WHEN THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER IS PUSHED IN FOR USE, AFTER IT GETS HOT THE LIGHTER SHUTS OUT SO HARD IT LANDS IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE VEHICLE. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. PH

WHILE DRIVING THE PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR SLID. AS A RESULT OBJECT HAVE FALLEN OUT OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONSUMERS STATES " OBJECTS HAVE FALLEN OUT AS A RESULT. *NLM
THE LUG NUTS CAME OFF THE WHEEL AND AS A RESULT THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT WHEEL CAME OFF. *NLM
THE REAR WIPER MOTOR STARTED TO SMOKE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. *NLM
TIE RODS ARE WORE OUT AND COULD BREAK APART WHILE DRIVING. THIS WAS NOT DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. THE RODS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.*AK
BOTH FRONT DISC BRAKE CALIPERS WERE LEAKING. THE OWNER REPLACED THE CALIPERS ON 6/22/2003. THE OWNER ALSO CONTACTED THE DEALER ON 6/23/2003. *AK
WHILE DRIVING POWER STEERING COMPLETELY FAILED. MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT FAILURE OF THE RACK AND PINION CAUSED PROBLEM.*AK
PROBLEMS WITH TIE RODS ON BOTH ENDS OF THE VEHICLE. *MR THERE WAS A SQUEAKING NOISE IN THE STEERING WHEEL TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT. THE SERVICE DEALER SUGGESTED THE PROBLEM WAS POSSIBLY WEAR OF THE TIE ROD END. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO WINDSTAR AND THE MECHANIC IDENTIFIED THE SQUEAKING TIE ROD ENDS AND REPLACED THEM. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED COMPENSATION FOR THE REPAIR BECAUSE BOTH TIE ROD ENDS SQUEAKING WERE PRESENT WITHIN THE 3 YEAR 36,000 MILE WARRANTY. *SCC *JB
THE SLIDING DOORS WOULD UNLATCH ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT WARNING WHILE DRIVING. THE ELECTRICAL DOORS WERE CONTROL BY REMOTE. THE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AT LEAST 7 TIMES FOR THE PROBLEM BEFORE HAVING THE SLIDING DOOR REPAIRED. NOW THE DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR IS HAVING THE SAME UNLATCHING PROBLEM. A CHILD SITS ON THE OUTBOARD POSITION WHERE THE SLIDING DOORS ARE UNLATCHING. *AK THE REAR SUSPENSION WAS READJUSTED, THE VEHICLE HAD VARIOUS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS SUCH AS THE ABS LIGHT, THE THEFT FLASHING LIGHT, AND THE SPEEDOMETER. THE REAR SLIDING DOORS ARE INTERMITTENT. WHEN CLOSING, THE DOOR POPS BACK OPEN. WHEN OPENING, THE DOOR WILL SHUT ON ITS OWN WHICH HAS CAUSED PASSENGERS TO GET CAUGHT IN THE DOOR. VEHICLE HAS BEEN TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS AT LEAST NINE TIMES. *AK
CONSUMER NOTICED PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR ONCE CLOSED AND WITHOUT ANY INDICATION POPPED BACK OPEN, CAUSING OTHER DOORS NOT TO LOCK. *AK
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING PRIMARY WHEN IN OVERDRIVE. CAUSE UNKNOWN. *PH
THE CONSUMER STATED THAT THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM WARNING LIGHT FLASHED INTERMITTENTLY WHILE DRIVING AND THE BRAKES MADE NOISE. THE BATTERY AND WIPERS FAILED ON THE SAME DAY. THE TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED BUT CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS. *AK *NLM
VEHICLE STALLED WHILE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEED. VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER, WHO FOUND THAT VEHICLE NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. *AK
THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR SLIDING DOOR POPPED OPEN WHILE DRIVING. VEHICLE WILL BE TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS. *AK THE SLIDING PASSENGER DOOR INTERMITTENTLY POPPED OPEN AFTER CLOSING IT AT TIMES WHILE DRIVING JUST ENOUGH TO CAUSE THE DOOR AJAR LIGHT COME ON. ONE MUST MANUALLY PULL THE LOCK TO OPEN THE DOOR. FORD WORKED ON THE DOOR AND SAID IT NEEDED LINE ADJUSTMENTS BUT THE DOOR CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE THE PROBLEM. *SCC *JB
VEHICLE COMES EQUIPPED WITH AN AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCKS THAT ENGAGE WHEN VEHICLE IS PUT INTO DRIVE. THE SLIDING DOOR UNLOCKS AND SLIDES OPEN WHETHER THE VEHICLE IS MOBILE OR NOT. DEALERSHIP HAS REPLACED DOOR PARTS AND SERVICED THE VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS.*AK
RIGHT SLIDING DOOR WILL NOT UNLOCK. DEALER IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, BUT HAS NOT MADE ANY REPAIRS. *AK
