MANY OTHER OWNERS HAVE SAME PROBLEM, IT'S VERY COMMON. CODE P1450 AND P0456. CAUSES CAR TO NOT TURN ON AFTER FILLING UP GAS TANK. FOR SOME IT HAS STALLED THE CAR WHILE DRIVING AND UNABLE TO START CAR. THIS PART SHOULD BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. 2017 FIESTA, 50K MILES. EASY WAY TO TEST IS PULL THE TUBE FROM BETWEEN THE ENGINE AND FIREWALL AND IF VACUUM IS PRESENT IT'S LEAKING. DOES NOT REQUIRE TOOLS TO DISCONNECT. IF AIR IS MOVING THROUGH, YOU HAVE A LEAKING VALVE. IF YOU REMOVE THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY AND BLOW ON THE END, IT NEEDS TO NOT COME OUT FROM OTHER END.
ENGINE LIGHT CONTINUES TO COME ON. AFTER ADDING GAS TO VECHICLE, ℂ𝕒𝕣 WILL STALL. SOMETIMES TAKES SEVERAL MINUTES TO START. WAS TOLD BY SEVERAL MECHANICS IT'S THE FUEL SYSTEM BC THERE IS NO CAP, ONLY THE FLAP THAT DOESN'T CLOSE PROPERLY. CAR HAS STALLED WHILE DRIVING SEVERAL TIMES. ONLY 58,300 MILES ON VECHICLE.
