ON MAY 28TH, 2020 I TOOK MY 2016 FORD FUSION HYBRID IN FOR SERVING AT 42,670 MILES, BECAUSE OF MY VEHICLES LOSS OF POWER STEERING, STEERING WHEEL STUTTER AND A WINNING SOUND WHILE IN MOTION ON CITY STREET. MULTIPLE STEERING NOTIFICATION WARNING LIGHTS CAME ON, INCLUDING POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT, ADVANCE TRAC FAULT, LANE KEEPING MALFUNCTION, AND PRE-COLLISION ASSIST NOT AVAILABLE. MY VEHICLES LOSS OF POWER STEERING WHILE IN TRAFFIC CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO BECOME DIFFICULT TO CONTROL. ON MAY 29TH THE TECHNICIANS PERFORMED DIAGNOSTIC TEST, WHICH THEY TOLD ME INDICATED MY STEERING RACK ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND A WHEEL ALIGNMENT WOULD ALSO NEED TO DONE A WELL. PARTS WERE ORDERED AND ON JUNE 4TH THE SERVICE WORK WAS DONE. MY TOTAL COST WAS $3102.39. ON JUNE 27TH, LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER HAVING MY CAR SERVICE AND PAYING OVER $3,100.00 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF MY STEERING RACK ASSEMBLY AND 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT, PLUS DYNASTIC TEST, THE SAME PROBLEMS REOCCURRED WHILE I WAS DRIVING, PLUS AT VARIOUS SPEEDS THE POWER STEERING SEIZED, WHILE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE RIGHT AND LEFT TURNS WHILE BRAKING GOING DOWN HILL AND ALL THE STEERING MALFUNCTION NOTIFICATIONS CAME ON AND STEERING AGAIN BECAME DIFFICULT. I TOOK MY CAR BACK IN FOR SERVICING AGAIN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR 2 DAYS AND SAID THEY HADN'T RESET THE STEERING TRACK ASSEMBLY COMPUTER, WHICH THEY DID THEY NOW HAD TO DO LINE, BY LINE, INSTEAD OF JUST SELECTING THE RESET. WHY WASN'T THE COMPUTER RESET IN THE FIRST PLACE? INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME $3100 FOR A BRAND NEW ASSEMBLY? PLUS THE WORK ORDER AFTER MY SECOND VISIT TO SERVICE SAID THEY DID NOT SEE THE PROBLEMS I MENTIONED. A WEEK LATER THE PROBLEMS AND ALERTS WENT OFF AGAIN WHILE IN MOTION. I WILL BE TAKING MY CAR BACK IN. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THIS CAR ANY MORE.
WAS STOPPED AND PARKED IN A PARKING LOT . WHEN I EXITED THE DRIVER SIDE AND CLOSED THE DOOR. WHEN I DID THAT THE DOOR BOUNCED BACK. I TRIED AGAIN AND IT DIDN'T CLOSE COMPLETELY.THE DOOR LATCH IS IN THE UNLOCKED POSITION. IT DOESN'T STAY CLOSED, IF I WAS DRIVING AND THIS HAD HAPPENED I OR SOMEONE ELSE COULD OF BEEN SERIOUSLY HURT.
I HAVE A CAR HEALTH MONITOR PLUGGED INTO MY OBD II PORT, IT'S OUT JUST ONE DAY READ (CYLINDER 2 MISFIRE) SO I DRIVE TO WORK AND THEN CALL HILTOP FORD (RICHMOND CA)TO BRING IT IN TO SEE WHAT'S WRONG. THEY PERFORMED RECALLS BUT AS FAR THE ISSUE I BROUGHT IT IN FOR THEY SAID, THAT THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE CAR AND HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE ENGINE. AND DIRECTLY AFTER TELLING ME THIS AND ME LEAVING I GET A CALL FROM THE SALES DEPARTMENT TRYING TO SET UP AND APPOINTMENT TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE! SO NOW I'M OF THE MINDSET THAT SOMETHING IS FISHY. I THEN TOOK THE CAR TO A MECHANIC I KNOW, DURING THAT RIDE MY CAR BEGINS TO OVERHEAT, OFF AND ON. AFTER GETTING THE CAR TO THE MECHANIC HE RAN HIS DIAGNOSTICS AND TOLD ME YEAH MY I HAVE A SPARK PLUG THAT'S OUT AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I GET THAT DONE, EVERYTHING IS FINE FOR ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS. THEN THE SAME THING HAPPENS (CYLINDER 2 MISFIRE AND OVERHEATING) AT THIS POINT I DON'T TRUST FORD CAUSE THEY NEW THEY AT LEAST KNEW THE SPARK PLUGS WAS OUT. BACK TO THE MECHANIC I GO, HE THEN LET'S ME KNOW THAT THERE'S A NOTICE OUT DESCRIBING THE ISSUE SO HE TOLD ME TO CONTACT FORD TO SEE IF THEY'D FIX IT. AGAIN FORD 'KNEW NOTHING' OF THE SORT. AND MY CAR JUST STOPPED AND WON'T START AND IT IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE ISSUES THE CAR HAS HAD. NOW HERE I AM TRYING TO FIND THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION AND NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR. NOT SURE WHY THIS ISN'T RECALLED WHEN IT'S HAPPENING TO A LOT OF PEOPLE.
AIRBAG LIGHT WILL NOT GO OFF WHEN I START MY CAR. THE LIGHT HAS BEEN ON THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE DAY. *TR
I BOUGHT THE CARE IN APRIL 2017,WITHIN A MOTH I STARTED SMELL CAR OUTSIDE THE CAR WHEN EVER I STARTED IT. YOU CAR SMELL IT UP TO 75 FT AWAY. TOWARDS THE FRONT AND DRIVERS SIDE. IT S BURNT GAS. JUST LIKE YOU WERE FILLING YOU GAS TANK. I TOOK IT TO MY DEALER FOR A CHECK UP 5/6 TIMES FOR THIS ISSUE. EACH TIME THEY SAY NOTHING WRONG AND THEY CAN'T SMELL THE GAS. YET MY SALESMAN AND OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE PARKING LOT HAS SMELLED IT. STRANGERS IN THE GROCERY STORE AND SMELT IT AND WARNED ME. INCLUDING A FORD MECHANIC WHO ADVISED ME TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP.HE WAS FROM A DIFFERENT FORD DEALER.MY CO-WORKERS SMELL IT. MY GAS LEVELS ARE SHOWING IT AS WELL. AT THE TIME THIS STARTED I WAS STILL UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AT 57,000. NOW @ 64,000. HAVE EXTENDED. FOUND OUT SAME CAR WITH LARGER ENGINE HAS SAME PROBLEM HOWEVER THE DEALER REFUSES TO BELIEVE MAYBE ME CAR OR THE ENGINE MAY HAVE SAME PROBLEM. SERVICE BULLETIN:16-00452013-2016 CARS. PCV VALVE PART EJ726758B.THIS WAS FOUND BY A FRIEND A FORD ENGINEER. EVEN HE SAID IT S POSSIBLE THE SMALLER ENGINE COULD HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. HOWEVER THE DEALER WON'T EVEN LOOK AT IT.WHAT DO I DO? NOW I HEAR A RATTLING SOUND UPFRONT IN THE ENGINE AREA. I ONLY DRIVE APPROX. 12 MILES A SAY UNLESS I GO GROCERY SHOPPING.LIKE I SAID IT'S A 2016 WITH 64,000, BEAUTIFUL CAR.JUST THIS ONE ISSUE. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO DEPRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL HOWEVER, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS FIRM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT EXTRA EFFORT WAS NEEDED TO SLOW THE VEHICLE TO A STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO PORTERVILLE FORD LOCATED AT 701 N. MAIN ST, PORTERVILLE, CA 93257, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BRAKE CAMSHAFT FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.*DT*JB
AT APPROXIMATELY 70000 MILES THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE ENGINE WOULD RUN ROUGH WHEN STARTED BUT WOULD SMOOTH OUT AND OPERATE FINE. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF AFTER A FEW DAYS AND WOULD REPEAT EVERY WEEK OR SO. AT 73000 MILES THE CHECK ENGINE CAME ON AND THE ENGINE WAS MISFIRING. TOOK TO THE FORD DEALER AND WAS DIAGNOSED AS P0301 AND P0316 CYLINDER 1 MISFIRE. PRESSURE TESTED COOLANT SYSTEM LOSING PRESSURE. TRIED TO REMOVE #1 SPARKPLUG COULD NOT BE REMOVED. DIAGNOSED "MOST LIKELY NEEDS A LONG BLOCK BECAUSE OF SPARK THREADS AND SHORT BLOCK ISSUES WITH THESE". ESTIMATED COST $7000. THE DEALER FILED A REQUEST WITH FORD FOR COST RELIEF WHICH, AFTER A WEEK, WAS DENIED. I CALLED FORD CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND ASKED FOR HELP ON ESCALATING THE ISSUE AND WAS TOLD TO HAVE THE DEALER FILE AN APPEAL WHICH I HAVE REQUESTED. SEEMS LIKE A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS ENGINE GIVEN THE COMPLAINTS HERE AND THE COMMENTS FROM THE DEALER PERSONNEL.
OVERHEATING, AT FIRST COOLANT MYSTERIOUSLY MISSING WITH NO VISIBLE LEAKS, WHITE SMOKE, FUNNY BUZZING SOUND, WEIRD SMELL, LIKE WATER SWOOSHING SOUNDS, WATER IN THE OIL, AS THE COOLANT LEAK OUT THE CAR WOULD STALL AND KINDA SPUDDER LIKE MIS-FIRE. WATER IS LEAKING INTO THE BLOCK. I FINANCED MY 2016 WITH ABOUT 70K MILES ON IT. AT THE TIME I BELIEVED IT WAS A SAFE RELIABLE VEHICLE. I CAN NOT AFFORD TO PURCHASE A NEW ENGINE, NOR CAN I BREAK THE CONTRACT ON MY TERMS OF FINANCING THE PURCHASE. I FEEL SOL AND CHEATED. PLEASE CONTINUE THE RECALL TO THE 2016 MODELS AS I'VE BEEN OVERALL HAPPY WITH MY FORDS IN THE PAST AS WELL AS MY SECOND, MOST RECENT 2016 FUSION. I KNOW THIS IS A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT AND THEY HAVE FOUND THE FIX FOR EARLIER MODELS. PLEASE HELP FIX MINE SO I CAN DRIVE CONFIDENTLY AND SAFELY ON THE ROADS AGAIN. THANKS!
ELECTRONIC WARNING THAT THE POWER STEERING IS NO LONGER FUNCTIONING PROPERTY, EPA LIGHT FLASHING ON AND OFF, AND STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE REAR PARK AID. MY CAR HAS LESS THAN 30K MILES AND IT HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES DRIVING BOTH LOCALLY AND HIGHWAY MILES. TYPICALLY WILL OCCUR AFTER DRIVING FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES, PROBLEM CAN BE FIXED BY PUTTING VEHICLE IN DRIVE AND ROTATING WHEEL ALL THE WAY IN BOTH DIRECTIONS AND THEN RESTARTING VEHICLE. PROBLEMS IS RECURRING THOUGH AND HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE PAST 3 WEEKS. PROBLEM CAUSES STEERING WHEEL TO BECOME EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO TURN AND LEADS TO ISSUES MANEUVERING THE VEHICLE. VERY DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY WHEN TRYING TO MAKE ANY TURNS. I AM BRINGING MY CAR INTO BE SERVICED TOMORROW AS IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE, WILL HAVE FURTHER DOCUMENTATION AFTER THAT. *TR
COOLANT STARTED LEAKING INTO THE ENGINE AND NOW I NEED A NEW ENGINE. I HAVE ONLY OWNED THIS CAR FOR FOUR YEARS AND HAVE TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF IT. I HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FORD AGAIN. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTORS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. AN UNKNOWN DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 54,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2016 FORD FUSION HYBRID. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER SHIFTING FROM REVERSE INTO DRIVE, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO OPERATE AS INTENDED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SEVERAL ATTEMPTS WERE NEEDED TO SHIFT THE VEHICLE FROM REVERSE TO THE DESIRED GEAR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. I HAVE A 2016 FORD FUSION AND I JUST RECENTLY BEGAN EXPERIENCING CODE P302 AND LOSING COOLANT. I REPLACED THE SPARK PLUGS AND COIL AND THE LIGHT WENT OUT FOR A FEW WEEKS BUT THEN IT CAME BACK ON AND ONLY GOT WORSE. ON ONE OF THOSE OCCASIONS MY CAR LITERALLY SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING IT ON A BUSY ROAD. THANKFULLY I WAS ABLE TO MANEUVER IT TO THE EMERGENCY LANE. THE SHUT OFF APPARENTLY WAS DUE TO AN ENGINE COOLANT FAILURE. AFTER SPEAKING WITH FORD ABOUT IT I WAS TOLD THAT COOLANT IS MORE THAN LIKELY LEAKING AND I WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE ENGINE. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE NHTSA CONCERNING THIS MATTER. I CAN'T AFFORD TO OVER 6K FOR A NEW MOTOR. I AM STILL MAKING PAYMENTS AND MY CAR SITS IN THE DRIVEWAY. AFTER DOING RESEARCH I SEE THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SOME TIME, WHY HAS A RECALL NOT BEEN DONE DUE TO THE ONGOING DEFECT.
AFTER TURNING OFF THE VEHICLE, IT WOULD NOT GO INTO PARK. SEVERAL ATTEMPTS WERE MADE AND STILL, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT GO INTO PARK. I TRIED MOVING THE VEHICLE TO A DIFFERENT PARKING STALL AND AGAIN, IT WOULD NOT GO INTO PARK. THE VEHICLE KEPT ROLLING. OTHER PATRONS WERE TRYING TO HELP ME TO KEEP MY VEHICLE FROM ROLLING IN ORDER TO AVOID HITTING OTHER PARKED CARS AND PEDESTRIANS. I ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL FOR A TOW TRUCK TO HAVE MY VEHICLE TOWED. I WAS ADVISED FROM AUTO MASTERS IN DERBY, KS THAT THE GEAR SHIFT CABLE WAS BROKEN AS WELL AS THE SHIFTER ASSEMBLY. BOTH PARTS HAD TO BE ORDERED FROM FORD. AFTER I SPOKE WITH A MECHANIC AND A FAMILY MEMBER I WAS ADVISED TO LOOK FURTHER INTO THIS TO SEE IF THERE WAS A RECALL PROBLEM ON MY VEHICLE. I HAD MY VEHICLE FIXED AND TURNED IN MY INVOICE TO FORD. THEY ARE NOW DENYING MY CLAIM. THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOT TOTALLY AT FAULT. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE AND TIME FOR LOOKING INTO THIS FOR ME. *TR
MY CAR HAS BEEN RUNNING FINE. A FEW DAYS AGO, IT SUDDENLY OVER HEATED. FLUID LEVELS WERE FINE. AFTER LETTING IT COOL OFF, I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE IT HOME. IT'S BEEN RUNNING FINE AGAIN UNTIL YESTERDAY. OUT OF NOWHERE, IT OVER HEATED AND ONCE AGAIN FLUID LEVELS WERE FINE. I LET IT COOL DOWN AND DROVE IT HOME WHICH WAS ONE STREET OVER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE STERLING MCCALL FORD DEALER LOCATED AT: 6445 SOUTHWEST FWY, HOUSTON, TX 77074, WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED AND DETERMINED THAT THE COOLING CHAMBER WAS CRACKED, AND THAT THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, AND STATED THAT THE WARRANTY WAS EXPIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 73,000.
MY WIFE IS TRYING TO THE TIRES ROTATED ON HER 2016 FORD FUSION TO NO AVAIL. SHE HAS BEEN TOLD WE NEED TO BUY A NEW SET OF LUG NUTS BEFORE THEY CAN ROTATE THE TIRES. WHY IS THIS A CUSTOMER COST WHEN THE LUG NUTS ARE DEFECTIVE. IT IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HEARD OF SWOLLLEN LUG NUTS. SHOULDN'T THE BE THE MANUFACTURE'S RESPONSIBILITY. MY WIFE IF SHE WOULD HAVE WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO EVEN CHANGE THE TIRE BECAUSE THE WRENCH WON'T FIT. THAT SOUNDS LIKE A MAJOR SAFETY PROBLEM, ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER PEOPLE. IS THERE ANY WAY WE CAN GET THE MANUFACTURE TO SUPPLY A NEW SET OF REPLACEMENT NUTS SO SHE THE TIRES ROTATED??? A CAR DEALER SERVICE CENTER AND A CAR REPAIR INSTITUTION HAVE SAID THEY CANNOT ROTATE THE TIRES UNTIL A NEW SET OF LUGS ARE PURCHASED AND PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE NUTS!! *TR

GREENWAY FORD LOCATED AT 9001 EAST COLONIAL DRIVE ORLANDO, FL 32817, 888-984-4895, WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V362000 (POWER TRAIN) NOR 18V471000 (POWER TRAIN). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.

UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE TRANSMISSION BUSHING FAILED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTER BUSHING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V471000 (POWER TRAIN). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.

MY CONCERN IS THAT THERE IS A MODULE OR SYSTEM THAT IS MALFUNCTIONING AND WHILE IT HASN'T BEEN A SAFETY ISSUE YET, I WORRY THAT AT SOME POINT I MAY BE DRIVING AND THE ERRORS MAY CAUSE LOSS OF STEERING OR BRAKING OR ENGINE TO TURN OFF OR ACCELERATE OR LIGHTS MAY TURN OFF AT NIGHT WHICH WOULD HAVE A POTENTIAL TO INJURE OR CAUSE A FATAL OCCURRENCE TO MYSELF, MY FAMILY OR AN INNOCENT PERSON THAT HAPPENS TO BE NEAR ME. THE CAR WAS BOUGHT NEW 4 AND 1/2 YEARS AGO AND HAS 104,000 MILES. ALL SERVICE WORK HAS BEEN DONE BY A FORD DEALERSHIP. THE CAR DEALERSHIP SAID THE CAR WAS OKAY 3 MONTHS AGO. ONE DAY, THE ENGINE STARTING RUNNING ROUGH WITH WHITE SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE EXHAUST. THE DEALERSHIP SAID IT PULLED A CODE P02300, WHICH MEANS THE #2 CYLINDER IS MISFIRING. FROM OUR RESEARCH, THE 2017 FORD FUSION HAD A RECALL ON THE EXACT SAME ENGINE FOR THE SAME ISSUES. THIS IS ALSO A KNOWN PROBLEM FOR MANY FORD SERVICE DEALERSHIPS. THE FIX FOR THIS IS REPLACING THE ENGINE.
THERE IS A KNOWN DEFECT TO THE ENGINE WHERE COOLANT LEAKS INTO THE CYLINDER. THE SUGGESTED REPAIR IS TO REPLACE THE LONG BLOCK OF THE ENGINE. A RECALL WAS ISSUED FOR LUG NUTS IN 2019 AND ALL WERE REPLACED. WHEN ASKED IF THEY COULD BE REPLACED WITH A DIFFERENT TYPE, WAS TOLD NO, THEY WOULD BE REPLACED WITH THE SAME ONES - THAT WERE RECALLED. SINCE THE REPLACEMENT, THOSE LUG NUTS HAVE SWELLED AND HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR REMOVAL. 3 WERE UNABLE TO REMOVED AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING MORE THEY COULD DO.

ON MARCH 22, WHILE DRIVING, THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE STARTED MOVING TORWARD THE H MEANING THE CAR IS RUNNING HOT AGAIN. I RECORDED A VIDEO OF THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE MOVING UP AND DOWN AND ALSO THE "POWER REDUCED TO LOWER ENGINE TEMP" MESSAGE CAME ON ON THE DASHBOARD. IT IS JUMPED WHEN AUTOMATICALLY SHIFTING BETWEEN THIRD AND FOURTH GEAR AS IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH FLUID TO ALLOW FOR A SMOOTH TRANSITION.
WHEN I'M GOING DOWN HILL AT HIGH SPEEDS , THE TRANSMISSION DOWN SHIFT VERY HARD WHEN I APPLY THE BRAKE AT ALL. IT SOUNDS LIKE A VERY LOUD REVVING. ONCE I PRESS THE ACCELERATOR AGAIN IT GOES BACK TO NORMAL. IT'S VERY CONCERNING , MY CAR HAS 59,000 MILE ON IT AND DEALER SAYS THEY COULDN'T FEEL ANYTHING, WELL THAT PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DRIVE IT DOWN HILL.
AIR BAG SENSOR CAME ON AND WILL NOT GO OFF. IT ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY. THE AIRBAG SENSOR LIGHT COMES ON AND STAYS ON, REGARDLESS IF THERE IS A PERSON IN THE SEAT OR NOT. PASSENGER AIR BAG SEEMS TO BE SHOWING OFF ALL THE TIME. I'M CONCERNED THAT THEY AREN'T WORKING PROPERLY.
