BRAKE LINE WORE THROUGH.
WHILE DRIVING ACROSS RAILROAD TRACKS, FRONT END OF VEHICLE VIBRATED AS IF HIT AD TIRE A BLOWOUT, ACCORDING TO DEALER, THREE BOLTS WERE MISSING, REMAINING BOLT LOOSE, DEALER REPLACED ALL BOLTS. *AK
THE "Y" PIPE HAS FAILED TWICE, ALLOWING EXHAUST TO ENTER THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. FIRST TOOK IT TO AN OUT OF TOWN DEALER WHO SAID HE DID NOT HAVE PARTS TO FIX BUT WARNED ME TO KEEP FRESH AIR COMING INTO THE CAB.. THE LOCAL DEALER REPLACED ONCE AND THE SECOND TIME SAID IT WAS NO LONGER COVERED AND BESIDES DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM. SUGGESTED I TAKE IT TO A PRIVATE MUFFLER SHOP WHO TOLD ME THAT FORD WAS WELL AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, THAT IT WAS DANGEROUS BECAUSE IT WOULD LEAK CARBON MONOXITE INTO THE CAB AND SUGGESTED I TAKE IT BACK TO THE DEALER AND PUSH FOR A REPLACEMENT. DEALER GAVE ME A FORM TO FILL OUT BUT HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK. I TOOK VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALER, AND THEY TOLD ME A SIMILAR STORY AND SAID IF IT WAS A CALIFORNIA VEHICLE FORD WOULD STAND BY IT, BUT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT, I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A MUFFLER SHOP AND HAVE A CUSTOM ONE BUILT. THEY ALSO WARNED ME TO BE CAREFUL TO KEEP AIR COMING IN THRU THE HEATER/AC SO I WOULD NOT GET CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING AND/OR FALL ASLEEP.
THE BOLT THAT HOLDS THE STRUCTURE FRAME AND AXLE IS COMING OFF. *AK *JB
BRAKE FAILURE, WHILE DRIVING AT SPEED OF 15MPH, FRONT CALIPER OVERHEATED AND CAUGHT ON FIRE. *AK
FRONT BRAKES FAILED CAUSING THEM TO SMOKE AND CATCH FIRE.
RETAINING CLIP BROKE ALLOWING PLASTIC ROD THAT CONNECTS THE CLUTCH PEDAL SHAFT TO THE CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER TO DISENGAGE.
DEFECT WITHIN TRANSMISSION CAUSED IT TO HEAT UP AND MELT ALL THE PARTS.
IGNITION SWITCH FIRE.
VEHICLE LEFT IN IDLE POSITION IN PARK, JUMPED OUT GEAR AND ROLLED FORWARD, IMPACT 12:00 POSITION. *AK *SLC
RADIATOR FAILED. *DH
DUE TO A BROKEN BOLT THAT HOLDS THE FRONT FRAME IN PLACE THE CONSUMER IS EXPERIENCING LOSS OF STEERING COLUMN AND LOSS OF BRAKES. *AK
BOLTS BROKE ON THE INTER HIGH BEAM SUPPORT BRACKET ON THE RIGHT SIDE. PLEASE DESCRIBE DETAILS. *AK
ENGINE CAUGHT ON FIRE AFTER STARTING IT UP. *AK DEALER STATED FIRE WAS CAUSED BY A CLIP ON THE COIL, THIS PART WAS REPLACED PRIOR TO FIRE DUE TO VEHICLE NOT STARTING. *SLC
GAPIN FORD, 96S37-96V064. DLR. STATES THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF THE RECALL FRO FRONT SEAT LUMBAR SYSTEM 95V06400. *AK *JB
CONSUMER WAS PULLING A 5TH WHEEL TRAILER WHEN THE BAR ATTACHING THE FRAME BOLTS OF RIGHT FRONT WHEEL CAME LOOSE BECAUSE ALL FOUR BOLTS HOLDING I-BEAM TO FRAME CAME OFF. WHEN PULLING INTO A PARKING SPACE, THE TOP OF THE WHEEL WAS INWARD AND THE BOTTOM WAS OUTWARD, DEALER REPLACED THE BOLTS. *AK
ENGINE OIL LEAKS SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED, DEALER IS UNABLE TO REPAIR PROBLEM. TT
INTERMITTENT STALLING TWICE.
EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DEFECT IN THIS TYPE OF VEHICLE, CENTER PIVOT OF TRACTION BAR AXLE IS HELD TO MAIN FRONT CROSS MEMBERM, BOLTS LOOSEN AND FALL OUT OR SHEAR OFF, THIS CAUSES COMPLETE LOSS OF CONTROL OF VEHICLE.TT *JB
ABS BRAKE SYSTEM FAILURE, BRAKE PEDAL GOES TO THE FLOOR IN A PANIC STOP. TT

THE HEAD LIGHTS ON THE VEHICLE ARE TOO BRIGHT ONCOMING CARS CAN NOT SEE. TT
CLUTCH HAS FAILED FIVE TIMES, APPROXIMATELY EVERY 20,000 MILES.
ONGOING / INTERMITTENT PROBLEM WITH BRAKE PEDAL GOING TO THE FLOOR AND CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKING. VEHICLE BEEN IN / OUT OF DEALER SHOP ON NINE OCCASIONS, AND PROBLEM STILL REOCCURRING. FEEL FREE TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS ON THIS MATTER. *AK

WHEN DRIVING, THE WINDSHIELD WIPER WASHER FLUID BLOWS AWAY BEFORE WASHING THE WINDSHIELD. WHEN SITTING STILL THE FLUID WILL GO OVER THE CAB. THE DEALER CONTACTED, AND STATED THEY CANNOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM, PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. *AK *ML
OCCASIONALLY WHILE DRIVING, CLUTCH ASSEMBLY SLIPS. *AK
ABS, FRONT BRAKE ROTORS WERE CRACKED, WHEN APPLIED BRAKE CAUSING VIRBRATION IN FRONT END. TT
I BEAN ON SUSPENSION BOLTS CAME UNBOLTED WHILE DRIVING FROM THE FRAME, VEHICLE IS A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. TT
THE OIL PAN IS LEAKING OIL IN THE VEHICLE. PLEASE DESCRIBE IN MORE DETAILS. *AK

AFTERMARKET TRAILER BRAKE CONTROLLER MADE BY TEKONSHA ENGINEERING, WHEN HAND OPERATED THE BRAKE LIGHTS DO NOT COME ON. TT
FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER FAILED. *AK
FRONT END END MISALIGNED, CAUSING EXCESSIVE WEAR TO TIRES.
1995 FORD F250. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO PROBLEMS WITH LEAKING GAS LINE, BRAKES, TRANSMISSION AND SEVERAL OTHER ISSUES WITH VEHICLE. CONSUMER STATES UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS. *SMD THE MASTER CYLINDER, AIR PUMP, BRAKE PADS, SERPENTINE BELT, BRAKE LINES, ALTERNATOR, CRUISE CONTROL SENSOR, BATTERY, HEADLIGHT CONTROL AND UPPER SWITCH WERE ALL REPLACED. ALSO, THE STARTER SOLENOID SWITCH WAS REPLACED, AS WELL AS THE OIL PAN, THAT WAS RUSTED. THE TIRES WERE REPLACED, DUE TO CRACKING.
TRUCK PULLS TO LEFT WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED. (ATTORNEY FOR CLIENT) *DSH

CAPTIAN CHAIRS WILL NOT PROPERLY LATCH CAUSING A ROCKING CHAIR MOTION WHEN DRIVING AND OCCUPANT KNEES TO HIT DASH. TT
REPLACED NOISY FRONT BRAKE ROTORS.
WHILE TRYING TO SPEED UP THE TRUCK WOULD BOG DOWN, AND THEN IT WOULD START TO SPEED UP. TT
FRONT END HAS RIVOTS THAT WILL WEAR OUT IN TIME. CONSUMER CAN NEVER GET VEHICLE ALIGNED CORRECTLY. VEHICLE WILL SHAKE WHEN MAKING TURNS, CONTACTED DEALER. *AK
UPON APPROACHING A HILL IT IS VERY HARD TO DISENGAGE THE CRUISE CONTROL. PLEASE DESCRIBE IN MORE DETAILS, CONSUMER HAS CONTACTED THE DEALER , DEALER STATES THAT IT IS NORMAL OPERATION. *AK
DEALER TOLD DRIVER THAT THE ANTI-LOCKING WHEEL HUBS FAILED BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT USED OFTEN ENOUGH.
AT 12:00 POSITION AT 75MPH DRIVERS SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY, RESULTING IN AN INJURY. TT
