MY FAMILY AND I WERE 25 MILES FROM HOME IN OUR 1999 FORD F-250 WHEN A SPARK PLUG BLEW OUT OF THE HEAD. I HAD THE TRUCK TOWED TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THAT EVEN THOUGH THE TRUCK HAD LESS THAN 75,000 MILES. I HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR. THIS REPAIR COST US OVER $3,000. *JB
JULY 2003 MY ELECTRONIC ODOMETER BLINKS OUT. I HAVE HAD TO TAP THE GLASS TO GE TIT TO COME BACK ON THIS IS USUALLY WHEN 1ST STARTING THE TRUCK. NOW THE ODOMETER WILL BLINK OUT WHILE I AM DRIVING AND THEN TURN BACK ON. I HAVE ON 67,000 MILES. PLUS THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW MOTOR IS MAKING A GRINDING NOISE WHEN THE WINDOW IS GOING UP. ALSO OCTOBER 31 THE GEAR SHIFTER WILL NO DISENGAGE WHILE I AM APPLYING THE BRAKE TO GO FROM PARK TO REVERSE. *AK

THE PAINT AT ALL THE 'HEM' SEAMS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOORS IS FAILING. *AK
3 SPARK PLUGS ON MY 99 F150 HAVE BACKED THEMSELVES OUT, CAUSING IMMEDIATE ENGINE DECOMPRESSION. THE ONLY WAY TO ADEQUATELY REPAIR IS TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE HEAD, A MULTI-DAY, MULTI-DOLLAR TASK. VIEWING AUTO MESSAGE BOARDS SUGGEST I AM NOT ALONE IN THIS EXPERIENCE. APPARENTLY THERE IS SOME DEFECT IN THE TRITON V8 ENGINE DESIGN, ALTHOUGH MY RESEARCH SHOWS FORD HAS NOT ADDRESSED THIS ISSUE. *AK
1999 FORD LIGHTNING THAT HAS A LEAKING INTERCOOLER. JUST RECENTLY BOUGHT VEHICLE USED FROM FORD DEALER IN MARCH 2003. WOULD LIKE RECALL ON INTERCOOLER TO BE RE-OPENED. I DID NOT OWN THE TRUCK AT TIME OF ORIGINAL RECALL,BUT I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE REPAIRED. THEY SOLD ME A PRE-OWNED CERTIFIED VEHICLE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSPECTED FOR THIS.*AK
I BOUGHT THE 99 F-150 USED. I'VE OWNED IT FOR 2 YEARS AND IN THOSE TWO YEARS SPENT OVER 3000 DOLLARS REPAIRING IT. I CANT HANDLE THE THOUGHT OF KEEPING A TRUCK THAT COST SO MUCH IN REPAIRS. AND NOW THE DEALER TELLS ME I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION. THIS IS ONE WEEK AFTER I SPENT OVER 500 REPLACING THE SPARK PLUGS, FUEL FILTER, AND GETTING THE FUEL INJECTORS CLEANED. I HAVE ONLY 58,000 MILES ON THE THING AND WAS TOLD BY THE DEALER THAT THE PLUGS DON'T NEED TO BE TOUCHED FOR 100,000 MILES. WELL IT WAS MISSING AND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. THE TRUCK SLAMS INTO GEAR BETWEEN 1 AND 2, AND NOW THE PROBLEM IS MY TRANSMISSION IS BAD. AT 58,000 MILES? AND I'VE NEVER EVEN TOWED ANYTHING. JUST REGULAR WEAR AND TEAR? I THINK THESE TRUCKS MUST BE LEMONS. AFTER I GET THE TRANSMISSION FIXED, I'LL HAVE SPENT $5,600 IN A TWO YEAR SPAN. I HAVE TO SELL IT BECAUSE THE REPAIRS ARE MORE THAN THE PAYMENT. I GUESS THAT'S WHY IT WAS SOLD TO ME WHEN IT WAS ONLY TWO YEARS. OLD. *NLM
CONSUMER STATES WHILE DRIVING AT 50 MPH REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE TREAD WAS SEPARATING. DEALER NOTIFIED. *AK
TRANSMISSION BLEW A BACK SEAL. THERE WAS METAL AND BRASS SHAVINGS IN THE TRASNMISSION. THE REPAIR PERSON SAID HE BELIEVED THE PROBLEM WAS BEING CAUSED BY "REAR SEAL WALKING OR SPINNING OUT, PROBABLY DUE TO EXCESS DRIVESHAFT MOVING OR FLEXING. WE REBUILT THE TRANSMISSION AND A WEEK LATER WE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. EXCEPT THIS TIME THE REAR SEAL GOT SO HOT IT BLEW THE TRANSMISSION CORE ALSO. I HAVE SPENT 1700.00 SO FAR. NO END IN SITE AND NO HELP FROM FORD.*AK
MY 1999 F150 HAS A CRACK FORMING ON THE BOTTOM REAR CORNER OF THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW OF THE DRIVERS DOOR AT 32000 I BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE DEALER I BOUGHT THE TRUCK FROM AND THEY WOULD NOT FIX IT BECAUSE IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY BECAUSE OF YEAR . THE DEALER SAID THEY WERE FIXING THIS PROBLEM ON NEWER VEHICLES THEN MINE BUT FORD COMPLAINT SAID THEY NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING AND WOULD NOT FIX IT ALSO. I HAVE SEEN THIS ON OTHER TRUCKS SO I KNOW I AM NOT ALONE. ON A DIFFERENT DATE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE GASKET SINKING IT CHANNEL BETWEEN THE WINDOW FRAME AND BODY OF TRUCK THEY WOULD NOT FIX THIS BECAUSE IT WAS NOT A FORD PART IT WAS MADE FOR FORD AND CAME ON THE TRUCK FROM THE FACTORY BUT DOSEN'T CARRY A WARRANTY. *JB
WHILE DRIVING AT 35MPH SPARK PLUG BLEW OUT. DEALER NOTIFIED. *AK
FORD F-150 2WD, SUPER CAB, 8 FT BED. WATER IS LEAKING FROM THE HEAD LINER IN THE RIGHT REAR OF VEHICLE DIRECTLY ABOVE FIXED PANEL OF SLIDING REAR WINDOW ASSEMBLY. I SPOKE TO FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THE PROBLEM 2 MONTHS AGO AND THEY MADE IT SOUND LIKE IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THEY HAD HEARD ABOUT IT. I TOOK THE TRUCK IN TO THE DEALER WHERE I PURCHASED IT AND THEY HAVE INDICATED THAT THE ENTIRE REAR WINDOW ASSEMBLY NEEDS TO BE REPLACE, AT MY EXPENSE. SEARCH OF YOUR SERVICE BULLETIN SECTION RESULTED IN IDENTIFICATION OF BULLETIN #01111 POSTED JAN. 22, 2001 LISTED THE FOLLOWING. "SOME VEHICLES MAY EXHIBIT A WATER LEAK AROUND THE REAR (SLIDING) WINDOW. *TT. HOW DO I GET FORD TO DO THE RESPONSIBLE THING AND MAKE THIS REPAIR. *JB
HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE TURN SIGNALS, BRAKE LIGHTS, AND WINDSHIELD WIPERS ON MY 1999 FORD F-150. ON A RECENT TRIP TO INDIANA I NOTICED THAT WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL WAS TILTED DOWN SO THAT MY WIFE COULD DRIVE, THE TURN SIGNALS STOPPED WORKING. WHILE IN INDIANA A MAN WAS NICE ENOUGH TO FLAG ME DOWN TO LET ME KNOW THAT MY BREAK LIGHTS WERE NOT WORKING. I TOOK THE TRUCK TO EBY FORD SALES (JUNE 6, 2003) IN GOSHEN FOR REPAIR. THEY INDICATED THAT THE MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH DISCONNECTED WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL WAS TILTED DOWN. SO THEY LENGTHENED THE CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY WIRES AND THAT SEEMS TO HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. ON DECEMBER 17, 2001, I TOOK MY TRUCK INTO PRINCE FORD IN DOUGLAS GEORGIA AND TOLD THEM THAT MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD JUST COME ON FOR NO REASON. THEY REPLACED THE MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH BUT DID NOT LENGTHEN THE WIRES.ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT EBBY FORD, THIS MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH CONTROLS SEVERAL VITAL FUNCTIONS ON THE TRUCK - BRAKE LIGHTS, TURN SIGNALS, WIPERS, ETC. *AK SEVERAL THINGS ARE WORTH NOTING HERE: FIRST, I CALLED AND TALKED WITH PRICE FORD IN GEORGIA AND ASKED WHY THE MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH WIRES WERE NOT LENGTHENED WHEN THE SWITCH WAS REPLACED BY THEM THE FIRST TIME (DECEMBER 17, 2001). THEY HAVEN'T EVEN CALLED ME BACK. SECOND, I CALLED FORD MOTOR COMPANY AND INFORMED THEM OF THE PROBLEM. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOTE THE PROBLEM BUT THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL AT THIS TIME. FINALLY, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR SERIOUS CRASHES RESULTING FROM THE FACT THAT THE SWITCH WIRES ON THE MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH ASSEMBLY IS NOT LONG ENOUGH AND THAT THE SWITCH DISCONNECTS WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL IS TILTED DOWN. IT WOULD BE A TRADGEDY IF JUST ONE PERSON LOST THEIR LIVES BECAUSE THE BREAK LIGHTS OR TURN SIGNALS FAILED DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. THANKS FOR LOOKING INTO THIS FOR ME.

MY FAMILY AND I WERE TRAVELING ON THE INTERSTATE WHEN OUR GAUGES ON OUR TRUCK BEGAN TO GO FROM ZERO TO ONE HUNDRED MILES PER HOUR BACK AND FORTH. OUR GAS GAUGE WOULD FROM FULL TO EMPTY. ALL GAUGES ON THE DASH WOULD GO CRAZY. OUR BATTERY LIGHT HAD COME ON A FEW MILES BEFORE THIS OCCURRED. WE LOST ALL POWER AND OUR TRUCK DECELERATED QUICKLY ON THE INTERSTATE. WE FOUND A PARTS STORE AND PUT ON A NEW ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY THINKING THAT WOULD DO THE JOB. AS WE CONTINUED OUR TRIP, THE GAUGES BEGAN TO DO THE SAME THING WITHIN TEN MILES OF CHANGING ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS A FLAW IN 1999 FORD F150'S. WE CHECKED ALL FUSES AND HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS OCCURRED. THE TRUCK CANNOT BE DRIVEN BECAUSE IT WILL SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING. *TT
THE SPARKS PLUG WIRES BURNED UP EVERY 30,000 MILES. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED IT WOULD COST 200.00 TO REPLACE. *JB
THE HEATER CORE LEAKED COOLANT. *NLM
AFTER A MINOR BUMP WAS HIT IN THE ROAD AT 10 MPH, THE FRONT AIR BAG INADVERTENTLY DEPLOYED, WHICH CAUSED THE CONSUMER TO PULL OVER. *JB

CONSUMER STATES THAT WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED AND NO WARNING THE STEERING BOLTS ARE LOSE AND IT IS CAUSING THE STEERING WHEEL TO JUMP AROUND, MAKING IT HARD FOR CONSUMER TO STEER THE VEHICLE. DEALER NOTIFIED.*AK
THE VEHICLE S BRAKES LOCKED UP AND AS A RESULT THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO MOVE THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THE EMERGENCY BRAKE LINING BROKE. *NLM
A SPARK PLUG BLEW OUT OF THE HEAD ON MY 1999 FORD F150 5.4L ENGINE APPROXIMATELY 10,00 MILES AFTER CHANGING THE PLUGS.
FOG LIGHT COVERS ARE DEFECTIVE. LAMP GETS TOO HOT AND COVERS CRACK AND BREAK OUTWARD. SOME DEALERS REFUSE TO FIX, OTHERS FIX UNDER WARRANTY. SUPPOSEDLY THERE IS A TSB ON FILE WITH FORD. *NLM
LOOSE LUG:NUTS, RESULTING IN THE LOSS OF A WHEEL. ALL WHEELS HAD LOOSE LUG NUTS & HAVE SINCE DISCOVERED SAME CONDITION. LUG NUTS ON REAR SEEM TO BE TOO SHORT, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A FULL NUT OF THREAD ON STUDS.*AK
DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIRBAGS FAILED TO ACTIVATE DURING A 45 TO 50 MPH FRONT END IMPACT. *NLM

THERE WAS A HORIZONTAL CRACK IN THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR ABOUT 1.5 INCHES ABOVE THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW OPENING. THE CRACK WAS PROGRESSING HORIZONTALLY TOWARD THE BACK OF THE DOOR. *TT
WINDSHIELD WIPERS COME ON BY THEMSELVES. NO APPARENT REASON WHY. THERE ARE NO SHORTS OR LOOSE WIRES NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN. BACK WINDOW ON TRUCK IS LEAKING WENT TO HAVE FIXED. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE REPLACED A MULTIPLE OF THESE WINDOWS DO TO FAULTY MANUFACTURING BUT ARE STILL MAKING ME PAY FOR IT. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT IF THEY KNOW IT IS A FAULT IN THE WINDOW WHY NOT RECALL IT INSTEAD OF MAKING MONEY OFF OF IT. *JB
WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED.*JB
I HEARD THE REAR END MAKE A HORRIBLE LOUD BANG ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS TILL I FINALLY HAD NO ABILITY TO MAKE THE VEHICLE MOVE FORWARD OR BACKWARDS WHILE IN GEAR. UPON INSPECTION BY A CERTIFIED MECHANIC, A MAIN BOLT ON THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL UNDID ITSELF AND STRIPPED ALL OF THE TEETH ON THE MAIN GEAR. A COMPLETE REAR END HAD TO BE PUT ON. THERE WAS NEVER ANY WORK DONE TO THE AREA OF THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT.*AK
VEHICLE IS A 1999 FORD F-150 AND IT HAS APPROX. 54,000 MILES ON IT. THE EVENING OF MARCH 3 THE TRUCK BEGAN TO RUN WEIRD AND IT BEGAN TO NOT RUN CORRECTLY.THE MORNING AFTER I BROUGHT IT TO A REAIR GARAGE AND THE COMPUTER SHOWED THAT THERE WAS A DETINATION IN THE MOTOR. THE IGNITION COIL WAS BAD THE MECHANIC INFORMED ME THAT HE NEEDED TO REPLACE ALL EIGHT COILS. THIS COST ME 905 DOLLARS. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT THIS PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE OCCURED BECAUSE IT HAS LOWER MLES. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS AN OCCURING PROBLEM WITH THE 5.4 TRITON V8. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE MONEY THAT I HAD TO PUT INTO MY TRUCK, I BOUGHT A NEWER VEHICLE TO WAIVE SOME COST OF VEHICLE REPAIRS BUT THIS WAS A REDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR A REPAIR.
TRANSMISSION FAILURE WITH LOW MILEAGE. *JB
ENGINE COMES UP TO TEMPERATURE HEATER WORKS NORMAL HEAT GOES OUT. ENGINE TEMP RISIES QUICKLY TO OVERHEAT CONDITION. THIS CONDITION CONTINUES TO REPEAT ITSELF. IT IS A MAJOR DRIVING DISTRACTON BECAUSE YOU ARE FOCUSED ON THE HEATER NOT DRIVING. THE POTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT AXISTS DUE TO THE DISTRACTION! FAILURES STARTED OCCURRING

WHEN PULLING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY, MY LOWER TIE ROD ON DRIVER SIDE BROKE. NO PRIOR WARNING COULD BE FELT. *JB
I OWN A 1999 FORD F-150 LARIET AND THE POWER LOCKS ARE MALFUNCTIONING ON BOTH SIDES. I HAVE A NEIGHBOR WITH A 2001 F-150 AND HE HAS THE IDENTICAL PROBLEM. THE LOCKS WORK AT TIMES AND THEN DON'T AT OTHERS. I AM ONLY AT 45000 MILES AND AM OUT OF WARRANTY BUT WANTED TO KNOW IF THIS IS A FORD RECOGNIZED FLAW. *JB
SUDDENLY AND WITHOUT INCIDENT THE RIGHT FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BECAME WOBBLY AND UNSTABLE WHEN DRIVING, THE PASSENGER REPORTS THE SEAT MOVES SIDE TO SIDE. THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT. MY (INDEPENDENT) MECHANIC SAID THAT THE WELD GAVE WAY. I PLAN TO DISCUSS IT WITH A FORD DEALER. *JB
I HAVE A 1999 F150 FORD TRUCK. LARGE OIL LEAK FROM THE RIGHT HAND HEAD GASKET AT THE REAR OF THE BLOCK ON MY ENGINE. ALSO A LEAK ON OUTSIDE RIGHT HAND FILLING INTAKE VALLEY. ESTIMATED COST FROM FORD DEALERSHIP $1600 DEPENDING ON WHAT IT TAKES TO REPAIR IT. I FEEL THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR AND POSSIBLY THE PART WAS POORLY MACHINED. *JB
MY 1999 FORD F-150 HAS A CRACK IN THE ON THE SHEET METAL DRIVERS SIDE DOOR. CRACK IS LOCATED LOWER RIGHT SIDE. SINCE I NOTICED MY DOOR CRACKED I'VE BEN ON THE LOOK OUT FOR OTHER CRACKED DOORS. TO DATE AND AT RANDOM I HAVE FOUND 11 OUT OF 14 F-150'S WITH ONE OR BOTH DOORS CRACKED.SO FAR I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TELL 4 OUT OF THE 11 THAT THEIR DOOR WAS CRACKED AND NOT A ONE HAD A CLUE THEIR DOOD WAS CRACKED UNTIL I TOLD THEM. ON THE INTERNET I HAVE SEEN 100'S OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM. FROM WHAT I CAN TELL FORD HAD THIS PROBLEM IN 1997, 1998, 1999, AND 2000. WHAT DOES A PERSON HAVE TO DO TO HAVE SOME ONE REALIZE THAT THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THIS PROBLEM.FORD HAS A BIG PROBLEM AND SEEMS TO WANT TO DO NOTHING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
1999 FORD F150 5.4L WITH BADLY LEAKING HEAD GASKET RIGHT SIDE. SEEMS TO BE A KNOWN PROBLEM FOR FORD YET NO RECALL OR ASSISTANCE FROM FORD? LEAKING OIL IS A HAZARD AND OIL ON HOT ENGINE COMPONENTS NOT SAFE.
THE SPARK PLUG BLEW OUT OF THE ALUMINUM CYLINDER HEAD WHILE DRIVING, THE ENTIRE CYLINDER HEAD WAS REPLACED. *AK *JB
THERE IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE RIGHT SIDE HEAD GASKET IN 5.4L V8 ENGINES IN VEHICLES FROM 1999. THIS PROBLEM RESULTS IN A BLOWN HEAD GASKET THAT REQUIRES REPAIR AT GREAT EXPENSE. IN ADDITION THE REPAIR THAT IS APPROVED BY FORD IS NOT PERMANENT, SO THE VEHICLE MANY TIMES HAS THE SAME PROBLEM MULTIPLE TIMES. I PERSONALLY HAVE A VEHICLE WITH THIS PROBLEM AND HAVE SEVERAL FRIENDS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. I BELIEVE THAT FORD NEEDS TO ISSUE A RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM AND FIX IT RIGHT SO THAT RECURRENCES DO NOT HAPPEN. *JB
SET CRUISE CONTROL ON 70MPH, AFTER APPROX. 2 MILES I TAPPED THE BRAKES TO DISENGAGE THE CRUISE CONTROL AND NOTHING HAPPENED, TRIED THREE MORE TIME WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. TRIED TO TURN OFF THE CRUISE CONTROL BY HITTING THE OFF BUTTON BUT STILL DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE. PUT BOTH FEET ON BRAKE PEDAL AND STOOD ON THE BRAKE BUT IT BARELY SLOWED THE TRUCK DOWN. FINALLY HAD TO TURN THE IGNITION OFF AND COAST TO A STOP. I RESTARTED THE TRUCK SEVERAL TIMES BUT CRUISE WAS STILL SET. I FINALLY DISCONNECTED THE CRUISE CONTROL FROM THE THROTTLE BODY IN ORDER TO CONTINUE MY TRIP. DT
THIS IS A SVT ADDISON VEHICLE. CONSUMER STATES THAT THERE WAS A MANUFACTURER OWNERS NOTIFICATION FOR THIS VEHICLE ENGINE INTER COOLER, BUT THE NOTIFCATION ENDED SEPTEMBER 2002. PER THE NOTIFICATION THEIRS A DEFECT IN THE INTER COOLER THAT CAUSES COOLANT TO LEAK INTO THE ENGINE, WHICH RESULTS IN ENGINE SEIZING UP. CONSUMER HAS EXPERIENCE THIS PROBLEM PUT DEALERSHIP IS REFUSING TO FIX AS A RESULT OF THE NOTIFACTION BEING OVER.
THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR HAS A CRACK IN THE MIDDLE AND DOOR IS RUSTY. PH
RIGHT REAR HEAD GASKET LEAKING OIL, AND IS ALSO STATED IN MANUFACTURERS T.S.B. NO RECALL AS OF YET. PH
NOTICED A SMELL OF BURNT MOTOR OIL AT RIGHT SIDE FRONT ON 11/9/2002. CHECK ALL FLUID LEVELS. THEY WERE OK WENT TO AUTO DEALER WHERE I BOUGHT THE TRUCK MONDAY MORNING 11/11/2002. MECHANIC CHECK THE TRUCK OUT AND FOUND OUT THE HEAD GASKET LEAKING OIL. HE SAID HE HAS REPLACED SEVERAL OF THESE TYPE HEAD GASKETS(MOST OF THE TIME RIGHTSIDE) ON THE 5.4 ENGINES FROM 1999 TO PRESENT. THE TRUCK IS OUT OF MANUFACTORS WARRANTY BEING THAT IS OLDER THAT 3 YEARS. FORD COMPANY KNOWS THERE IS A PROBLEM AND THEY SHOULD HAVE TO REPAIR THE TRUCK FREE OF CHARGE. I AM GLAD THAT I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. BUT IT IS NOT FAIR FOR THE COMPANY THAT I PURCHASED THE WARRANTY TO PAY FOR THIS. I HAVE TO PAY THE FIRST $50.OO AND THAT IS NOT RIGHT ALSO. THE DEALER HAS STARTED REPAIRING THE TRUCK AS SOON AS THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY SAID IT WAS OK TO THE REPAIRS. I HAVE NOT COMPLAINTS WITH THE DEALER DOING THE REPAIRS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME VERY GOOD SERVICE. DT
