TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FIESTA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS ENGAGED FOLLOWED BY A THREE SECOND DELAY RESPONSE. THE FAILURE WOULD OCCUR AT ANY GIVEN TIME. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THEY INFORMED THE CONTACTS THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING PROPERLY. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 3,700. UPDATED 05/25/11 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED O SEVERAL OCCASIONS THE VEHICLE COULD NOT DECIDE WHICH GEAR TO GO INTO. THERE WAS DELAY IN ACCELERATION. UPDATED 07/08/11
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FIESTA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THE POWER STEERING SUDDENLY FAILED AND MADE IT DIFFICULT TO TURN THE WHEEL. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ONCE. THE CONTACT DROVE HOME. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN INSPECTED OR REPAIRED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 68.
CAR SPUTTERS TO START, THEN WON'T ENGAGE ANY GEAR. BATTERY WON'T HOLD A CHARGE. TODAY (01 JAN 2013) MARKS THE THIRD INCIDENT. THE DEALER PUT IN A NEW BATTERY THE FIRST 2 TIMES AND TOLD ME THE BATTERY WAS DEFECTIVE (TWICE). THIS CAR EATS BATTERIES. IT ALWAYS HAPPENS DURING COLD WEATHER. AFTER THE CAR STARTED, I ROLLED IN NEUTRAL OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY ONTO THE STREET. THEN THE CAR WOULD NOT ENGAGE IN ANY GEAR. I WAS A SITTING DUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. I COULDN'T GO FORWARD OR BACKWARDS. I HAD TO TURN OFF AND RESTART ENGINE 4 TIMES UNTIL IT ENGAGED A GEAR. THEN I DROVE TO AUTOZONE WHERE THEY TESTED THE BATTERY. THEY SAID THE BATTERY WAS GOOD (1- YEAR OLD BATTERY HAD A 3-YEAR WARRANTY) AND THE ALTERNATOR ENGAGED, BUT THE BATTERY LOST ITS CHARGE RAPIDLY UPON TURNING OFF THE ENGINE. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FIESTA. WHILE DRIVING WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL SET AT 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED UP TO 60 MPH AND THE RPMS INCREASED TO OVER 500 RPMS. THE CONTACT SHUT THE CRUISE CONTROL OFF AND THE SPEED RESUMED ITS NORMAL STATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE COMPUTER WAS REPROGRAMMED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED AGAIN AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000.
OCCASIONAL CLUNKING NOISES WHEN STARTING AND SLOW TO CRANK. AFTER STARTING CAR, IT REFUSED TO ENGAGE IN ANY GEAR--EITHER REVERSE OR DRIVE. TURNED CAR OFF, RE-STARTED AND WAS THEN ABLE TO FIND A GEAR. THIS HAPPENED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. WOULD TRY TO REVERSE OR DRIVE AND IT WOULD REV LIKE IT WAS IN NEUTRAL. LACKED POWER ON HILLS AND AVG. MPG DROPPED. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT DIAGNOSED IT AS A DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (TCM). ORDERED PART AND REPLACED TODAY. THIS SEEMS TO HAVE COMPLETELY FIXED THE PROBLEM. RUNS GREAT NOW, WITH MUCH MORE POWER AND BETTER GAS MILEAGE THAN SINCE THE FIRST DAY I DROVE IT OFF THE DEALER LOT.
UNUSUAL CLUNKING NOISES WHEN STARTING IN THE COLD. SOUNDS LIKE A DEAD-BATTERY START, BUT LOUDER. CAN START CAR, BUT NOT WITHOUT THIS ODD NOISE. YESTERDAY, AFTER STARTING CAR, IT REFUSED TO ENGAGE IN ANY GEAR--EITHER REVERSE OR DRIVE. TURNED CAR OFF, RE-STARTED AND WAS THEN ABLE TO FIND A GEAR. ALSO, FIRST AND SECOND GEARS ARE NOT ENGAGING PROPERLY; THERE IS A CLUNK WHEN SLOWING DOWN AND IT IS HERKY-JERKY. IT IS IN FOR SERVICE NOW AS I TYPE, BUT THE COURTESY VAN DRIVER TOLD ME THEY HAVE HAD 2 FIESTA'S IN ALREADY WITH THIS PROBLEM AND HE WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF THERE WERE A RECALL. GULP. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CLUTCH WOULD NOT ENGAGED PROPERLY AND CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO STALL WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER TO HAVE THE CLUTCH REPLACED BUT THE REPAIR DID NOT REMEDY THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,500.
FAULTY TRANSMISSION. HAD TO BE REBUILT AROUND 35,000 MILES, HAS STILL HAD ALL SIGNS PEOPLE HAVE BEEN HAVING. SHUTTERING ON TAKEOFF,GRINDING NOISES,ETC. TRANSMISSION FAILED ON SECOND INCIDENT AND WAS TOLD AT THE DEALERSHIP IT HAD NO TROUBLE CODES AND TO LET IT COMPLETELY FAIL THE NEXT TIME SO THEY WOULD TOW IT IN. NOW AT 70,000 MILES A WARNING ON THE DASH HAS COME ON SAYING "TRANSMISSION FAILURE". THIS CAR WAS BOUGHT FROM PAUL MILLER FORD IN LEXINGTON KY. THIS IS UNSAFE AND NOT AN ACCEPTABLE DESIGN FROM FORD. FORD HAS AVOIDED THE ISSUE BY TELLING US THERE IS NO PROBLEM AND THERE ARE NO TROUBLE CODES SO SERVICE CAN'T BE PERFORMED. TO TELL PEOPLE THAT A FAULTY TRANSMISSION IS NORMAL AND OPERATING THE WAY IT WAS DESIGNED IS WRONG AND SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. PEOPLE WHO PURCHASED THESE CARS NEED HELP TO BE TREATED FAIRLY. AS FAR AS WHEN THE SHUTTERING HAPPENS IT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FIRST START TO MOVE FROM A STOP AND CONTINUES WHEN THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS THROUGH THE FIRST COUPLE GEARS. THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN TIMES WHEN SHIFTING INTO DRIVE IT HAS BEGAN GOING BACKWARDS WHEN LETTING OFF THE GAS. AS FAR AS THE DATE THIS HAPPENED BELOW IT IS HARD TO GIVE A SPECIFIC DATE BECAUSE IT IS THEY WAY THIS TRANSMISSION OPERATES ALL THE TIME.
VENTILATION DUCT FALLS ONTO DRIVER'S RIGHT FOOT DURING VEHICLE OPERATION, INHIBITING THE DRIVER'S ABILITY TO CONTROL THE ACCELERATOR. *TR
I BROUGHT THE CAR 6 MONTHS AGO. IN THE BEGINNING THE CAR WAS HESITANT AFTER ACCELERATION AND LACKED POWER ON HILLS. ABOUT A MONTH AGO IT STARTED TO MAKE CLUCKING NOISES. AFTER THE CAR STARTED, IT REFUSED TO ENGAGE IN ANY GEAR. I WOULD ABLE TO REVERSE AND THEN FINALLY DRIVE AFTER THE CAR WARMED UP AND NUMEROUS RESTARTED. THIS HAPPENED NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND I ATTEMPTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM 3 TIMES AT THE DEALERSHIP. THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR ON THEIR DIAGNOSTICS AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLICATE THE PROBLEM AT THE DEALERSHIP. FINALLY, THE DEALERSHIP SAID THE ISSUE IS THE BATTERY IS LOW. DON'T THINK THIS WOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM THROUGH... *TR
TRANSMISSION UP SHIFTS/DOWN SHIFTS VERY HARD AT SPEEDS BETWEEN 10-30MPH. WORSE WHEN IN TRAFFIC. *TR
EARLY MODEL 2011 FORD FIESTA ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH DEFEAT-ABLE TRACTION CONTROL. LATE MODEL 2011 AND ALL 2012 MODELS HAVE A MENU TO DISABLE THE FEATURE. MODERATE SNOWFALL. APPROXIMATELY 4-6 INCHES. IF VEHICLE IS STOPPED BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC, OR A STOP SIGN OR BECOMES STUCK IN THE SNOW IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TURN OFF THE TRACTION CONTROL FEATURE ON THE VEHICLE TO GET MOVING AGAIN OR TO GET UN-STUCK. THE TRACTION CONTROL IS SO AGGRESSIVE THAT THE WHEELS WILL LITERALLY NOT TURN IF ANY SLIP IS DETECTED. THIS FORCES THE DRIVER TO EXIT THEIR VEHICLE AND PUSH THE VEHICLE OR SHOVEL DOWN TO THE PAVEMENT, OR WAIT FOR A TOW TRUCK. EITHER WAY THE DRIVER IS EXPOSED TO TRAFFIC IN INCLEMENT WEATHER. YOU CAN SIT IN THE CAR AND HOPE NO ONE HITS YOU WHILE YOU WAIT FOR THE TOW TRUCK. OR YOU CAN GET OUT AND SHOVEL OR PUSH AND HOPE THAT NO ONE HITS YOU. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHOSE ANSWER IS THAT IT IS DEFEAT-ABLE AND THEY CITE A PAGE IN THE OWNERS MANUAL THAT DOESN'T EXIST IN THE EARLY MODEL YEAR FIESTA'S. THE DEALERSHIP ALSO ATTEMPTED TO GIVE ME THE SAME ANSWER. I HAD TO SHOW THEM THAT THE PAGE OF THE BOOK THEY WERE CITING WAS A LATER PRINTING. EXITING YOUR VEHICLE IN A SNOWSTORM OR JUST AFTER A SNOWFALL IS A VERY SERIOUS SITUATION. EVEN STAYING IN YOUR CAR BLOCKING TRAFFIC IN A SNOWSTORM OR AFTER SNOWFALL IS A SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS SITUATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. FORD NEEDS TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM FOR ALL EARLY MODEL YEAR 2011 FIESTA'S. FORD HAS ALREADY ACKNOWLEDGED AN OVERSIGHT WITHOUT SAYING IT BY PUTTING THE FEATURE IN LATTER BUILT 2011'S AND ALL 2012'S. AS THE SNOWY SEASON APPROACHES I AM FACED WITH THE SAME DANGEROUS SITUATIONS THAT I THOUGHT FORD MAY FIX ON THEIR OWN. I NEED YOUR HELP. *TR
2011 FORD FIESTA. ATTORNEY WRITES ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE CATCHING FIRE WHILE DRIVING *TGW THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE STATED HE WAS DRIVING WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATED, WHEN SUDDENLY THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO LOSE POWER AND THE HEATER STOPPED WORKING. THE DRIVER STOPPED THE VEHICLE, AFTER SEEING A GLARE AT THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW. HE TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF AND REMOVED THE KEY. THE FIRE STARTED IN THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE UNDER THE DASHBOARD. ACCORDING TO THE FIRE REPORT, THE FIRE WAS DUE TO AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. *JB
2011 FORD FIESTA, HAVE HAD FOR 28 DAYS (PURCHASED ON 11/10/10) HAS BEEN IN TO SHOP TWICE. FIRST TIME THE ENGINE WAS VERY SLOW TO TURN ON--LIKE A DEAD BATTERY WITH CLICKING NOISES. THIS TIME, THE CAR WAS SLOW TO TURN ON AND WOULD NOT GO INTO GEAR, WOULD TRY TO REVERSE OR DRIVE AND IT WOULD REV LIKE IT WAS IN NEUTRAL. FINALLY GOT IT TO FUNCTION, BUT WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT DRIVING IT. TOOK TO DEALERSHIP TODAY, THEY RECHARGED THE BATTERY AND SCRAPPED SOME PAINT OFF OF SOME PART AND PUT SOME KIND OF OIL ON IT. I WAS TOLD THAT BATTERY PROBLEMS COULD AFFECT SOME THING IN THE TRANSMISSION'S MEMORY AND THAT THE CAR COULD "FORGET" HOW TO GO INTO GEAR OR FORGET WHAT GEAR IT IS IN. THIS WORRIES ME AS I DRIVE QUITE A BIT FOR WORK. I WAS TOLD AT DEALERSHIP THAT ALL VEHICLES HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM (CHEVY, DODGE, ETC....) I AM NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THAT. I AM KEEPING ALL PAPERWORK RELATED TO THIS BECAUSE I DON'T THINK CHARGING THE BATTERY AND SCRAPING SOME PAINT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH FIXING THIS PROBLEM. THE CAR HAS 1200 MILES ON IT (MAINLY HIGHWAY) AND I REALLY EXPECTED A MUCH BETTER PRODUCT. I EVEN HAD TO MISS A NIGHT OF WORK DUE TO SITTING IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THE BATTER PART OF THE DAY. *TR
WE QUESTIONED THE DEALER SALESPERSON ABOUT THE ERRATIC BEHAVIOR THE NIGHT WE PURCHASED THE CAR. WE WERE TOLD THE VEHICLE HAD A MANUAL TRANSMISSION THAT SHIFTED AUTOMATICALLY. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND OR THE DEALERSHIP HAS BEEN QUESTIONED MANY TIMES REGARDING THE ISSUE. MOST RECENTLY THERE WAS A NOTICE FOR A REPROGRAMMING OF THE TRANSMISSION, THIS DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THE DEALERS STILL INSIST THAT THE BEHAVIOR IS NORMAL. THIS BEHAVIOR HAS NOW CREATED MANY CLOSE CALL SITUATIONS FROM LUNGING WHEN GOING FORWARD AND REVERSE. THE SHIFTING IS VERY ERRATIC AND MAKES A LOT OF NOISE FROM 0 TO 20 MPH OR SO. I'M ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT THE RESALE VALUE OF THIS VEHICLE SINCE I JUST RECENTLY STARTING DOING RESEARCH ON THE ISSUE AND HAVE FOUND IT'S A WIDESPREAD PROBLEM. PLEASE ADVISE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FIESTA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE ENGINE BEGAN TO ROAR AND THE VEHICLE EXHIBITED AN ABNORMAL CLICKING BEFORE STALLING. THE ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL DURING THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE TRANSMISSION WOULD EXHIBIT HESITATION. ON A SEPARATE OCCASION THE GEAR WAS SHIFTED INTO DRIVE WHEN THE TRANSMISSION FAILED TO OPERATE. THE FAILURES RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOUR TIMES FOR THE FAILURE. THE TCM AND PCM MODULES WERE REPLACED AND LATER, THE COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS UPDATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85. UPDATED 10/17/12*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT MOVE FORWARD. THE DEALER REPLACED A CABLE. EIGHT MONTHS LATER, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. ON ANOTHER OCCASION, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AND WHEN IT DID START IT WOULD STALL, OR JUST REV. THE TRANSMISSION MODULE WAS REPLACED. DRIVER'S SEAT BELT LATCH HAS TROUBLE LATCHING OR DOESN'T HOLD. WILL BE REPLACING SEAT BELT LATCH THIS WEEK THROUGH DEALERSHIP. *TR
2011 FORD FIESTA AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SHIFTS ERRATICALLY AND INTERMITTENTLY WHENEVER UPSHIFTING FROM 1ST TO 2ND GEAR. ENGINE/TRANSMISSION SHAKES AND SOMETIMES MAKES CLANKING NOISES. ENGINE ALSO SEEMS TO STAY ENGAGED TO CLUTCH (OR WHATEVER TRANSMISSION MECHANISM ENGAGES ENGINE TO DRIVE TRAIN) AT ALL TIMES, BECAUSE SUDDEN HARD BRAKING CAN STOP ENGINE. DEALERSHIP HAS TRIED TO FIX TRANSMISSION PROBLEM(S) AT LEAST THREE TIMES, AND COMPUTER FIRMWARE 'UPGRADES' HAVE BEEN DOWNLOADED TO TRANSMISSION CONTROLLER(S) AT LEAST TWICE BY DEALERSHIP. PROBLEMS HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED. *TR
THIS VEHICLE, BOUGHT NEW IN SEPTEMBER, 2010, HAD LOUD SOUNDS COMING FROM THE ENGINE AREA. FORD HAS PUT 2 NEW TRANSMISSIONS IN IT. THE 3RD REPAIR ATTEMPT WAS DIAGNOSED AS A PROBLEM THAT "ENGINEERING HAS TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION". FORD, ON TWO OF THE 3 REPAIR ATTEMPTS, SENT OUT A FIELD ENGINEER TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THE FIRST ENGINEER (ON THE 2ND REPAIR ATTEMPT) SAID TO PUT ANOTHER NEW TRANSMISSION IN THE VEHICLE, (THE 2ND NEW TRANSMISSION TO BE PUT IN THE VEHICLE). THIS STILL DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM, ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE MANAGER (ON THE 3RD REPAIR ATTEMPT, 2 AT ONE DEALER, AND THIS 1ST ATTEMPT AT ANOTHER DEALER, - THIRD OVERALL) SAID "IT'S THE CLUTCH. WE TOOK OTHER CARS OUT, AND WITH THE LAPTOP, WE WERE ABLE TO DUPLICATE IT ON EVERY ONE OF THEM." THE DUPLICATION HE WAS SPEAKING OF INVOLVES THE TRANSMISSION AND IT'S CLUTCH SYSTEM, JUST INTRODUCED THIS MODEL YEAR OF 2011 BY FORD. IT IS THE 6 SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, WITH A DUAL CLUTCH. THE SITUATION IS THAT WHEN YOU COME TO A SUDDEN STOP, THE TRANSMISSION DOES NOT DOWNSHIFT TO A LOWER GEAR FAST ENOUGH. WHEN YOU TRY TO ACCELERATE, AFTER A SUDDEN STOP, THE VEHICLE SEEMS STUCK IN A HIGHER GEAR. THE CAR MOMENTARILY STALLS BEFORE TAKING OFF. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS WHEN TRYING TO CROSS LANES OF A HIGHWAY AT BUSY TIMES. WE DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN IT. WE WERE TOLD, IN AN EMAIL, BY A FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, "AS I EXPLAINED TO YOU ON THE PHONE THE FORD ENGINEERS ARE AWARE AND ARE RESEARCHING A SOLUTION TO YOUR VEHICLE'S CONCERN. AIRBAG OFF LIGHT COMES ON FREQUENTLY WHEN ADULT PASSENGER IS SEATED IN 2011 FORD MUSTANG . YOUR WEB SITE DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO SELECT A FORD MUSTANG FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU SO MY APOLOGY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO SELECT SOME SORT OR VEHICLE TO CONTINUE FILING THIS COMPLAINT. THE PASSENGER AIRBAG OFF LIGHT COMES ON AT VARIOUS STAGES OF DRIVING. MY WIFE WEIGHS 130 LBS AND IT GOES OFF WITH HER SITTING THERE. IT COMES OFF AND ON AT RANDOM TIMES FOR AS LONG AS 30 SECONDS WEATHER YOU ARE DRIVING STRAIGHT ,AROUND A CORNER , ACCELERATING OR DECELERATING. THIS PROBLEM STARTED ON MY DRIVE HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP. I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICING AT MAROONE FORD OF DEL RAY BEACH, FL. TWICE. THE LAST TIME THEY KEPT THE CAR FOR 6 DAYS AND TOLD ME EVERY PART ASSOCIATED WITH THE AIRBAG SYSTEM WAS REPLACED. WHEN I DROPPED THE CAR OFF I SHOWED THEM CEL PHONE VIDEO OF MY WIFE IN THE SEAT, THE CAR MOVING, AND THE AIRBAG OFF LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE PROBLEM IS STILL HAPPENING. THIS CAR IS A CONVERTIBLE AND I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED IT IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THE KIND OF JEOPARDY THAT I WAS PLACING PASSENGERS IN EVERY TIME THEY RIDE IN MY CAR. THE NEW HEAD RESTRAINT POSITION ON THE CARS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR MY WIFE TO DRIVE THE CAR COMFORTABLY. SHE HAS SHORT ARMS AND LEGS, WHICH REQUIRE THE SEAT TO BE FORWARD AND UPRIGHT. THE HEADREST IN THIS POSITION IS PLACES HER HEAD TIPPED DOWN TOWARD HER CHEST. AGAIN, UNCOMFORTABLE TO DRIVE. TO GET THE SEAT WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE TO DRIVE, AND HER LOOKING STRAIGHT OUT THE WINDSHIELD, THE HEADREST NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AND/OR INSTALLED BACKWARDS. THE BACKWARDS POSITION IS A SAFER OPTION. AFTER HAVING NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR FOR THE FIRST 16000 MILES IT NOW JERKS AND THE TRANS FEELS AS IF YOUR DRIVING OVER RUMBLE STRIPS WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOP; BUMPING AND JERKING. SEEMS LIKE IT CANT SHIFT GEARS AND HAS NO ACCELERATION. THE CAR PERFORMS WORSE THE HOTTER THE ENGINE GETS. THIS CAR RIDES ANYTHING BUT SMOOTH. ALWAYS FEELS LIKE ITS GOING TO STALL. *TR
