I HAVE WENT TO A DEALERSHIP SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THESE PUT BACK ON AND THEY ARE TELLING ME I NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE REAR GLASS AND I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. I DID NOTHING TO MAKE THEM COME OFF, AND I FEEL THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE. I CAN NOT USE IT TO DEFOG MY REAR GLASS AND TO HELP MELT THE SNOW AND ICE WHEN NEEDED. I NOTICED THE PIGTAILS WERE OFF WHEN I WAS DRIVING AND THEY WERE SWINGING AROUND IN MY REAR VIEW MIRROR. GOING TO GIVE A ESTIMATE ON WHEN THIS HAPPENED INITIALLY, HAS BEEN GOING AND NOW DEALERSHIP WILL NO LONGER FIX.
