WHILE TRAVELING AT 30 MPH CONSUMER HEARD A LOUD BUMP NOISE. FELT LIKE THE VEHICLE WANTED TO STOP. DEALER STATED TRANSMISSION NEEDED REPLACEMENT. *AK
UPON STARTING DRIVER SHIFTED THE GEAR ON THE STEERING COLUMN BUT NO MOVEMENT OF THE VAN OCCURRED. ALSO, TRANSMISSION WILL MAKE A CLUNKING NOISE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROBLEM. *AK
FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT LATCH DID NOT LOCK INTO THE BUCKLE ASSEMBLY. CONSUMER TOOK VEHICLE TO A REPAIR SHOP TO FIX THE SEAT BELT LAST YEAR. TWO WEEKS AFTER THE REPAIR SEAT BELT FAILED AGAIN. CONSUMER RECENTLY CONTACTED THE DEALER, WHO INFORMED HIM SEAT BELT COULD BE FIXED AT CONSUMER'S EXPENSE. PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED BECAUSE THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO PAY THE AMOUNT THAT THE DEALER REQUIRED TO FIX THE SEAT BELT. *AK
WHILE DRIVING THE CONSUMER HEARD A POPPING SOUND. WHEN DEPRESSING THE GAS PEDAL, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT TRAVEL FORWARD AND WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS SHIFTED INTO REVERSE THE VEHICLE MOVED BACKWARDS. THE MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *AK *SC
CONSUMER NOTICED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO WORK ON LOW SETTING . WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR WAS REPLACED THREE TIMES BY THE DEALER. IN ADDITION, CONSUMER REPLACED THE MOTOR FOUR TIMES WITH NO CHANGE IN SYSTEM.*AK
WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE STALLED. CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE GAS GAUGE REGISTERED A FULL TANK BUT THERE WAS NO GAS IN THE TANK. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THE MECHANIC WAS NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. *AK
