THE AXLE BROKE AND MY TRANSMISSION FLUID IS LEAKING MY GEARS CHANGE BUT VAN WON'T MOVE.

AFTER COMING TO AN ABRUPT STOP AND INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE DRIVER DISCOVERED THAT THE REAR AXLE ASSEMBLY HAD FRACTURED DUE TO SEVERE RUST AND CORROSION. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.

ON 4-20-06 WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AT 55 MPH THE RUBBER SURROUNDING THE FRONT WINDSHIELD ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE ALSO CAME LOOSE. THE RUBBER IS STILL ATTACHED AT THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR.
