Authorized representative from Pirelli came out this month to dealership regarding issue. No concern for safety whatsoever. Rep. Only offered maybe 25% that’s with purchasing new set of tires and sending my current tires back. Tires are falling apart in chunks.

Pirelli Scorpion All season tires 275/45 R21. Tire completely "blew out" while driving 30 mph on a main road. There was no obvious hissing sound commonly when running over an object. There was an explosive sound and within seconds had a complete flat. The vehicle did get damaged on the inside tire well along with bumper damage/Crack.
