TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE SERVICE POWER STEERING WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. AFTER PARKING THE VEHICLE AND RESTARTING THE ENGINE, THE INDICATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO GEORGE WAIKEM FORD (4321 LINCOLN WAY E, MASSILLON, OH 44646) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER STEERING AND RACK AND PINION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,107. *TT
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 80 MPH, AN AUDIBLE BEEP OCCURRED AND THE "POWER STEERING DEFAULT" MESSAGE DISPLAYED. THE POWER STEERING SUDDENLY MALFUNCTIONED, WHICH MADE THE STEERING WHEEL VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN IN EITHER DIRECTION. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER (JENKINS AND WYNNE FORD, 2655 CLINTON RD CLARKSVILLE, TN) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING MODULE WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT THE DRIVER MAY LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE WHILE THE POWER STEERING FAILURE OCCURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 189,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN INTERNAL FRACTURE CONCERNING THE FUEL SYSTEM. THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V793000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE), BUT THE CONTACT DID NOT RECEIVE A NOTICE FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE PROGRESSED AND THERE WAS A STRONG ODOR OF FUEL AND A WARNING INDICATOR FOR THE FUEL SYSTEM ILLUMINATED. AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC REPLACED THE FUEL TANK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BY A DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
A YEAR BEFORE I HAD THE POWER STEERING FIXED. I GOT MESSAGE ON MY DASH BOARD POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT WHEN I CRUNK MY CAR UP. I TURNED MY CAR OFF AND THEN BACK ON. THE MESSAGE DISAPPEARED AND DID NOT SEE IT AGAIN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING YEAR 2018 WHEN THE MESSAGE APPEARED AGAIN, ONLY THIS TIME IT DID NOT GO AWAY AND I COULD NO LONGER STEER MY CAR. I HAD THE TAKE IT TO FORD SHOP TO HAVE THE POWER STEERING FIXED.
MY POWER STEERING WENT OUT UNEXPECTEDLY. I HAD BEEN PARKED AT A STORE AND WHEN I TURNED THE VEHICLE ON, IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. THE MESSAGE "POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT" CAME UP ON MY DASHBOARD. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR 2011 FORD FUSIONS WITH THIS SAME PROBLEM. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND IT COST ME $1,713.41 TO HAVE IT REPAIRED.
AT THE BEGINNING OF MARCH I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND MY POWER STEERING IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DRIVE HOME, TRIED TO LOCK UP ON ME. I WAS ABLE TO GET TO MY WORK AND AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS OF WORK IT CRANKED UP AND WORKED FINE. AT THE TIME I KNEW I WAS GOING TO HAVE SOME REPAIRS DONE ON MY CAR AND THOUGHT THEY WOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AFTER REPLACING BOTH OF THE WHEEL BEARINGS IN THE FRONT OF THE CAR AND A HUB I STARTED HAVING A WEIRD NOISE AND A JERKING OF THE WHEEL HAPPENING. PERSONALLY I WAS CONCERNED AND TRIED TO GET MY MECHANIC TO LOOK AT IT AS SOON AS HE COULD BUT THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE HE NEEDED A WEEK WHICH WORKED FOR ME BECAUSE I WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN FOR WORK AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE OKAY, THERE WAS NO LIGHTS INDICATING A PROBLEM. I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THE THREE HOURS TO WHERE I WAS GOING TO WORK AND UNLOADED MY VEHICLE AT THE PLACE I WAS GOING TO STAY AND ONE HOUR LATER CRANKED UP TO DRIVE TO WORK. IT WAS LIKE LIFTING WEIGHTS I COULD BARELY TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. FORTUNATELY IT MADE IT TO A PARKING LOT NEAR WORK AND THEN THINGS WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE. AFTER TRYING TO CHECK AND SEE WITH THE FORD COMPANY WHAT THEY COULD DO I WAS TOLD I NEEDED MY VIN NUMBER SO I CALLED BACK WITH THE VIN NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THE PERSON I NEEDED TO TALK TO HAD GONE HOME WITH IN THE HALF HOUR 3PM. WELL I WORK AND AFTER THAT THINKING IT WILL DO THE SAME THING IT HAS PREVIOUSLY DONE I PROCEED TO CRANK UP MY CAR AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW IT WILL ONLY TURN IN A CIRCLE IT WOULDN'T EVEN UNLOCK TO LET ME BACK UP STRAIGHT NO MATTER WHAT GEAR IT WAS IN.
I HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH FRIENDS WHO HAVE THE SAME VEHICLE MODEL AN YEAR. EACH OF US HAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM REGARDING THE POWER STEERING. IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING, AN ALERT POPS UP STATING "POWER STEERING ASSIST FAILURE". WHEN THIS OCCURS, THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKS UP AND DOES NOT MOVE. LUCKILY I WAS IN A LOCATION THAT WAS NOT BUSY AND DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS. I STOPPED THE VEHICLE, SHUT IT OFF, WAITED A FEW SECONDS, AND RESTARTED WITH NO PROBLEM. EVENTUALLY RESTARTING THE VEHICLE DID NOT RESET THE PROBLEM. I HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP TO BE FIXED. IT COST $1,400 TO FIX THIS UNSAFE PROBLEM.
BACK IN APRIL, MY SON WAS DRIVING THE CAR. HE WAS GETTING OFF OF ONE HIGHWAY AND MERGING ONTO ANOTHER MAJOR HIGHWAY. WHILE GOING AROUND THE BEND, THE POWER STEERING GAVE OUT AND HE WAS NOT ABLE TO TURN THE WHEEL. HE HIT THE CURB, BLEW THE DRIVERS SIDE TIRE AND BOUNCED TO THE RIGHT, WHERE HE COULD HAVE WENT OVER INTO THE RIVER BELOW. THANKFULLY HE DID NOT AND CAME OUT OF IF SAFELY. NO OTHER VEHICLES WERE INVOLVED. THE CAR HAD TO BE TOWED. I PUT A CASE IN WITH FORD, AND THEY DENIED MY CLAIM. NO RHYME OR REASON AS WHEN I ASKED WHY, THEY COULD NOT TELL ME. NOW JUST BECAUSE THIS IS ONLY A SPECIFIED VIN NUMBER RECALL DOESN'T MEAN THIS CANNOT HAPPEN TO THE OTHER 2010 FUSIONS. I HAD THE CAR TOWED A FEW WEEKS LATER TO A FORD DEALERSHIP, AND THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF 2395.00 PLUS TAX. NOW, THAT IS FOR THE RACK & PINION, AKA, STEERING COLUMN, TIRE, CLOCK SPRING OR SOMETHING AND A COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS. IF THE OUTCOME OF THE ACCIDENT HAD BEEN DIFFERENT, FORD PROBABLY WOULD HAVE PAID FOR IT. ALL I HAVE DRIVEN ARE FORDS, MY WHOLE ENTIRE FAMILY HAS FORDS. SO, WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP FOR ME TO TAKE? I AM GOING TO TALK TO A LAWYER TO SEE WHAT MY OPTIONS ARE.
HAVE A 2010 FORD FUSION. LF CV AXEL SEAL WAS LEAKING. TOOK CAR IN AND HAD BUSHING, SEAL, AND SHAFT REPLACED. DROVE CAR 150 MILES. SAME EXACT ISSUE. AFTER RESEARCHING THIS PROBLEM. THIS TRANSMISSION LEAK IS A "VERY" COMMON PROBLEM WITH THESE CARS. NOT ONLY DID I PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX THE LEAK WITH ALL NEW PARTS, BUT THIS LEAK CAN CAUSE THE TRANSMISSION TO BLOW. FORD NEEDS TO RECALL THIS AND GET THE PROBLEM FIXED. HOW DOES A PERSON HAVE ALL NEW PARTS PUT IN TO FIX THE LEAK AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST??? MANUFACTURES SHOULD HAVE TO STAND BY THERE PRODUCTS AND FIX SUCH A MAJOR PROBLEM. EVERY TIME I DRIVE THE CAR IT LEAKS FLUID. WHAT WILL BE NEXT TO FIX?? MY TRANSMISSION BECAUSE FORD WON'T FIX THE PROBLEM.
THERE A PAST RECALL ON MY CAR WHICH THERE WAS AN ISSUE WHERE THE STUDS ON MY WHEEL WOULD FALL OFF. I CONTINUE TO HAVE THEM BREAK OFF MY CAR. AND FORD IS REFUSING TO HELP FIX, REPAIR AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSUE. THIS IS NOT NORMAL AND I HAVE PLACED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND FORD TELLS MY ITS MY PROBLEM NOT THEIRS. I NOTICE THE STUDS MISSING NORMALLY AFTER DRIVING. WHICH MAKES THIS EVEN MORE OF AN ISSUES. I PUT A DATE WHEN THIS HAPPEN IN THIS FORM BUT ITS BEEN ON GOING FOR SEVERAL YEARS.
BRAKES WENT TO FLOOR. TOOK IN TO FORD DEALER, SAID IT NEEDED AN ABS MODULE. HAD THEM REPLACE THAT, IT WAS ALMOST $1800.00, THEN BRAKES WENT TO FLOOR AGAIN AND THEN TOLD US IT NEEDED A NEW BOOSTER, THAT WAS ANOTHER $800.00!! BRAKES WENT TO FLOOR AGAIN, THEN TOOK BACK AND SAID CAN FIND NOTHING WRONG. CANNOT TRUST DRIVING THIS CAR! SEEMS TO BE A VERY COMMON ISSUE ON THESE CARS. THIS IS A COMPANY CAR I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH AND FELT THAT THIS ISSUE NEEDED TO BE REPORTED.
TAKATA RECALL IT HAS OVER 24 MONTHS SINCE THE RECALL CAME OUT AND YET I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE NOTIFICATION BY MAIL AND THAT WAS TO TELL ME THAT I HAD A RECALL ON MY AIRBAG. I FEEL UNSAFE DRIVING MY VEHICLE AND THE LACK OF PARTS HAS MADE MY VEHICLE PRETTY USELESS IF I WAS TO GET INTO A CAR ACCIDENT. THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY WITH FORD AND PUSHING THOSE PARTS DOWN TO THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP THAT WAY OTHER PEOPLE CARS CAN GET FIX.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.

I WAS DRIVING DOWN A CITY ROAD DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC AND WITH NO WARNING MY STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP. I COULD NOT EVEN BUDGET IT AN INCH. I HAD TO STOP THE CAR IN MID TRAFFIC LUCKY ME AND MY SON WHERE NOT HIT. THIS COULD HAVE KILLED ME AND MY 4 YEAR OLD. EVEN THE ADULT MEN THAT HELPED COULD NOT MOVE THE WHEEL. FOUND OUT ITS THE POWERING STEERING ISSUE THAT FORD IS WELL AWARE OF. THEY RECALLED 2011 AND UP BUT NOT THE 2010? NOW FORD IS TELLING ME I CAN PAY $170 TO RESET IT OR $1200 TO FIX IT. FIRST OFF THE RESET IS NO GUARANTEE IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN., SO YOU WANT ME TO PAY $1200 WHICH I DON,T HAVE OR RESET A FAULTY SWITCH THAT COULD RELAPSE AGAIN POSSIBLY KILLING ME?
WHILE DRIVING THIS CAR THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING JUST QUIT. MAKING STEERINGBTHIS CAR VERY DIFFICULT IN HEAVY RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC IN ATLANTA, GA. ALSO GIVING 'ELECTRIC POWER STEERING FAULT' THAT WOULD NOT CLEAR. I HAD TO PAY FORD $1515 TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE RACK AND PINION STEERING SYSTEM JUST TO USE THE CAR AGAIN. WHY WAS THE MODEL YEAR NOT PART TO FIRST RECALL!!!! RIDICULOUS TO HAVE MISSED THIS ALLOWED SUCH AN ERROR TO CONTINUE!!! I WANT TO SEE THIS RECALLED IMMEDIATELY!!! IT IS VERY DANGEROUS!!!
POWER STEERING FAILS COMPLETELY. LOCKING WHICH PREVENTS STEERING. GET THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE: POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT. OCCURRED WHEN I STARTED CAR. TURNED ENGINE OFF/ON. THIS CLEARED THE FAILURE. NOTE; TIRE AIR PRESSURE IS NOT LOW. I UNDERSTAND THAT 2011 & 2012 MODEL YEARS HAVE BEEN RECALLED FOR THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A $1400 REPAIR AT FORD. FORD SERVICE INSTRUCTED ME NOT TO DRIVE THIS CAR AS IT ISN'T SAFE.

THE CONTACT CALLED DOVI MOTORS AT 607-756-2801 (263 TOMPKINS ST, CORTLAND, NY 13045) AND WAS INFORMED TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000.
POWER STEERING ASSIST FAILURE ! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BEFORE PEOPLE ARE KILLED BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM ! THIS PROBLEM COMES AND GOES AND CREATES A VERY UNSAFE SITUATION , YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN IT WILL HAPPEN !
TRANSMISSION FAILURE DUE TO INSIDE BUSHING WEARING OUT AND DAMAGING AXLE AT 58,328 MILES LAST WEEK. WE PURCHASED THIS CAR NEW IN 2010 AND HAVE TAKEN GOOD CARE OF IT. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON. LAST WEEK AND OUR MECHANIC DISCOVERED THE DAMAGE DURING A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE/MAINTENANCE CHECK UP. TRANSMISSION AND AXLE HAVE TO BE REPLACED AT $4300. FORD COMPANY SEEMS TO BE "AWARE" OF THIS PROBLEM AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. SHOULD BE A RECALL AND FALL UNDER THE LEMON LAW DUE TO THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS OF TRANSMISSION FAILURE IN THE FUSIONS AND THIS IS DANGEROUS AND EXPENSIVE, TO SAY THE LEAST. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM. NOT HAPPY WITH FORD MOTOR COMPANY. DOESN'T FALL UNDER WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE LESS THAN 60,000 MILES ON IT BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD IT LONGER THAN FIVE YEARS. ALSO LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP CHARGES $100 JUST TO DO A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TEST. THE INDEPENDENT MECHANICS IN TOWN CHARGE NOTHING.

WHILE DRIVING MY FUSION ON ROADWAY OR HIGHWAY THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKS UP AND I CAN'T TURN IT. AFTER HAPPENING TWICE I HAD THE STEERING RACK AND PINION REPLACED WHICH IS WHAT THEY SAID THE PROBLEM WAS BUT IT HAS HAPPEN AGAIN. IT CAUSED ME 1200.00 TO GET THIS DONE AND PROBLEM IS STILL HAPPEN. VERY UPSET AND SCARE TO DRIVE MY FUSION.
WHILE DRIVING AT 30-40MPH, I WAS DECELERATING AND CROSSING OVER A MERGING LANE APPROACHING A RIGHT TURN NEAR MY HOME. BEFORE I COULD COMPLETE MY MANEUVER, A LOUD AUDIBLE ALARM SOUNDED AND IMMEDIATELY ALL POWER STEERING WAS LOST AND MY WHEELS LOCKED AND TURNED SHARPLY TO THE RIGHT. I WAS SENT INTO A 180 DEGREE SPIN DUE TO THE SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER AND LOCKING OF MY WHEELS. MY VEHICLE WAS THROWN INTO NOW ONCOMING TRAFFIC COMING FROM THE MERGING LANE. IN A PANIC, I TRIED TO STEER MY VEHICLE AND MANEUVER OUT OF THE ROAD, BUT EVEN WITH THE FULL FORCE OF MY UPPER BODY, I WAS ONLY ABLE TO VERY SLOWLY TURN THE WHEEL. MY PASSENGER, FROM THE PASSENGER SEAT, ATTEMPTED TO ASSIST MY EFFORTS TO STEER AND IT TOOK THE BOTH OF US TO MANEUVER THE STEERING WHEEL TO AN ANGLE THAT WOULD ALLOW US TO GET THE CAR OUT OF THE ROAD. I'VE DRIVEN VEHICLES WITHOUT POWER STEERING BEFORE, AND I CAN CLEARLY ATTEST THAT IT WAS MORE THAN JUST A LOSS OF POWER STEERING THAT WAS HAMPERING MY ABILITY TO STEER. A QUICK GOOGLE SEARCH REVEALED THAT THAT THIS VEHICLE HAS ELECTRICAL POWER STEERING. I'M POSITIVE THAT MY WHEELS WERE ESSENTIALLY LOCKED BECAUSE I WAS OVERCOMING NOT ONLY A POWER-STEERING LOSS, BUT ALSO THE EXTREME RESISTANCE OF THE FAILED POWER STEERING MOTOR. IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE THAT ABSOLUTELY HAS THE POTENTIAL TO KILL SOMEBODY. AFTER THE ABS ENGAGES DUE TO BRAKING ON A SLIPPERY OR BUMPY SURFACE THE BRAKE PEDAL WILL LOSE POWER TO BRAKE THE CAR EFFECTIVELY. THE PEDAL WILL HAVE TO BE PUSHED TO THE FLOOR AND THE CAR WILL ONLY SLIGHTLY SLOW. THIS HAS HAPPENED INTERMITTENTLY 2 OR 3 TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF A YEAR. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO CORRECT ITSELF AFTER 5 TO 10 MINUTES OF DRIVING AND "PUMPING" THE BRAKES. THE LOCAL FORD DEALER CLAIMS IT IS A FAULTY HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT. A PRIOR EVENT HAPPENED WITH THE SAME RESULT WHEN JUST BEGINNING TO DRIVE ON A FLAT, SMOOTH SURFACE.

I'M REALLY NERVOUS ABOUT THIS HAPPENING WHILE I'M DRIVING. I HEARD THAT THE 2011 AND 2012 FUSIONS WERE RECALLED BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE BUT NOT THE 2010. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAID THAT I WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE STEERING SYSTEM FIXED. I HAVE SEEN A CLASS-ACTION SUIT FOR THE SAME ISSUE.

RECALL 15V793000: FUEL TANK CRACKS AND LEAKS FUEL. 03/05/2018 MY CAR HAD CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. I CHECKED IT AT FIRESTONE SERVICE AND IT SHOWED CODE P1450. THEY FOUND THAT VALVE COVER GASKET WAS LEAKING. I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT THIS IS A RECALL AND I HAVE TO GO TO DEALER. WHILE PUTTING NEW FLUID IN, NOTICED A LEAK IN DRIVERS SIDE WHEEL. REPAIRED A BROKEN BRAKE LINE & REPLACED CALIPER AT DRIVERS SIDE REAR. COULD NOT GET BRAKE LINES TO BLEED PROPERLY AFTER REPAIR, RESULTING IN MUSHY PEDAL WITH DECREASED BRAKING ABILITY. TOOK IT TO FORD DEALER AND RECEIVED A WORK ORDER STATING THAT IT NEEDS AN ABS HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT, BRAKE PADS, ROTORS, ETC... COST OF REPAIRS = $5,000 REPLACED ALL FOUR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS AND PASSENGER REAR CALIPER, AS WELL AS BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER. ATTEMPT TO BLEED BRAKES EVEN WITH THE KEY IN IGNITION & CAR ON. NO AIR COMING OUT OF BRAKE LINE BUT, BRAKE PEDAL STILL NOT BUILDING PRESSURE AND GOING TO THE FLOOR. FOUND OUT THAT A VALVE IN HCU HAD TENDENCY TO STICK PROVIDING THIS EXACT RESULT.

ACCORDING TO THE DEALERSHIP, TO FORD, AND TO THE COMPLAINTS POSTED HERE, THE REQUISITE REPLACEMENT PARTS MAY TAKE "FOREVER" TO BECOME AVAILABLE. MEANWHILE, WE DRIVE A CAR IN WHICH A MINOR ACCIDENT COULD BE FATAL BECAUSE OF THE INFLATOR. WHY ARE WE NOT ENTITLED TO USE A LOANER CAR UNTIL PARTS ARE AVAILABLE? PREVIOUSLY MY CAR WAS STUCK AT THE FORD DEALERSHIP FOR OVER 8 MONTHS DUE TO A FUEL SYSTEM RECALL, AND THEY REFUSED TO BUY BACK THE CAR BUT DID SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO THE PAINT, AND INTERIOR OF THE CAR WHEN THEY HAD IT.
