Power Steering stopped working for third time in last four years. It makes the vehicle difficult to drive.
Recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL 3.0 6 cylinder car and the power steering assist fault indicator light was on and its really hard to turn my steering wheel due to the power steering going on its messed up my front end alignment and now my AC doesn't work. I need this fixed and I have paperwork stating that NHTSA RECALL for my year model vehicle will be free of charge to repair it. I really need my car fixed I threw my should out of place due to the hard steering
THE POWER STEERING CONTROL MODULE (PSCM) FAILED ON MY VEHICLE. THIS RESULTED IN IMMEDIATE LOSS OF POWER STEERING WHILE DRIVING AND, IN TURN, CAUSED EXTREME DIFFICULTY TURNING AND MODERATE DIFFICULTY MAINTAINING A STRAIGHT LINE. ACCORDING TO FORD, THE ENTIRE STEERING GEAR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE THE PSCM IS INTEGRAL TO THE STEERING GEAR. REFERENCE EXISTING RECALL#15V340000 FOR THIS MODEL AND YEAR WITH THE EXACT SAME COMPONENTS, BUT NOT INCLUSIVE OF MY VIN.
I WAS ABOUT TO MAKE A UTURN WHEN MY STEERING WHEEL FROZE UP ON ME. SCARY AND DANGEROUS. I HAD TO MAKE A LEFT INSTEAD OF THE UTURN THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE WAY I TURNED THE CAR OFF AND STARTED IT AGAIN. FEW MINUTES LATER I WENT TO THE BANK AND PARK IN A PARKING SPACE, WENT BACK TO MY CAR TO LEAVE AND MY STEERING WHEEL WAS LOCKED UP. HAD TO GET A TOW HOME. SAID POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,000.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. UPON APPLYING BRAKE PRESSURE, THE PEDAL MUST TRAVEL A SIGNIFICANT DISTANCE BEFORE ANY BRAKING IS FELT. MY CAR HAS HAD NEW BRAKES PUT ON, WHERE THE MECHANIC HAS SAID THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS FROM OWNERS WITH THE SAME CAR. BRAKING DISTANCE IS SIGNIFICANT AND I AM ABLE TO FEEL THE FLOOR WITH MY FOOT. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE. FORD DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE A SOLUTION, SO THEY CONTINUALLY PUSH IT UNDER THE RUG. I HAVE VERIFIED THAT MY MASTER CYLINDER IS WORKING AS EXPECTED WITH NO AIR IN MY LINES. I DO A LOT OF FREEWAY DRIVING, BUT IN ORDER TO STOP ON TIME, I HAVE TO GET OFF THE FREEWAY DOING 10 MPH LESS TO ENSURE I CAN BRAKE IN TIME.
THIS IS THE SECOND AIRBAG RECALL FOR MY FORD FUSION. PREVIOUSLY, THE PASSENGER AIR BAG HAD TO BE REPLACED AND FORD PROVIDED ME WITH A RENTAL CAR DURING THAT PERIOD. NOW, IT'S THE DRIVERS SIDE. THE FORM FORD SENT ME SAID THAT IT WOULD POSSIBLY EXPLODE IF I WAS IN A WRECK BUT THAT I SHOULD CONTINUE DRIVING IT. I JUST WENT TO A FORD DEALERSHIP TO ASK IF THEY COULD FIX OR PROVIDE A RENTAL UNTIL IT CAN BE FIXED. SINCE BASICALLY THEY TOLD ME IN THE LETTER THAT I COULD DIE IF THIS THING EXPLODES, BUT THEY BASICALLY SAID THAT IT'S ON ME AND THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING. PRETTY RIDICULOUS THAT THEY HAVE OFFERED HELP IN THE PAST BUT NOW ARE JUST DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I WAS PULLING OUT FROM MY PARKING SPOT (PARALLEL PARKED) WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE STEERING WHEEL JERKED OUT OF MY HANDS AND THE ELECTRIC POWER ASSIST LIGHT POPPED ON. I WAS ON A SIDE STREET BEGINNING TO ACCELERATE AFTER PULLING OUT INTO TRAFFIC. HAD I BEEN GOING FASTER, IT EASILY COULD HAVE CREATED A WRECK. WHEN THE WHEEL JERKED, I SLAMMED MY BRAKES ON. I TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF THEN ON, AND THE LIGHT POPPED OFF. I RE-PARKED IT BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID TO DRIVE IT, AND BEFORE RE-PARKING, THE LIGHT WAS BACK ON. I FOUND THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM AND LOOKED ON LINE (FORD RECALL #15S18, NHTSA #15V340000). WHEN I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP TO SCHEDULE REPAIR, I WAS TOLD THAT MY VIN WAS OUTSIDE OF THE RECALL RANGE, EVEN THOUGH IT DID INDEED FAIL THE SAME WAY THESE OTHERS FAILED. BECAUSE IT WAS OUTSIDE OF THE RANGE, I WOULD BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS KNOWN DESIGN FAILURE THAT RESULTED IN A NEAR MISS ACCIDENT. I'VE NOT TAKEN IT IN FOR REPAIR YET, HOPING THIS RECALL IS WIDENED TO THE APPROPRIATE RANGE FOR THE SAME FAILURE. I UNDERSTAND IT'S COSTLY, BUT FINDING OUT THIS PROBLEM WAS A KNOWN PROBLEM THAT THEY DIDN'T PROPERLY IDENTIFY POINTS OF CONTAINMENT MADE ME ANGRY.
BEFORE AND NOW I AM UNABLE TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL AT ALL AS WELL AS MY CAR.
POWER STEERING WENT OUT DOING ABOUT 49MPH ON A BUSY HIGHWAY. CAUSING ME TO BE REAR ENDED. THE OTHER CAR LEFT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT. STILL NO POWER STEERING FLUID FINE. EXACT ISSUES AS ALL THE OTHER 2012 RECALLED FORD FUSIONS BUT NOT MINE

THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. The contact owns a 2012 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that she received a recall notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 15V340000 (Steering) and took the vehicle to the dealer for the recall repair; however, the dealer informed the contact that there were no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) for the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM). The contact stated while her son was driving at 40-50 MPH after the repair, the steering wheel lost power steering functionality. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact's son continued to drive the vehicle using extra effort to steer the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who informed the contact that the mechanic could not replicate the failure. The contact stated that the failure reoccurred several times while driving and the power steering warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a second dealer, Chenoweth Ford Inc (1564 E Pike St, Clarksburg, WV 26301) where it was diagnosed that the electric steering gear assembly needed to be replaced; however she would be responsible for the cost of the repair as the vehicle was out of warranty. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
VEHICLE STEERING HAS BEEN ACTING UP FOR A FEW DAYS LIKE IT IS CATCHING AND PULLING IN THE DIRECTION I JUST SLIGHTLY VEER TO. 2 DAYS LATER, WHILE DRIVING ON MAIN HIGHWAY, 60MPH, SERVICE POWER STEERING AND SERVICE ADVANCETRAC DISPLAY ON DASH. COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER STEERING ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN STEERING WHEEL.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HAYFORD FORD (1330 301ST AVE NE, ISANTI, MN 55040) AND DIAGNOSED WITH POWER STEERING FAILURE AND THAT THE POWER STEERING GEAR AND STEERING COLUMN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V340000 (STEERING). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 81,000.
MY CAR JUST DIES WHILE I'M DRIVING. ARE THERE RECALLS I HAVEN'T BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT THAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS? IF SO, HOW DO I GET IT REPAIRED IN THE MOST EXPEDITIOUS MANNER. I ONLY HAVE THE ONE CAR AND IT IS PRETTY UNSAFE AT THIS POINT.
While Driving my 2012 Ford Fusion like any other day… As approaching a 4-way intersection my traffic light was changing to red. When I went to stop using my brakes, my car would not stop at all and went completely through the intersection, and oncoming cars at each directions we’re coming towards me and my children. The brakes were as if they were not there and went completely to the floor and would not or did not stop my car at all. After several times pumping the brakes and strongly engaging in pulling the emergency brake numerous times I finally got my car to somewhat stop. This was the scariest thing I have ever experienced. Most definitely the most dangerous thing I have ever experienced my entire life for myself and my young children. We are truly lucky to be alive from these brakes completely, and unexpectedly spur of the moment going out! No warning!!! Models 2006-2010 Ford Fusions have a recall on this same exact brake system and have the same exact problem with the braking system unexpectedly and dangerously going out!!! Please get the recall extended on past 2010 and include 2011 and 2012 Ford Fusions!!! As they have the same exact braking systems!!!
DRIVING IN TOWN WHEN STEERING WENT OUT. TOOK VEHICLE TO FORD WAS TOLD TO REPLACE STEERING UNIT. ALSO TOLD THERE WAS A RECALL ON FUSIONS BUT NOT ALL. ALSO TOLD THEY EXTENDED WARRANTY TO 150,000 MILES. MINE HAS 170,000. THEY REFUSED ANY HELP. I AM THINKING THEY HAVE A PROBLEM THAT'S NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED

POWER STEERING JUST DIED WHILE I WAS ON HIGHWAY ALMOST LOST CONTROL AND SERVICE POWER STEERING CAME ON FUNNY THING IS IT SHOULD BE RECALLED IT IS HORRIBLE.
THE DRIVER DOOR OPENED WHILE I WAS DRIVING AND I AM CERTAIN THAT I CLOSED IT BEFORE DRIVING. THEN, THE INNER HANDLE PREVENTED MY DOOR FROM BEING OPENED FROM THE INSIDE CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO ROLL DOWN THE WINDOW TO OPEN THE DOOR. A WEEK LATER, TODAY, AND THE LOCK HANDLE HAS NOW FALLEN OFF. NOTICE PHOTOS OF BROKEN LOCK THAT FELL OFF, ALSO, THE DOOR HANDLE HAS ZERO TENSION WITH ONLY A FINGER CAUSING THE DOOR HANDLE TO BE INOPERABLE.
THE POWER STEERING IS NOT WORKING. VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN THE WHEEL

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HER DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING AT AN UNDISCLOSED SPEED THE SERVICE POWER STEERING MESSAGE DISPLAYED AND THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN IN EITHER DIRECTION. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER GREEN FORD LOCATED AT 2211 W. PIONEER PKWY, PEORIA, IL 61615 AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 183,000.
THE DRIVERS SIDE AIR BAG INFLATER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED DUE TO A RECALL.
THE BRAKES ARE "SPONGY". TOOK IT TO OUR MECHANIC WHO REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER TWICE AND THE BRAKES WERE STILL "SPONGY". HE LOOKED AT THE BRAKES AND THEY LOOKED GOOD. HE RECOMMENDED THAT THE ABS SENSOR BE REPLACED, BUT FORD WOULDN'T SELL IT TO HIM. SO, WE TOOK IT TO THE FORD DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE BRAKES, CALIPERS, ETC. AND THE BRAKES REMAIN "SPONGY". THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE THE MASTER CYLINDER, BUT IT IS BRAND NEW.
POWER STEERING WENT WHILE PARKING CAR. FORD SAID STEERING RECALL NOT APPLICABLE TO THIS VIN BECAUSE IT WAS BUILT IN A DIFFERENT PLANT. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD, IF THE STEERING WENT OUT AT A HIGHER SPEED IT COULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT. ALL 2012 FORD FUSIONS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE RECALL BECAUSE THEY ALL RECEIVED THE SAME POWER STEERING COMPONENTS REGARDLESS OF WHICH PLANT THEY WERE BUILT IN.
I received a Recall Notice 21S12/NHTSA 21V-158 in April 2021 and to date July 26, 2021, the problem still has not been corrected. I feel my life is in danger every time I drive my vehicle. I am requesting that this dangerous vehicle impairment be handled as an emergency and greater effort be made to locate the needed parts. Thank You, Regina F. Smith, owner
STEERING FEELS LIKE IT'S REALLY LOSE AND GOES ALL OVER THE ROAD TIRES ARE BOUNCY WHILE DRIVING IT POPS BACK ALSO WHILE CHANGING GEARS
FORD HAS KNOW OF THIS AIRBAG PROBLEM FOR MANY YEARS WITH NUMEROUS VEHICLES THEY HAVE SOLD. WE DILIGENTLY CHECKED AND FORD OR NHTSA HAS ENSURED US THAT OUR VEHICLE WAS NOT ONE THAT IS INVOLVED IN THIS RECALL. AS 03/25/2021 FORD INFORMS US THAT WE NOW HAVE BEEN DRIVING AN UNSAFE VEHICLE SINCE 2012 AND CAN NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM?! THE VEHICLE HAS ALREADY HAD THE PASSENGER AIRBAGS REPLACED DUE TO THE SAME ISSUE! THIS TOOK OVER THREE TIMES TO REMEDY THIS PROBLEM! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED EARLIER! THIS IS ONE OF OUR MAIN TRANSPORTATION THAT WE NOW WONDER IF IT WILL KILL OR MAIM US!

The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
LOUD CREAKING OCCURS FROM STEERING COLUMN AT WARMER TEMPERATURES (OVER 50 DEGREES) WHEN DRIVING. STEERING BECOMES MORE DIFFICULT AS TEMPERATURE RISES AND STEERING WHEEL SHAKES. THERE IS SERIOUS CONCERN ABOUT IMMINENT FAILURE. NO CODES PULL, DEALERSHIP STATES NO ISSUE AFTER BRINGING IT IN TWICE, AND THAT MY VIN IS NOT AFFECTED BY THE LARGER RECALL RELATED TO POWER STEERING FAILURE. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH A RECALL ALREADY LAUNCHED FOR SOME VINS; HOWEVER, ALL CARS FALLING WITHIN THIS MANUFACTURING PERIOD SHOULD BE RECALLED AND ISSUE ADDRESSED. AM CURRENTLY DEBATING HAVING POWER STEERING RACK REPLACED BY ANOTHER MECHANIC AS FORD SIMPLY DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE.
It has been 16 months since I received initial communication about the recall for my driver's side air bag. I've received no other communication regarding this recall and the NHTSA website shows that a remedy is still not available. 16 months is not a timely manner to repair an issue that in the event of airbag deployment can cause serious injury or death. Being 16 months into this process with no remedy, no communication, and no repair in sight, I want to know when Ford is going to give up and give me a new car.
TRANSMISSION FAILURE AT 114,396 MILEAGE DURING ROUTINE CITY STREET DRIVING.
TAIL LIGHT SOCKET MELTED AND BURNED. NOTICED BLINKER AND PASSENGER SIDE BRAKE LIGHT WERE NOT WORKING. PULLED OUT OF HOUSING AND SAW THE SOCKET WAS BURNT AND THE BULB WAS MELTED IN THE SOCKET.
LOUD CREAKING NOISE WHEN TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL AT LOW SPEEDS. IT DOES NOT OCCUR WHEN IT IS COLD OUTSIDE, BUT OCCURS AT TEMPERATURE 70+. IT GET'S REALLY LOUD AT TEMPERATURES NEAR 80 DEGREES AND ABOVE. I AM CONCERNED IT WILL FAIL WHILE DRIVING. EXACT SAME ISSUE AS OTHERS. WHEN I TOOK VEHICLE TO FORD, IT WAS COLD AND THEY SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG.

DEFROST/AC/VENTS BLOW OUT HOT AIR REGARDLESS OF SETTINGS...FOUND THIS TO BE A VERY COMMON ISSUE ONLINE AND AN EXPENSIVE PERMANENT FIX...VENTS/DEFROST/AC MAY BE TRICKED INTO WORKING IF LIGHTS ARE TURNED ON BEFORE STARTING (THINKS IT'S NIGHTTIME OR COVER UP LIGHT SENSOR ON DASH)
I received a notice from you regarding a recall for the airbag in our car on 2/23/21. To date I have not been able to get the airbag replaced and it is now 7/12/21. It doesn't seem right that we have been driving a car that has unsafe airbags for the past 5 months. Is there anything you can do to get this situation resolved? Thank you for your attention to this dangerous situation.
THE AIR CONDITIONER FAN BLOWER MOTOR FREEZES UP UNTIL IT EVENTUALLY STOPS WORKING. IT IS DOING IT AGAIN FOR THE 6TH TIME. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE IT EVERY 1-2 YEARS.
ABOUT LESS THAN A YEAR, MY POWER STEERING WENT OUT. THE MESSAGE READ POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT, AND THE WHEEL WOULD LOCK ELECTRONICALLY. SO I REPLACED THE POWER STEERING PUMP. FAST FORWARD TO PRESENT DAY, SERVICE ADVANCED TRAC AND SERVICE POWER STEERING NOW IS ON THE DASHBOARD. NOW I'M LOOKING TO TOW MY VEHICLE BECAUSE IT SEEMS AGAIN TO BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE POWER STEERING.
CUSTOMER WAS DRIVING TO WORK ON ICE AND LOST POWER STEERING ASSIST . SOUNDS RELATED TO THE 15S18 CAMPAIN. DEALER CLAIMS NO RECALL. THIS IS A DEADLY OR LIFE THEATENING DEFECT AND SHOULD BE APPLIED TO ALL 2011-2013 FORD FUSIONS AND OTHER VEHICLES INVOLVED. LET'S NOT LOSE A LIFE TO A KNOWN DEFECT.
THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE, SERVICE POWER STEERING AND SERVICE ADVANCE TRACK MESSAGES DISPLAYED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO TURN IN EITHER DIRECTION. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT YET DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER AND THE LOCAL DEALER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
WHEN IN MOTION, THE VEHICLE'S BRAKE PEDAL HAS EXCESSIVE TRAVEL, ALMOST NEEDING TO BE PUSHED TO THE FLOORBOARD BEFORE ANY BRAKING OCCURS. THE UNCERTAINTY OVER THE CAR'S BRAKING ABILITY MAKES IT DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. NO ERROR CODES OR ABS LIGHTS PRESENT. LOCAL REPAIR SHOP REPLACED BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS AND FOUND NO AIR IN THE SYSTEM WHEN THEY BLED THE BRAKES. THEY SPECULATED IT IS POSSIBLY THE HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT FOR THE ABS. THERE HAS BEEN A RECALL ON EARLIER FUSION MODELS FOR THIS ISSUE, BUT NOT 2012 MODELS FOR SOME REASON.
WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WHEN I HAD A SERVICE POWER STEERING AND ADVANCE TRAC ALERT POP UP ON MY DASH. POWER STEERING WAS STILL WORKING FOR THE REST OF THE DRIVE. WHEN I GOT TO MY DESTINATION I TURNED THE CAR OFF. NEXT TIME I WENT TO DRIVE THE CAR ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATER MY POWER STEERING WAS COMPLETELY GONE. FORD HAS A RECALL FOR MY MAKE,MODEL AND YEAR BUT APPARENTLY MY CAR DOES NOT FALL UNDER THIS RECALL.
BRAKE PEDAL BECAME SOFT AND THE BRAKING DISTANCE WAS INCREASED AFTER ABS ACTIVATION ON SNOW/ICE. I TAPPED THE BRAKES TO CHECK HOW SLICK THE ROAD SURFACE WAS, THIS ACTIVATED THE ABS. I THEN TRAVELED 30 FEET AND APPLIED THE BRAKES TO MAKE A RIGHT HAND TURN, THE BRAKES WENT NEARLY TO THE FLOOR CAUSING ME TO TAKE THE TURN AT A HIGHER THAN SAFE SPEED.
2012 FORD FUSION PROBLEM WITH POWER STEERING. SUDDENLY IT GETS TOUGH IT DOESN'T WORK.
On 1/25/21 the vehicle power steering completely locked up and the car was towed to Ford dealership for fix. Ford fixed and car was picked up on 1/27/21. This happened at mileage of 67593 while my teenage son was driving putting him and his passenger in danger of an accident. On 9/13/21 once again the vehicle power steering completely locked up and the car was towed to a Ford dealership to fix and car was picked up on 9/16/21. This event happened at mileage of 74341 again while my teenage son was driving putting him and his passenger in danger of an accident. On 10/11/21 for the 3rd time the power steering went again and the car is currently at a Ford dealership to be fixed. This time the mileage is at 74544 and again my son was driving this vehicle putting him in danger of having an accident. On all 3 of these instances the warning lamp came on immediately before the loss of power steering. My concern is clearly the fix being performed is not solving the problem, putting my teenage son at risk of an accident.
MY VEHICLE HAS A RECALL FOR THE POWER STEERING ASSAULT FAULT. I WAS TURNED AWAY AT DEALERSHIPS BECAUSE I HAVE 160,000 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. I JUST BOUGHT IT AND WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS ISSUE IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVES TO FIX THIS ISSUE? IN THE RECALL LETTER IT DIDN'T SPECIFICALLY MENTION THAT THE NUMBER OF MILES COULD BE A DETERMINING FACTOR. I NOTICED THIS ISSUE WHEN IT WAS PARKED IT APPEARED ON MY DASHBOARD
