2011 FORD F150 STARTER PROBLEMS. I'VE REPLACED STARTER ON THIS VEHICLE MULTIPLE TIMES AND STILL HAVE ISSUE'S. I TURN IGNITION AND ALL THAT HAPPENS IS A SCREECHING NOISE. AFTER A COUPLE TRIES IT STARTS. SECOND ISSUE IS SPEED CONTROL ISSUES. I WAS DRIVING ON CITY STREETS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN MY SPEEDOMETER STOPPED WORKING. MY TRUCK WOULD NOT SHIFT AND HAD TO MANUALLY SHIFT GEARS.
AFTER CRANKING THE VEHICLE, I PUT IN IN REVERSE. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND IT DID NOT WANT TO BACK UP. FEARING THAT I WOULD DAMAGE THE VEHICLE I HAD IT TOWED TO THE DEALER. IT WAS PULLING A TROUBLE CODE P0705 FOR THE TRANSMISSION RANGE SENSOR. THERE IS A RECALL ON THIS (12C23) FOR FORD F150'S FOR CERTAIN 2011 THROUGH 2013 MODELS. I WAS TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RECALL BECAUSE IT WAS MADE 4 MONTHS BEFORE THE RECALL YEARS. MY FORD WAS MADE IN 4/11. THE RECALL STARTED FOR 8/11 YEAR VEHICLES. MY TRUCK IS THE SAME YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, AND HAS THE SAME ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION AS THE RECALLED VEHICLES AND IT SHOULD ALSO BE COVERED IN THE RECALL. THIS DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL TO EXCLUDE MY VEHICLE. I HAVE THE RECEIPT FROM THE DEALER THAT COST ME $907.36. THE TOW BILL WAS $140.00. I SHOULD BE REIMBURSED FROM FORD FOR ALL THIS.
WE WERE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AT 10:30PM GOING 55MPH. ALL OF A SUDDEN, WE HEARD A VERY LOUD BANG THAT ALMOST CAUSED ME TO RUN OFF THE ROAD, THANKFULLY I DIDN'T. I PULLED OVER TO INVESTIGATE AND THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG UNTIL I LOOKED AT THE BACK GLASS. THE BACK GLASS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS COMPLETELY SHATTERED. OUT OF NO WHERE. MIND YOU, THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS PRIOR. I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD THIS TRUCK FOR THIRTY DAYS YET AND THIS HAPPENED. I WAS ESPECIALLY WORRIED BECAUSE MY 4YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS IN THE BACK SEAT, ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. SHE COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED DUE TO THIS.
I SEEN THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR TRANSMISSION MINE HAS BEEN DROPPING GEARS WHILE DRIVING THEN AFTER YOU WILL HERE IT SLEEP REALLY BAD FROM SHIFTING
PROBLEM STARTED BEFORE 100,000 MILES. 2011 FORD F-150 CURRENTLY HAS 230,000 MILES AND THE ISSUE IS GETTING MORE SEVERE. THE STEERING IS "STICKY", THERE IS RESISTANCE WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. LETTING GO OF THE WHEEL THE VEHICLE REMAINS IN THE STUCK POSITION AND DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY RETURN TO A NEUTRAL STEER POSITION. WITH MINOR RESISTANCE YOU NEED TO GIVE THE WHEEL A LITTLE JERK OR TWO TO GET THE VEHICLE'S WHEELS TO UNLOCK AND RESPOND. LATELY THERE ARE INCREASED INCIDENCES WHERE THE STEERING WHEEL SEVERELY STICKS AND NEEDS A STRONG TUG TO UNLOCK. THE STRONG TUG CAUSES THE VEHICLE TO OVERCOMPENSATE WHEN THE STEERING BREAKS FREE REQUIRING A SECOND JERK OF THE WHEEL TO KEEP CONTROL. EARLY IN THE HISTORY OF THIS PROBLEM THE STICKING WAS WORSE WHEN TURNING TO THE LEFT, BUT NOW THE ISSUE IS MOST SEVERE WHEN TURNING RIGHT. I'M NOT SURE, BUT THE SITUATION MAY BE EXACERBATED IF BREAKING WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. AT WORST IT'S DANGEROUS, AT THE LEAST IT MAKES FOR TENSE DRIVING. THE PROBLEM COMES AND GOES AND SEEMS RANDOM. A FEW DAYS AGO, FOR THE FIRST TIME A "SERVICE POWER STEERING" WARNING DISPLAYED. AT A FORD DEALER THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS A "WEAK" BATTERY. THE CCA (COLD CRANKING AMPS) 850 BATTERY WAS ONLY OUTPUTTING A CCA OF 575, VOLTS OF 12.41. THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY, CLEARED ALL DIAGNOSTIC FAULT CODES, AND PRONOUNCED THE PROBLEM FIXED. SOON AFTER LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP AND STICKING RESUMED, NOTHING SEVER, BUT CLEARLY STILL STICKING. LATER I EXPERIENCED A SEVER STICKING INCIDENT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I'VE GONE TO A DEALERSHIP FOR HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM. A WHILE AGO A FORD SERVICE REP SUGGESTED BATTERY TERMINAL CORROSION COULD CAUSE THE PROBLEM. THE TERMINALS WERE CORRODED, I CLEANED THE NEGATIVE TERMINAL, REPLACED THE POSITIVE AND THE STEERING ISSUE NOTICEABLY IMPROVED BUT DID NOT TERMINATE.
WHEN DRIVING VEHICLE, IT DOES NOT SHIFT INTO 2ND OR 3RD. THIS HAPPENS ON CITY STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.
Speed sensor stops communicating causing the truck to shift in first gear. This has caused the back wheels to lock up and could cause serious wreck. I need to have this fixed ASAP at no charge. This is a $40,000 truck and should not be having these dangerous issues. I hope this can be taken care of without contacting the news and my attorney
TURNED THE BACK WINDOW DEFROST ON SINCE BACK WINDOW AND MIRRORS WERE ICED OVER. WAS DRIVING ALONG WHEN THE BACK PASSENGER WINDOW SHATTERED. HAVE TONNEAU COVER ON BOX AND NO OTHER CARS AROUND. REAR DEFROST LIGHT INDICATOR NOW DOESN'T TURN ON.
AIRBAG LIGHT CAME ON AFTER OIL CHANGE WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE HOME.
WHILE DRIVING UNDER A LOAD, TOWING, ESPECIALLY UP A MOUNTAIN SIDE OR STEEP GRADE, THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD STARTED CHIRPING, OR LETTING OUT AIR, POWER WAS REDUCED, AND THE SITUATION WAS VERY UNSAFE. SINCE THEN, POWER HAS BEEN DOWN, AS HAS FUEL ECONOMY. THE ABILITY TO DO WORK IS GONE.
WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD THE VEHICLE ABRUPTLY DOWN SHIFTS , DASH BOARD GOES BLANK, WRENCH LIGHT POPS UP AND SPEEDOMETER ZEROS OUT. FORCING YOU TO STOP
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING, THE STEERING WHEEL MALFUNCTIONED. THE VEHICLE VEERED TO THE LEFT AND THE STEERING WHEEL NEARLY CEASED IN POSITION. THE CONTACT COMPENSATED BY TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL TO THE RIGHT TO STRAIGHTEN THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT CONTINUED DRIVING TO HIS DESTINATION. THOROUGHBRED FORD (8501 N BOARDWALK AVE, KANSAS CITY, MO 64154, (816) 505-1818) REFERRED THE CONTACT NHTSA. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE AND FILED A CASE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 250,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ELECTRONIC STEERING FAILED WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT LOSS POWER STEERING AND PULLED OFF TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY. THE CONTACT CALLED A FRIEND WHO OWNED A TRAILER TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TRAILERED TO HIS RESIDENCE. RISER FORD LINCOLN (4201 CENTRAL AVE, HOT SPRINGS, AR 71913) WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT SUBJECTED TO A RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 187,073.
"TRANSMISSION SHIFT LEVER SEQUENCE, STARTER INTERLOCK, AND TRANSMISSION BRAKING EFFECT" AND 108 LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT. THESE VEHICLES MAY HAVE A TRANSMISSION RANGE SENSOR (TRS) THAT WAS CALIBRATED OUT OF SPECIFICATION FOR REVERSE GEAR.
HAVE RESEARCHED AND FOUND FORD RECALL 19S07, THIS IS EVERYTHING THE TRUCK IS DOING, NO LETTERS HAVE BEEN SENT. HOW CAN I GET A CASE NUMBER TO TAKE TO DEALERSHIP TO HAVE FIXED
ON REPEAT OCCASIONS MY TRUCK SPEEDOMETER WILL STOP WORKING, MY ODOMETER WILL READ ZERO AND MY VEHICLE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO INCREASE SPEED DESPITE STEPPING ON THE GAS. IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE I HAVE HAD TO TURN THE TRUCK OFF AND ON AGAIN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE DOWNSHIFTED TO FIRST GEAR WITH THE OUTPUT SHAFT SPEEDS SENSOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND. THE CONTACT VEERED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY, TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE, AND THE VEHICLE RESUMED NORMAL OPERATION. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVEN ADDITIONAL TIMES. AN UNKNOWN DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE DIAGNOSED. AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED WHICH WAS STILL PENDING. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE OSS CONNECTOR FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V075000 (POWER TRAIN) AS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO THE FAILURE HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 72,000.
Lead frame. Known issue and was never replaced. Putting families at risk on highways

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SHIFT OUT OF FIRST GEAR INTERMITTENTLY HOWEVER, WHEN THE FAILURE OCCURRED, THE SHIFTER WOULD SUDDENLY SHIFT BACK INTO FIRST GEAR UNINTENTIONALLY. THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO LEAKING TRANSMISSION FLUID. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CONTACTED CEDAR CITY FORD (1010 N MAIN ST, CEDAR CITY, UT 84721; (855) 782-4508) WHO REPAIRED THE LEAD FRAME AND REPLACED GASKETS INSIDE THE TRANSMISSION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND FILED A CASE. THE MANUFACTURER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY RECALLS, AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 167,000.
THERE IS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THE DRIVESHAFT. IT'S COATING WEARS OFF WHICH CAUSES IT TO GET INTO A BIND WHEN YOU COME TO A STOP OR FROM A START. FEELS LIKE IT IS HUNG UP IN BETWEEN GEARS. FORD RECALLED F150 RAPTOR AND FIXED IT BUT THE REGULAR F150 THEY DIDN'T RECALL AND IT HAS THE SAME DRIVESHAFT. THERE ARE NUMEROUS VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE CALL THE SLIP YOKE CLUNK IF YOU NEED TO SEE WHAT IT IS DOING.
MY BACK SIGNAL LIGHT DOESN'T WORK AND HAS A RAPID FLASHING ON THE DASHBOARD. I WAS TOLD IT WAS MY BCM CONTROL AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WHICH IS EXPENSIVE IS THERE ANY TYPE OF RECALL ON THE BCM CONTROL.
SOUNDS LIKE IT DOWNSHIFTS IT STALLS WHEN I TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE ACCELERATOR. IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD GOING LESS THAN 25 MPH.
THE VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE HEATED SEATS. THE PASSENGER SEAT HEATS UP TO AN UNCONFIRMED LEVEL CAUSING YOUR LOWER BACK AND BUTT TO BURN. CONCERNED THIS MAY CAUSE A FIRE UNDER PASSENGER IN SEAT.
INADEQUATE CONTACTS ON FUSE RELAY FOR FUEL PUMP, CAUSING OVERHEATING WITHOUT BURNING OUT THE FUES(#27 IN THE FUSE BOX). THIS CAUSED THE RELAY AND FUSE TO START MELTING AND RESULTED IN IMMEDIATE SHUT DOWN OF THE FUEL PUMP, AND COMPLETE POWER LOSS. I WAS LUCKY IT HAPPENED RIGHT AFTER I PULLED INTO MY DRIVEWAY. NO WARNING AT ALL. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS IF IT HAD HAPPENED ON THE FREEWAY.
THE VEHICLE IS AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONSAND IS UNEXPECTEDLY DOWNSHIFT INTO FIRST GEAR WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION. YOU HAVE A RECALL ON OTHER FORD F150'S AND THIS SHOULD BE ONE OF THEM FOR THE MONEY WE PAID FOR THE TRUCK
WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD TRUCK DOWNSHIFTS TO FIRST GEAR CAUSING REAR WHEELS TO LOCK UP. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COME ON AND THE SPEEDOMETER AND TACHOMETER GO TO ZERO. HAVE TO STOP TRUCK IMMEDIATELY TURN OFF ENGINE AND RESTART. SOMETIMES THIS CLEARS THE ERROR SOMETIMES IT TAKES ADDITIONAL ATTEMPTS. WE REPORTED THIS TO FORD AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. FORD TOLD US THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND OUR VEHICLE IS NOT PART OF ANY RECALL. THIS IS A REAL SAFETY CONCERN FOR ME, MY FAMILY AND ANYONE ON THE ROAD WHILE WE ARE DRIVING THIS VEHICLE. THIS HAS HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS ON THE CITY STREETS AND ON THE HIGHWAY.
WHILE BACKING UP AND UPON TURNING THE SERVICE ADVANCETRAC LIGHT CAME ON AND STAYED ON. I RESEARCHED AND FOUND THAT FORD HAS BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS SINCE 2011 FOR THE ELECTRIC STEERING RACK AND PINION (IT WAS NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR THE 2011 MODEL) GOING BAD AND COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT IF YOU LOSE POWER STEERING AND THERE HAVE BEEN TSB'S ABOUT SAID PROBLEM AND NO RECALL HAS BEEN DONE REGARDING THIS DANGEROUS PROBLEM. THIS SHOULD BE RECALLED KNOWING THERE IS THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE HAVING THIS PROBLEM AND HAVING TO PAY OVER $2K TO GET THIS FIXED WHEN FORD KNOWS ABOUT SAID PROBLEM AND WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP THE CONSUMER FOR THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND SOMEONE COULD GET SERIOUSLY HURT.
THE 10-SPEED 10R80 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION THAT IS LOCATED IN MANY F150'S IS DEFECTIVE AS IT CAN SHIFT HARSHLY AND ERRATICALLY AT VERY HIGH SPEEDS, CAUSING VEHICLE CONTROL LOSS AND CAUSING ACCIDENTS. THE VEHICLE WILL OFTEN JERK, LUNGE, AND CAUSE LOSS OF CONTROL AS SOMETIMES IT WILL STOP ENGAGING. FORD DEALERS ARE HESITANT TO REPAIR THE PART AND NEGLIGENT WHEN IT COMES TO THE SAFETY OF THE DRIVERS. OFTEN NOT BLAMING IT TO THE FAULTY TRANSMISSION BUT OTHER 'NON RELATED FAULTS' THAT HAVE OCCURRED IN THE TRANSMISSION, HENCE NOT PROVIDING FREE REPAIR.
VEHICLE WILL LOCK THE STEERING WHEEL WHILE DRIVING IF ROTATED TO MAKE A HARD LEFT TURN. ONCE THE STEERING WHEEL IS LOCKED, IT TAKES A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT FORCE TO UNLOCK THE WHEEL. THIS MANOUVER WILL ONLY HAPPEN WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION, POSING A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN FOR THE DRIVER AND OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE DOWNSHIFTED INADVERTENTLY. THE VEHICLE ABRUPTLY SLOWED DOWN AND THE CONTACT PULLED OVER. THE CONTACT TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE AND WAITED A FEW MINUTES AND WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE DRIVING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT ABLE TO BE SHIFTED INTO REVERSE. THE CONTACT CALLED SMITH MOTOR (309 FORREST DR, BROOKFIELD, MO 64628 (660) 258-2267) AND WAS INFORMED TO HAVE THE VEHICLE DIAGNOSED. THE POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE WAS REPROGRAMMED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V075000 (POWER TRAIN). THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE LEAD FRAME WIRING HARNESS WAS ON BACK ORDER, PREVENTING THE MECHANIC FROM FIXING THE REVERSE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 173,856.
TRANSMISSION WOULD BEGIN TO MAKE THE VEHICLE, ENGINE WOULD REV UP, TRANSMISSION WOULD DOWN SHIFT UNEXPECTEDLY. AFTER VEHICLE HAD BEEN TURNED OFF, WHEN IT WAS CRANKED BACK UP, IT WOULDN'T GO INTO REVERSE FROM PARK.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 30-50 MPH, THE VEHICLE DOWNSHIFTED INTO FIRST GEAR. THE SPEED ODOMETER WAS INOPERABLE AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SHIFT INTO GEARS. THE ALL WHEEL DRIVE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE PCM WAS RE-FLASHED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE LEAD FRAME NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,000.*DT*JB
I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY I 95 AND IT WAS RAINING. MY WINDOWS STARTED TO FOG UP. I TURNED ON THE DEFROSTS. I HEARD A LOUD POP AND MY REAR WINDOW SHATTERED. IN RESEARCHING THE PROBLEM ON THE INTERNET, IT APPEARS IT IS A COMMON PROBLEM ON 10-14 F150'S WHEN TURNING ON THE REAR DEFROST.
WHEN U GO TO PUT TRUCK IN GEAR IT MAKES A LOUD NOISE AND DOESN'T HAVE POWER AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON.ALSO BRAKES GO TO FLOOR AT TIMES
DRIVER'S SIDE REAR DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. THIS STARTED WITH THE DOOR NOT UNLOCKING SOMETIMES WITH THE KEY FOB. WHEN THIS HAPPENED, THE DOOR WOULD HAVE TO UNLOCKED MANUALLY. NOW THE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN AT ALL - NOT WITH KEY FOB NOR WITH LOCK KNOB. NEITHER THE INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE WILL OPEN THE DOOR. NOTHING WILL WORK AND IMPOSSIBLE TO REPLACE DOOR LATCH MECHANISM WITH DOOR CLOSED.N BASED ON INTERNET SEARCHES, THIS IS NOT A RARE OCCURRENCE. DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE IF IN AN ACCIDENT ESPECIALLY IF AN EMERGENCY SITUATION.
WHY WOULD THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING GO OUT ALL AT ONCE WITH NO WARNING I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WAS IN A VERY BUSY TOWN THE POWER STEERING JUST STOPPED WORKING ALL AT ONCE LIKE TO HAVE NOT GOT THE TRUCK OFF THE ROAD THIS IS DANGEROUS TOO DRIVE I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED HOME

THE VEHICLE'S COMPUTER WAS REPROGRAMMED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE WAS NOT REMEDIED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER OVERNIGHT FOR REPAIRS HOWEVER, A WEEK LATER THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE REPAIR WOULD BE OVER A $1,000. THE CONTACT WAS UNAWARE OF THE DIAGNOSES SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A PARKED VEHICLE, ANOTHER VEHICLE THAT WAS EXITING THE PARKING LOT AND TWO PEDESTRIANS.
