TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD F-350 SD. WHILE DRIVING, THE TOW HAUL MODE SWITCH ENGAGED AND THE TRANSMISSION SLIPPED OUT OF GEAR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION; HOWEVER, SINCE THE TECHNICIAN COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE, THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE A FREE REMEDY. THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,500 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 6,400.
