and "fixed" all effected vehicles. We notified Ford of this incident, that the production and delivery dates of our Bronco Sport were well AFTER these recalls had been completed, and that the VIN of our Bronco Sport does NOT appear on Ford's recall registry. In the overwhelming interest of public safety, we have urged Ford Motor Company to recover this vehicle and conduct its own investigation. Despite awareness and prior efforts by the Ford Motor Company to identify and correct defects in the design of the Bronco Sport, the catastrophic failure of our vehicle indicates a persistent problem and a significant ongoing consumer safety hazard. Ford Motor Company has not responded to our repeated requests and we are asking the NHTSA to conduct further inquiry.
