THE CONTACT STOPPED THE VEHICLE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR TAIL LIGHT MARKER ASSEMBLY WAS ON FIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND A PRIVATE MECHANIC. THE PRIVATE MECHANIC CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS A DEFECTIVE MARKER TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
MY 2008 GMC SIERRA DENALI HAS WATER CONDENSATION IN BOTH OF THE TAIL LIGHTS. ITS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE ON ANY OF MY GMC TRUCKS AND THIS DENALI WASN'T CHEAP.
