My wife was driving home from work and when she went to stop at an intersection, the brakes failed to engage. She stated she pushed the brake to the floor and the car would not stop. We were on the phone when this occurred. She suddenly said she got into an accident as her car would not stop. She also stated that in the morning, the car would not stop as she was backing into her parking spot in the parking garage at work.
